I woke up and the sun was shining through the hotel curtains and the sheets were practically falling on the floor. I yawned and stretched and thought of last night when trent asked me to be his girlfriend and our little stroll over the bridge. Everything was falling into place, but then i thought for a moment about the way things ended with the last meeting with my mum. I thought about messaging my mum and meeting up and chatting and trying to see things through my mums eyes and try to make her see trent isn't like all footballers. My dad wasn't around growing up it has always been me and mum. When i got to a certain age where i could look after myself my mum would go on trips for more than a couple of days so when i got offered the place at Liverpool Uni I never thought for a moment about not taking it. That offer was my ticket out.

I Decided i would message my mum to see if we could meet up and try to resolve things. I opened my phone and started messaging her,

Hey mum, hope your okay? I was wondering if you would like to meet up? X

I'm good. When?

Whenever your free, I've got some news.

Why can't you tell me over the phone, I'm busy.

Okay fine. Me and trent got together last night and I thought it would be nice for you to finally meet him.

Good for you! No i don't want to. I've got to go.

Ever since I was little my mum has always been quite opinionated and so i wasnt surprised with her messages. Ill be honest it hurt that she couldn't expect the fact i was happy and be happy for me and for the fact to believe that Trent wasn't like the stereotypical footballer and that he meant alot to me and I did to him. I sat there thinking about why she wouldn't see that he was different. I understand she cared for me but she needs to give me that space to make mistakes and spread my wings. I wanted to share my happy news with her that after all these years I was happy.

I snapped out of it and stopped feeling sorry for myself and used the bathroom and got a shower and got changed into my skinny jeans and a hoodie as I wasn't in work when we got back so i was going straight home. I got my shoes on and decided to go downstairs and get some breakfast. When i opened the door and locked it then started making my way down the hall i seen trent coming out his room "Morning" he said as i stopped and smiled "Morning you" he smiled and we leaned in and kissed. "You look beautiful this morning" and in that moment i couldn't help myself and so i started blushing and I covered my face with my hands he pulled them away and we just stared at eachother for a minute and then last night with him asking me to be his girlfriend. I just wanted to hug him forever and never let go.

"Where you going?" He asked as I looked at him "Down for breakfast I'm hungry" he laughed as I said this and I looked at him and rolled my eyes knowing exactly what he was implying. "Anyway Where you going?" "Down for breakfast too" he said as he looked at me i nodded and we started making our way downstairs.

We got downstairs and i passed him a plate "Thank you girlfriend" i stopped and he looked at me "Sorry was that too sudden?" I looked at him and shook my head "No it's fine, it's just I've never been called that" he smiled and we carried on getting our breakfast, me going for Pancakes and Fruit and trent going for Cheese on Toast. We went and sat down in the corner and started eating. "What you doing when you get back?" I asked as he was eating his toast "Urm it's the Fifa 20 premiere in Liverpool so I'm going to that, Tyler's coming along" he said this and rolled his eyes and i laughed "Have fun" he smiled "What you doing?" "Urm nothing just probably sitting at home doing nothing" he nodded "Come with us" i looked at him "You sure? I havent got a invite" "We'll your my plus one" i smiled. I was actually looking forward to going with trent and Tyler to the Premiere tonight. We both talked for a while. "Virg, Jurgen and Ali are all travelling to Milan in a while for the Fifa Fifpro World 11 Awards" he nodded "i think it's going to be a good night tonight" i smiled.

After a while of us just talking we had both finished our food "You alright you look a bit down?" He asked as he seen me looking outside "Yeah i guess, I tried to meet up with my mum and told her about us but she's not having it. She thinks your going to break my heart" before i could say anything else he put his hand on mine "Maia I'll never ever hurt you" i smiled and nodded. We both took our plates back up to the counter and started walking back up to our rooms, the coach was coming really soon and I still had to pack my suitcase. We both agreed to meet eachother on the bus and with a kiss he disappeared into his room and i walked up the hallway to my room and unlocked the door.

I started packing everything away including my laptop, Camera and wires into my bag and cleaned the room up as I the bedding was still hanging off the bed.

I looked out the window to see the coach had arrived and so i got my suitcase and put my bag on my shoulder and got my phone and headphones in my hand and locked the door and walked down to reception and handed in my key and walked out to the bus and passed my suitcase to the driver to put in the baggage compartment and got on the bus, when i got on the bus, Trent was already. Then I thought for a moment as I was making my way up the bus to trent that I'm off the market now and have a boyfriend. I walked up smiling and took the seat next to him "What you smiling about? He asked and i laughed "Nothing just can't believe" I leaned in and whispered in his ear "That your my boyfriend" he started smirking.

The bus filled up and eventually we were on our way back to Liverpool. Trent got his ipad out watching batman "Do you want to watch?" I nodded and he passed me his headphone and I rested my hwad on his shoulder and watched batman the dark Knight rises with him.

We finally arrived back at Melwood and

We all got off the bus with me heading to the baggage compartment and getting my suitcase out and started walking to my car. As I was walking trent shouted him and so i turned around "What's up?" "We'll pick you up at 7 tonight" i nodded and he smiled and walked off to his car. I looked at my phone to see it was 2 and so aaliyah might be back from work. I got into my car outting my suitcase in the back and headed straight home. Jordyn is travelling with Virgil to Milan for the awards night.

I got home and Aaliyahs car was parked outside, I un did my belt and got my suitcase out the car as well as my bag and walked into the house. Dominic came walking down the stairs "You alright Maia, long time no see" i smiled "You alright Dom, and yes good thanks" he nodded and walked jnto the living room and i walked into the Kitchen to see Aaliyah with her hair in a messey bun, grey tracksuit bottoms and a Belly top. She looked up as she seen me walk in "Maia hi" i smiled and gave her a hug "You not at work?" She shook her head "No got a week off, plus I think I'm going to quit" "oh right why?" "Not sure yet" I smiled "What you cooking?" "Cookies"

"So come on, what's been going off with you?" "Well I've put in an interest in a flat of my own and I'm off the market" she stopped mixing the cookie mixture "Omg! When did this happen and who?" "Last Night and Trent. He took me to the Ivy and asked me there" "omg maia that's honestly so cute" i smiled and she gave me a hug. "Talking about flats, I've been thinking and I think I'm going to move out of this house and move in with dom" i nodded "you spend all your time there so it's practical really" she nodded and i started helping her with the cookies.

"What you upto tonight?" "Oh I'm going to the Fifa 20 World premiere with trent and his brother Tyler" she looked at me and winked and I laughed. "It's nice Maia that your happy" i smiled "Thank you Aaliyah" I hugged her and then Dom walked in "What you been upto then?" I pulled away and went back to helping Aaliyah "Not much really, started a job at Liverpool" he nodded and Aaliyah looked at me "Tell him, go on" i laughed and looked at her then Dom "I've got a boyfriend" he looked at me and lufted up his eyebrows "Who? Is their anyone I know?" I scratched my head "It's Trent" he nodded "Oh Maia" i laughed. He smiled. "When do you next play anyway?" I saod changing the subject "Tomorrow Sheffield Wednesday" i nodded "Well good luck" he smiled and walked into the living room.

After me and Aaliyah had finished making the cookies, we sat and just chatted. The once filled uni house was partly empty, Rebecca's stuff was here but she technically lived in Germany with Julian and Jordyn had moved in with Virgil, Aaliyah was always at Dom's and was going to move in. Jadian was always at Bobby's house and Marie obviously was heavily pregnant with Jordans baby and moved in ages ago.

I hadn't heard anything about the flat yet but i was hoping eventually I'll hear something about it.

It was now 5 and Aaliyah and Dom had just left and so i took the opportunity to go for a shower and slowly start getting ready before 7 and before tyler and Trent come and pick me up.

After i got out the shower i decided to put a face mask on and started watching Stranger Things season 1. After about 15 minutes I started washing my facemask off and then started doing my makeup, I didn't do a full face of makeup but I did a basic look of moisturiser, foundation, eyeshadow and mascara and finishing the look with lip gloss.

I decided to get dressed in a pink dress which clung to my body and paired them with a pair of White wedges and a denim jacket and my clutch bag.

I looked at the time and it was 6.30, and in that moment i remembered did trent know where i lived, obviously I knew where he lived but dud he so I messaged him,

I walked downstairs and checked my washing was done in the dryer and folded them on the chair in the kitchen ready for me to take up when I get back tonight. I was looking forward to going with trent and tyler and spending quality time with trent seeming as we were both together like properly. No one knew we were together but I was getting myself prepared when the boys find out because their will be a riot.

Their was a knock at the door and so i turned all the lights off and walked to the door and opened it to see Trent wearing black Tracksuit bottoms, Trainers, White Under Amour tshirt and a black Hoodie and I've got to say he looked fit. He just stood there looking me up and down and so i did a twirl "Wow Maia you look absolutely stunning" i smiled "Why thank you Mr Arnold" he smiled and leaned over and gave me a kiss which earned A honk of a car horn we both pulled away and looked to see tyler honking the horn i waved and he waved back. I turned around and locked the door making sure i had my phone and denim jacket and me and trent made our way down the path to the car.

"Long time no see" i said as i got to the car and came face to face with Tyler "Nice to see you again Maia" i smiled and got in the back and Trent got in the front with Tyler. "How you been?" I asked as i did my seatbelt and we set off to the gaming centre in which the were having the premiere at. "Yeah good, just working how about you?" "Not alot really just working and looked at a flat the other day" tyler looked at the mirror "Oh yeah I seen on Instagram that you had, thats good". Throughout the whole journey I coukd see trent just looking at me. We arrived and tyler parked up in the carpark and i undid my seatbelt and got out making sure i had my denim jacket and bag. Tyler and trent both got out and we made our way to the entrance Us all getting given passes.

When we got our passes we walked in and the whole gaming centre was full and I found myself getting closer to Trent, he must of seen or felt me getting closer because he grabbed my hand. He looked down at me and smiled and i smiled and i looked at tyler who was stood their smiling "You two are cute" i started to blush and trent just smiled at his brother.

We started to make our way around the gaming centre when trent seen James Maddison "Madders" he said as we got closer and James walked over and trent let go of my hand and did a handshake with him and then grabbed back my hand. "Who's this?" He asked as he looked at me, trent looked down at me "This is Maia" he looked at me and i smiled and so did he. He then looked at trent and winked and tyler laughed. "I'll see you around" me and trent both nodded and he walked away.

Trent got called to do an interview and so i stood with Tyler while he got interviewed and photographed.

"Thank you Maia" i looked at tyler as he looked at me "What you saying thank you for?" "Making my brother happy, he never shuts up about you" i alughed and smiled "You've got nothing to thank me for" he smiled "As he asked you yet?" I looked at him and then i remembered last night "Yeah he did" "Welcome to the family" he said as he hugged me "Thank you" he smiled and then i looked back at trent and got my phone out taking a photo and posting it on my Instagram story.

After trent was interviewed, Rhian came walking in to the area that we were. He seen me "Maia" he said as he came walking over to me and gave me a hug "Rhian nice to see you again" he smiled "I didn't know you'd be here" he looked at Tyler and then looked at Trent "Oh" he said and then winked and walked over to trent and they started playing a game of fifa. I took a photo and posted it on my story.

The game ended with Rhian winning 2-1 and trent leaned back on the sofa with a defeated look. They shook hands and i smiled as trent walked through the glass doors and hugged me. Tyler smiled and Rhian walked over to us "No hard feelings bro" he said and trent laughed "I'll get you back" i laughed and smiled at trent as he looked a bit more happier.

We went around the centre with tyler and trent stopping at the two massive screens and playing a game of fifa. I quite enjoyed just stood watching them both competing against eachother.

We carried on going round after trent won 3-2 and was gloating about his win. We bumped into Jamie Redknapp and he was with his son Beau "Who's this?" He asked as he looked at me and trent shook his head "This is maia" i smiled and waved at beau and he smiled. Ian Wright also came over and said hello, as well as Declan Rice, Tammy abraham and Jack grealish coming iver and just chatting. Throughout the whole of this Trent held my hand and it felt nice having someone protecting me even when I didn't need protecting. I felt safe and secure when I was around him.

Tonight Marie was doing all the editing but soon she will be coming off on maternity leave so it will be between me and Tom who also does all the editing.

After looking around and playing some games, trent decided it would be fun for me and him to have a game of fifa. Tyler sat down and sat and watched as both our competitive sides came out.

In the end trent won with a late goal, i walked up to him "Fair play Boy" he looked at me "Who you calling boy?" I laughed "You, that's who I'm calling boy" i laughed and kissed him and he leaned in and kissed me "I forgive you for beating me" I said and he smiled.
