《Far Away, In Another Place | Ruikasa》Part 5

The plane was big and full of a lot of people. I sat in a row with my mom since my dad left last week to prepare all the furniture and pay for wifi. I sat near the window. It was okay. I didn't really like it though.
A 15 hour flight. Quite long. We're moving to the state of Georgia. Sounds like a nice place.
I didn't do much during the flight. I baisically just read my book the entire time. I did take an hour and a half nap.
I didn't pay attention to most things when we got off the plane either. Georgia looked pretty nice. Very different from Tokyo. (I actually have no idea where they are so this is Wikipedia information)
"How do you like the new house Rui?" My mom asked.
"It's nice," I answer.
"Let me take you to your room so you can put your things down," she said.
I followed her upstairs and she took me to a room. It wasn't big, but it wasn't small. A bed an desk was able to fit in it without fully cluttering the room.
"It may be a little small but it has a bathroom connected to it," my mom smiled.
"Thanks."
She told me she had to help my father with other things and left the room. My Dad was here a week earlier so all the furniture was put in place.
Oh right, I was going to text Tsukasa.

"PFFTT YOU'RE SO STUPID!" I laughed.
"I am not!" Tsukasa pouted.
"YOU AREEE THOUGHH!"
"Stop making fun of me!"
"Sorryyyy," I smiled.
We sat on a bench, he looked happy. Something was a little off though. Tsukasa had slight dark circles under his eyes that had been covered for a while. Is he sleeping enough? I brushed it off and continued chatting with him.
It sucks we can only visit each other through the SEKAI. I wish I could see him any day, anywhere. I guess that the world just doesn't work that way.
"See you soon," I said hugging Tsukasa.
"Bye."
I left the SEKAI and ended up back in my new room.
I lay the blanket over Tsukasa, who was laying on the bench. He had fallen asleep waiting for Rui. Again. The past 3 days, Tsukasa comes to the SEKAI, waits for Rui, and falls asleep. Rui never ends up comming. I would wake Tsukasa up, but I can tell he hasn't been getting any sleep lately, and he looks comfortable on the bench which is also quite concerning.

"KAITO!! Wanna put on a show for the plushies right now?" Miku asked running over to me. "Tsukasa's sleeping here again? I wonder if he's okay... Maybe when he wakes up, we can put a show on for him too!"
"That's a great idea Miku. Anyways we should let him rest. Let's go do a show for the plushies."
"Yay!"
I left the stage area and went to go check on Tsukasa. He was awake, and it looked like he was gonna wait for Rui even longer.
"Tsukasa... I dont think he's comming today either."
Tsukasa sighed, "I don't understand why he keeps telling me to meet him here and then not show up. It's frustrating."
I sat down next to him. "I see. Maybe he forgot?"
"For three days? Well, technically it's the fourth time now. Its like he's purposefully doing it."
"How about you text him and ask him why he hasn't been coming."
"I've already tried. He just simply says 'oh sorry I was busy'. Everytime. I mean I get it, people are busy sometimes, but why ask me to meet you in 5 minutes if your just going to be busy and not show up."
"I get where your coming from. Do you want me to talk to Rui?"
"If you get the chance, I'd really appreciate it. Sorry for bothering you with this."
"You don't have to apologize Tsukasa, I'm just looking out for you. I don't want you to be sad."
He wrapped his arms around me, pulling me into a hug. "Thank you KAITO," he sniffled.
"Don't worry Tsukasa. I'm here for you."
"I should really get going now," He said, "Thanks again."
"Get some rest," I smiled.
He then left the SEKAI.

After successfully saving that world by subduing the Demon Lord, she lived out her life there as a celebrated Hero. At her death, the Pantheon, a collection of all of the patron deities of all the many worlds, offered her a place among them. She accepted and thus, she created her own world to watch and protect, and named it Xael. Xael, a world of magic and swords, flourished for centuries, but now... Now, there are signs of a Great Calamity approaching, much like the one that caused her to be pulled her away from her father and sisters so many years before. Unwilling to see her world fall, Goddess Yvinne decides to do the one thing that she can to save her creation, and even herself. Summon a Hero from another world. However, the Summoning did not work quite correctly, and the "Hero" she got? Well...let's just say he's not exactly what she hoped for. This is a story of a nobody becoming somebody, and a goddess remembering what it was like to be a human.

The Destiny Detour
In a kingdom putting together the pieces after a series of devastating magical wars, trouble is brewing. At least that's what the Seer's vague warning to Princess Lillya claims. That warning sends young Sorceress Rosaliy and enigmatic ruffian Drake from one end of the world to the other searching for answers (and lost magical children). The Destiny Detour is third in the Black Pearl Series, but the events of this story occur 10 years after the first two, and it focuses on different characters in the world. It should be able to stand alone. If you are interested, the beginning of the series is available on Amazon and most e-book places: https://www.royalroad.com/amazon/B01AYLLKK8
