Tin has to start his school's reprimand. He has to act as the "close student guide" (a term for students who are assigned to help another student who needs special care/attention/Assistance i.e. Disabled kids) to the new transferee, Can.
Can was finally introduced to his whole class. He was specially assigned to the front most seat to the left of the classroom near the door. There, he sets up his braille laptop and books. Tin was seated just behind him. Still rubbing his now slightly swollen forehead, he wraps a bandana around his head to cover it. Tin still couldn't believe he's being punished like this. He needs to assist his blind classmate everywhere he wishes to go, eat lunch with him, walk him home after classes---basically being his personal bitch for an entire month.
"That's only until Can Kirakorn is finally settled in and well-adjusted with his new environment" Mr. Phun explained earlier. Tin wanted to call his mother to protest, but what can he do really, to change his mother's mind. The classes went by, he occasionally checks on his new classmate seated Infront of him, curious of how visually impaired people read and write, or in Can's case, type with his laptop. Lunch break came and he just bolted out of the room without even saying anything to Can, leaving him behind. He went to meet up with his friends at their usual hang-out spot in school.
"Do you wanna go lunch with me?" Somebody asked Can. "l am Techno, nice to meet you." Can smiled and nodded to a knowledge. "You know, I feel bad for you." Techno continued. "Not because you're blind, don't get me wrong. But only because you are stuck to have that scumbag Tin to be your close student guide." "Why?" Can asked. "He is Satan in human form." Techno whispered. They both giggled. "And he usually hangs-out with the same set of bullies he calls friends. They're notorious here in school. Always the trouble-makers. There's Ae the leader of the hiphop dance troupe, Kengkla the obnoxious honor student, and Technic the grumpy emo kid. Students here call them the Big 4, but I like to call them Demons, to be honest." Techno chuckled. "Ugh, they're so annoying. But they always get away with every trouble they do because Tin's mom is the chairman of the board. So that means she basically owns this this school. Sucks, right?" Techno stated "l really doesn't pay attention on Tin, to be honest. I barely know him yet, so I can't really say anything about him personally." Can replied. "And neither those people you like to call Demons." They both laughed.
Techno stood up and grabbed Can's arm. "l like you so far. Let's be friends, okay?" Can finally stood up too, and readied his white cane. "Come on, let's go to the cafeteria together. On Mondays, they serve here the best lasagna in town." Techno said excitedly, even making sound effects of him eating deliciously. "But I always serve the best tea and gossips around." Techno added. "And that's the real tea." And they both chuckled their way out the classroom.

Tin's phone vibrated.
After their first class its been tough day for can to adjust with suddenly he tried to use the Siri voice command to text her little sister.
The week passed by too quickly. Can is slowly easing in to his new environment, thanks to Techno who keeps him company. Tin remained to be his asshole self, not paying attention to his "duties" to Can. He has yet to help him by the cafeteria, or walk him home after classes. "Sorry Can, I cannot walk with you home later, it's my grandmother's birthday and I really need to be there at her house early for the family gathering. I will have to ride the bus on the other gate at the back of our school." Techno apologized to Can. "It's fine. I told you I can walk by myself. You were just the one insisting on keeping me company. Sometimes I really feel like I am burdening you already." Can told "No, cos I really like walking you home. I always like our stories along the way. And your dorm is on my way home too anyway." Techno replied. "Your house is on the other side of the road, after the second street. That's not along the way!" Can chuckled. "You have to walk straight additional four more blocks for me to get to my dorm, and then you have to walk back again to the second street and turn right, and walk another 8 blocks for you to get home. Don't you think I don't know that already?" Can answered. "Champ told me. He's your neighbor, right?" He quipped. "Haha! That's fine. I need extra exercise anyway" Techno scratches his head. "But I swear, I'll be fine." Can said. "Promise I will bring home some cake, and bring it to school Let's share it during lunch." Techno told Can. "I'd like that very much." Can smiled at Techno.
Just as soon as the dismissal bell rang, Techno said goodbye to Can and sprinted his way to catch the bus outside the school terminal. Tin just also disappeared quickly, and Can just shook his head, having lost the hope of him at least getting to know him and probably making another friend. But he didn't really mind that much anyway. Maybe Tin just didn't really like him at all too, that's why. While on his way out of the building, Can was startled when he felt an arm wrap around his shoulder. "Hey there cutiepie, you going home?" An unfamiliar deep voice said, very closely to his ear. He could feel the person's warm breath on his neck. Can stood frozen didn't know what to do. He's got his white cane with him; he could just easily attack the person behind him or he could quickly pull out his pepper spray from his bag's side pocket and attack the person groping him. But he stood there afraid and motionless.

"Relax. We're not gonna do anything to you." Another unfamiliar voice spoke, a little farther to his left side. "We just wanna be your friends." By "we" he meant they are many. Can thought. At that point, there could be four or five of them in total, ready to ambush him and pin him down. He didn't know if he
would try fighting back or just succumb to what they want from him. His palms started to sweat and his jaw clenched tightly. "Get away from me!" Can exclaimed. "Or else I will scream!" He was already feeling a little threatened and scared. "Yeah that's right. That's all you can do, scream." The voice from the man behind him said. Can felt the guys arm squeeze and then slap his butt. "Our eyes are on you, pretty boy" And then Can was pushed making him fall to the ground.
Then Can heard the guys' footsteps walking away from him. He closed his eyes and tried to ease his nervous breathing. He sat on his feet in the middle of the school corridor, trying to calm himself down. His hands traveled the floor around him looking for his white cane that he lost grip of. Just outside the building, Tin stood still, watching Can trying to collect himself from fear. His fist balled so tightly, and his eyes were blazing with anger.
Lay and Can are very close. Their relationship as brothers ere way beyond blood, sweet end tears.Lay checks on Can every day. But so as not to worry his older brother,Can kept silent about the incident that Just happened earlier on his way home.
Tin was worried about when he witnessed happen to Can with the two bullies. He reaches out to Technic, his trusted confidante and best friend for help.
The next day, Techno was absent due to e stomach flu. He felt bed not to be able to accompany Can again for the day. He sent a text message to Can.
The next day, Tin was extra observant of Can. He would often check on him, especially during lunch break and P.E. class. He would look around if the same guys from yesterday would be back to bully him again. Can never spoke to anyone about the incident, not even to Techno, and not even to his brother Lay. The day went by so slow, can felt extra bored that Techno was absent due to a stomach flu. No one was there talking to him non-stop about mostly anything and everything. Dismissal came and Can felt a little anxious about having to walk home alone again. He was fixing his stuff in his bag and tidying up his desk, when he heard Tin spoke to him. "I'll walk you home." Tin uttered, while still slumped in his chair, not looking at Can's direction. Can pretended he did not hear anything, and continued fixing his stuff. He wasn't sure if Tin was actually offering to take him home, or was just making fun of him. Either way, he didn't wanna be too sure of himself. He put his backpack on and before he could even make a step, Tin stood up and grabbed him by the arm. "Are you just blind or are you also deaf?" Tin said sternly. Can got off- balanced and fell right into Tin's chest. Tin catch him, and helped him get back to his feet. "l said I will walk you home." Tin took Can's backpack and put it over his shoulder. He was surprised that Can had to carry that heavy bag every single day.
He grabbed Can's hand and put it on his right arm for him to hold and started walking. Can was dumbfounded by Tin's sudden weird actions and just followed, his left-hand holding Tin's right biceps and his right hand holding his white cane guiding. They walked together on the corridors of the school, some of the students they passed by gave them shocked and questioning gazes while some whispered and giggled. The others took photos and videos of them using their cellphones. "Why the sudden change of attitude?" Can asked curiously when they finally reached outside the school. Tin did not answer and just kept on walking. "Can you slow down a bit please?" Can replied, as he was already getting a little dizzy and disoriented. Almost tripping on his own shoes. He was not used to walking very fast, even if someone else is guiding him. His senses seemed to shut down and focus only on the speed and movement of his feet in order to catch up to Tin, rather than usually feeling and hearing his surroundings as he walks. Tin paused from walking for a moment. "Just setting the record straight here. We are not friends, okay? So just let me walk you home, quietly and peacefully. No conversations." He snickered. Can was left speechless, as they resumed walking, now a little slower and calmer. They reached Cans dorm and Tin handed him his backpack. Before Can could even say thank you, Tin was already a few meters away from him. He sure is rude and a freak. Can thought to himself, but weirdly enough, he found himself having a little smile on his face.

Divine Creatures
Kestra, a [Combat Alchemist] and [Woods Wraith Hunter], is excited to finally receive her third class. But when she attempts to do so, she instead receives a tribulation from the God of Trials, loses her classes, and is informed by the voice of the world that she's been selected to transmigrate with only three days to go. She tries her damnedest to prepare, but even the Elements are different in this new realm. A relatively staid adjustment period is completely abandoned though as she finds that, most distressingly, hundreds of transmigrators have appeared recently with dozens enslaved by the local city lord. Fine! She may have lost her classes and the magic is funky, but she'll be damned if she doesn't have a few true-blue skills up her sleeves. [synopsis re-write by luda305] A light hearted romp where the protag transmigrator *isn't* from Earth. The main story takes place on more of a western xianxia world. Note: profanity tag is because of side characters, and sexual context tag is for some risqué elements before fade-to-black scene. Book 1 is written and scheduled for release a chapter a day till 9/26 (24 chapters total) Book 2 will be added after it is all written. Updated to add fanfic tag because when I picked up the latest Ten Realms I realized that series has had a lot more influence on the setting than I consciously realized. Don't expect military or industrial revolution in xianxia, though.
