Sonic were running through the forest that surrounded their little treehut. The forest had no name, but were really big, so it was easy to run yourself wild. Tails fell asleep not so long ago, so Sonic decided to take a little run before going to bed with his twin - tailed kitsune. Snuggle close to him and falling into dreamland with the best loving dream with his lovely fox. By only thinking of Tails Sonic's cheeks blew up in a dark pink color. "Oh Tails. Why do you have to be so adorable~?" He were thinking out loud and stopped to look at his surroundings. "Hm... I haven't been here before." Sonic tapped his foot on the ground and looked around. His ears perked up to hear a sound from behind him. He spun around and saw the bushes move. A shadow disappeared from behind the bush and Sonic followed without a second thought. As he followed the shadow Sonic narrowed his eyes to maybe catch how the person looked like and maybe find out why that person was here. 'What is that person doing out here in the middle of the night? Running around like an idiot? ...

I shouldn't really say much though...' When they finally reached a more open spot, he stopped and looked around, but the person were gone. Sonic took a fast trip around the area to see if he found something, but didn't. "Where could he have gotten?" He just stood there for awhile before shaking it off and turned around to find his way back. If he could find it of course.

While Sonic were on a night run Tails went to bed, but he couldn't sleep. When Sonic put him to bed, he acted like I fell asleep, not to worry him. Sonic left and Tails decided to stay up for awhile and wait until he came back. 'I hope he didn't get lost in the forest...' Sonic got lost in the forest once when they were younger and Tails had to get him out.

Tails had nothing to do, so he walked around inside their hut to see if he found something to do. The hut wasn't big, so it wasn't much there, but he found some cards. It was no one to play it with as long Sonic was not here. It was ok though, Tails could play by himself for so long.

He heard footsteps and quickly turned his little orange fox head around and smiled. "Sonic! Are you home now?" Sonic knew he was awake now, but there was nothing he could do about it now. When Tails sat up from the couch, he walked towards the door, but it opened itself. Something wasn't right, but it was too late to think that. Because something smashed him to the floor and Tails saw red glowing eyes towards his ocean blue. The voice was a radio, but familiar. Before he could resist. He got hit in the gut, hard and passed out.

Sonic finally found a way out the damn forest and were now reaching the tiny treehut he and Tails had spent the night. Sonic opened the door and looked inside. No sound. 'Tails is probably sleeping' He thought and went to the bedroom door. Sonic opened it carefully, poked his head inside and looked around. The bed was empty and no, Tails didn't fall out of the bed either. The house was empty. Fear began to build up in Sonic's body and widened his eyes. He ran around the house at least five more times, making sure to check every place and corner. No Tails. 'Tails wouldn't go out on his own. At least he would have told me so first'

Sonic couldn't belive that Tails was gone. He wasn't even gone in an hour!'Where could my lovely fox be? Then he remembered the shadow from the forest. How fast it was, why it was there, but the sound were different. It sounded like, a rocket. A robot rocket.

Sonic clenched his fists and narrowed his eyes in anger.

'Metal Sonic... Eggman. You are gonna regret trying to hurt Tails!'

Sonic disappeared in a flash of blue light and ran in super sonic speed towards Eggman's base.

Tails let out a groan as he opened his eyes slowly. Feeling the pain in his gut from the punch earlier. "Ugh... Where am I?" Tails looked around and only saw metal walls and a metal door. His arms and legs were chained against the wall. He tried to get out of them, but to no use. He let out a sigh as he heard footsteps from behind the metal door. His ears moved towards the sound and looked at the door. It opened and he saw a fat man walking towards him in his usual clothing and a big grin on his face. Tails narrowed his eyes and lowered his ears. "Eggman! What do you plan this time!?" Eggman looked towards him and still smiled, but didn't answer. He just clicked a button on the wall, revealing a big computer screen and a long keyboard. Eggman hit a button and the computer screen showed a picture. Or a video. Must be a security camera. A long trial of blue was shown and Tails widened his eyes. "Sonic..." He wispered. Eggman looked at Tails and smiled. "Now you might not have noticed, but Metal Sonic have been watching you two peasants for a while now. Letting me know everything. Especially you and that blue hedgehog's sickening love for each other! Now I have figured out Sonic's true weakness! Ho ho ho!"

Eggman laughed and pointed at Tails. 'Am I Sonic's weakness?' Tails couldn't belive it. After such a great time together, they didn't pay attention that Eggman might have spied on them. Tails clenched his fists and looked at Eggman with an angry expression. "Sonic has come to save me Eggman! And he is ready to kick your sorry butt!" Eggman only laughed more. "Ho ho ho! Are you sure about that? Because I have the perfect weapon to destroy him once and for all! Ho ho ho!" Tails only smirked. "That's what you always say Eggface! But Sonic always destroys your poorly made robots before you even blink!" Eggman only looked at Tails face and saw hope. But he only smirked wider. "Oh? Do you want to see my weapon then?" Tails nodded as an answer and still smirked.

But Eggman didn't click any button, neither did he show anything. What he did was to point, at Tails. Tails' eyes widened and his ears fell flat as he saw Eggman laugh his long evil laugh.
