《Daughter of the Nine tails》Chpt 28: Meeting the Sharingan
Advertisement
Let's just say I am annoyed. No I'm not just annoyed I am pissed! The elders of the village thought it would be better for me to watched over by some random ninja. They think cause my seal broke that I am going to go nine tails. And I was just so ready to go on my new adventure with Naruto.
Now I am laying on a hill contemplating my thoughts. I watch the clouds in the sky move to nicely. I wish i was a cloud, then at least I could go wherever I want without any problems. I continue to watch the clouds when I see a shadow standing over me.
"I'm not doing anything wrong!" I say sitting up and looking at the owner of the shadow.
"Relax Kitsune, it's only me" chuckles Ryuu. I sigh and lay back down not looking at him.
He sits down on the ground next to me and looks up at the sky as well.
"I heard what happen Kitsune. I'm sorry to hear about the hokage" Ryuu says.
"It's fine" I answer as my mind drifts off into the clouds.
"Kid what seems to be on your mind? You're not the Kitsune I remember meeting almost five weeks ago" Ryuu questions.
I look at him, "I'm the Kitsune that is very annoyed. The elders think I need to be watched because the seal holding my demonic chakra is broken. They think that if I get angry I'm going to turn into nine tails or something"
Ryuu chuckles combing a hand through his hair, "Kitsune, I trust you. Some humans don't understand that word."
I nod in a agreement and look at him, "What are you doing here anyway?"
"Kakashi asked Pakkun to come get me. Since you are only ninja who is able to use our summoning scroll. Anyways Kakashi thought you could use someone to talk to since your friend is with the toad sage" Ryuu explains.
"I see" I stand up, "Ryuu while you're here can you do some training with me. I'm bored"
"Sure thing Kit." Ryuu stands up as well, "Let's start continue with where you left off with Shenron."
***********
I fall onto my back panting. Ryuu was pushing me past my limits. I look up at him as he stands over me with his hands on his sword. He attempts to slam the sword into me. I use a substitution and land a few yards away. I hide my chakra and lean back against a tree. I slowly stand up regaining my balance.
"Come on Kitsune. You can't be that tired" Ryuu shouts.
I quietly climb up into the tree I was standing next to and climb onto one of the branches. I use what little chakra I had left and make shadow clones. I nod at them and they jump out distracting Ryuu. The clones where in an intense battle.
I take a breath and take out one of my kunais. I bite my thumb and draw a symbol on it. Then I form a handsign. The kunai gets surrounded in a white cloud, when it cleared a sword was now in my hand. I smirk cause this was Shenron's dragon sword.
I hold onto the sword and jump out from the tree. Ryuu looks up at me and smirks. He destroys my clones and holds out his sword. I slash it into the air and the sword clash. Ryuu uses his to defend himself. I jump back and tighten my hold my sword.
I narrow my eyes and run at him. Ryuu follows my actions and holds out his sword. Our swords clash and sparks fly in between them. We clash swords again and again. After a couple of more tries Ryuu manages to pin me down and knock the sword out of my hand.

"That was pretty good Kitsune. We just need to work on your swordsmanship" Ryuu chuckles.
"*pant* That was *pant* a lot more than I thought *pant* it would be" I pant trying to regain my breath.
I pull out the water bottle I had in my pouch and drink it. I drink the whole bottle in under a second. When I feel a little better, I stand up with the help of Ryuu.
"Well i'm going to get going home. I think my dad should be home by now" I smile. I hug Ryuu and take off back towards the village.
"Bye Kit!" I hear Ryuu say in the distance.
I finally get home. I feel a bunch of chakra sources in the house in my father's room. I walk up the stairs and walk into the room. My eyes widen. My dad asleep and the whole was filled with jounin.
"What are you guys doing here?" I ask, "Also explain to me why my dad is asleep"
"Umm..." Gai begins.
My ears flick with annoyance. I walk over to my father and look down at him. I place a hand on his head and feel his chakra flow. My eyes snap widen.
"What happen to him! Someone better fucking answer me before I lose it!" I growl.
Asuma gets up and places a hand on my shoulder. I move and growl at them. In annoyance I punch a hole straight through the wall. Gai stands up.
"Kitsune, you need to relax. Kakashi was put under a genjutsu" Gai says.
"No dip sherlock. Why are you all here in the first place? Who placed him in a genjutsu that seems to be hurting him!" I question.
Kurenai gives me a strange expression, "Kitsune.. I don't know how to tell you"
My eyes widen, "NO! HE'S DYING?!?!?!"
Asuma face palms, "Not even close. He got hurt in a battle. You see Kitsune, some bad people came to village looking for something"
I look at him, "What is that something and who are these people"
"They are known as members of the akatsuki. The thing they were looking for is the nine tailed fox..."
That was all I needed to know. I bolted out of the door with them calling after me. I jump from rooftop quickly. Nobody is going to lay a hand on Naruto. I remember where Jiraiya said we were going and run there.
I push myself minus the fact I have very little chakra left in my body. I get to the town and jump onto the nearest roof. I close my eyes homing in on Naruto's chakra. I find it in a hotel room.
I follow that chakra and get to that hotel. I walk in calmly and ask the lady at the front desk. I describe Naruto and Pervy Sage. She tells me there room number and I run up the stairs. I look at all the rooms and get to the one at the end of the hall.
I knock multiple times on it. I wait until I see a grump Naruto open the door. I tackle him into a hug.
"Oof!" Naruto grunts as we hit the floor.
"What the- Kitsune! What are doing here?" Naruto questions looking at me.
I ignore his question and hug him tighter. Naruto makes a clone and the clone closes and locks the door. Naruto picks me up and we sit on one of the bed. I let out weird breath as I try to regain my normal breathing pattern.

"Kit? Are you okay?" Naruto asked.
"Y-yeah. I did some training with Ryuu and I than ran to come see you. So I am out of breath" I half lie.
"Thank god you came. I was getting tired of just sitting here while Pervy Sage is out with some lady" Naruto explains.
I laugh, "That sounds like him. So he told you to stay here while he goes to half some fun. At least you have me to keep you company!"
"BELIEVE IT!!"
Couple of minutes later Naruto and I were just chilling. I kinda actually forgot why I came all the way down to see him. Oh well at least I'm not stuck in the village. We were in the middle of a card game when someone knocked on the door.
"Naruto you should go get that" I grin.
"Aw! Why not you?" Naruto whined.
"Cause I'm awesome and I told you to" I smirk.
Naruto rolls his eyes and gets up off the bed. The knocking then continues.
"Pervy Sage did she dump you already" Naruto says as he walks over to the door. There was then another knocking at the door.
"I heard you!" Naruto shouts.
I laugh and get up. I walk over to him. "I think pervy sage is depressed"
Naruto laughs and opens the door. The world pauses as I look to see who was at the door. It was a male with long black hair, skin the same colors as Sasuke's, and eyes which were staring at Naruto. This guy wore a black rope with red clouds on it, and on his head was a leaf headband with a line through it.
This guy looked a lot like Sasuke. I grab onto Naruto who was staring at this guy in awe. The mystery guy's eyes shifted to meet mine. His eyes were blazing with the sharingan. My eyes widen, as he just continues to stare at me. A guy that looks like a shark.
"Heh, hard to believe that such a child carries the Nine-tailed fox." says Shark guy..
I slowly feel Naruto grab my hand. The Uchiha then speaks, "Naruto, you're coming with us"
The shark guy then finally notices me standing behind Naruto. He gives me a strange smile. I tighten my hold on Naruto's hand.
"Why don't we take a walk?"
Naruto slowly pulls me with him as we walk out into the hallway. The two guys stood in front of us. I still continue to stare at the Uchiha.
"Hey, Itachi, it'll be a pain in the neck if these kids makes a run for it. Maybe I ought to chop off a leg, just in case." Shark guy states.
I growl at him, as he walks towards Naruto with a hand on his sword. I slowly out in front of Naruto. I growl louder as a warning sign. The guy stops and stares at me. He give me a shark grin. I look at Itachi and see him with a blank face. This eyes how every showed a little bit of emotion.
"It's been a long time." Itachi speaks.
The shark guy turns around and I look in the direction he was facing.
"Sasuke" Itachi finishes.
Sasuke was standing at the end of the hallway with his sharingan activated. He looks angry...
"Itachi Uchiha" Sasuke says.
Naruto was in shock, and mutters something under his breath.
"Well, the sharingan. And he looks an awful lot like you. Itachi who is this kid"states shark guy.
"He's my younger brother" Itachi answers.
"Well that's strange. The way I heard it the whole Uchiha clan was wiped out. By you" smirks shark man.
"Itachi Uchiha, I hope you're ready to die." Sasuke spoke as Itachi slowly turned around to face him, "It's just as you said, brother. I've fostered my hatred for you all this time. I've lived my life for one single purpose. To see you die! It ends here"
Sasuke forms the chidori in his hand as the tension in the room grew. Sasuke let out a yell before running at his older brother with his chidori. His aim was to hit itachi but that didn't work out. Itachi deflected the attack by grabbing Sasuke by his wrist.
The attack left a giant hole in the wall next to us! He starts to bend Sasuke's wrist and Sasuke grunt in pain. Naruto let go of me and forms a handsign. The air around him starts to become rich with chakra.
Then I heard cracking. I gasp as Sasuke screams in pain.
"Sasuke!" Naruto and I cry out.
Naruto starts to do his summoning jutsu until the shark man swings his sword destroys Naruto's chakra. He attempts to swing the sword again. I get out in front of Naruto until a cloud appears in front of me blocking the hit. I look to see a toad.
"You two don't know me at all, do you? Should have done your homework. Jiraiya, the toad sage falls victim to no woman's charm. Rare beauty is dropped for me like blossoms in a storm. It isn't in my nature to be duped by the wiles of women. When you reach the stature I have the ladies kneel and worship at your awesomeness!!!"
I stare at Jiraiya like he was the world's stupidest person. I sweat drop and Naruto gives him a face.
"AHH! Don't give me that! One wink from a pretty girl, and you turn into a mountain of much! You fell for it like a ton of bricks, Pervy Sage!!" Naruto exclaims pointing a finger at him.
"I really wish you wouldn't call me that in front of other people"
"Are you kidding me!?! We've got worse things to worry about then what these guys think of you. Get with it, Pervy Sage!"
"Didn't I just tell you not to call me that!!" Jiraiya yells.
"Whatever name you go by, Master Jiraiya, I must say, you're something of a disappointment." Shar guy begins.
"What! You already know who he is?" Naruto exclaims.
I sigh at the stupidity I am left to deal with right now. Then things get serious until Jiraiya finally notices that I am here. His eyes widen.
"Kitsune your not suppose to be here" Jiraiya says to me.
I look at him, "Why not? I can't stand being in the village while I know that these guys are after Naruto"
Jiraiya summons his frog, "They aren't just after Naruto Kitsune. The elders wanted you in the village for your protection against these guys."
"For what. I can defend myself!" I state standing my ground.
"No you can't! After everything that happened Kitsune you are not strong enough. Let me finish off these guys-"
"Stay out of this" Sasuke's voice fills the air.
I watch as his figure slowly gets up from the ground. "The only one who's going to eliminate him... is me"
Itachi looks over his shoulder at his brother, "Go away. You don't interest me at the moment"
"Then get interested!" Sasuke attempts to punch itachi with his un hurt hand.
He fails when Itachi kicks him knocking the air out of him. I attempt to run and help him but he yells at me to stop. 'Mind your own business'. His words echo into my mind as I stop mid-step. Then it happens again. Sasuke tries to attack but Itachi hits in the face sending him into the same wall.
"Sasuke! Let me help you" I say.
"N-no... I'm not finished yet" Sasuke answers.
I whimper. Sasuke isn't able to get up or form any hand signs.
"So be it" Itachi slowly walks in Sasuke's direction.
We attempt to help when the shark guy blocks our way with his sword. "You heard him. This fight is none of our business, Let's let the two of them sort it out"
I watch as Itachi stands in front of Sasuke. Sasuke attempts on final hit before getting kneed in the gut. Then hit multiple times and I watch helplessly. Itachi then picks Sasuke up and pins him to the wall.
Sasuke then let a scream in agony. This is the first time I have ever heard Sasuke scream like this....
"Sasuke!!"
I feel my nine tails chakra starts to form but i didn't care. I growl running at Itachi as Sasuke let's out another scream. I keep running as I hear footsteps behind me. The walls around us turn into frog guts.
I stop and let out heavy breaths. Itachi and the shark guy make a run for it. They escape through a window that was now covered in black flames. I run after them.
"Kitsune! Stop those flames are not normal!" Jiraiya yells.
I surround myself in chakra and run through the flames. I land on the ground and chase after them. Ignoring the screams I got while i am running. I follow them outside of the town down a river.
' I can't let them get away'
I suddenly feel pain in my body again. I ignore it and keep running until get somewhere I don't know. I pant and lean against a tree. I let out a breath until i sense chakra really close to me.
I look up to see something falling from the tree. I dodge it and see it was the same sword shark guy was holding. I look and see him jump from the tree.
"I must say Kitsune, you're a quick one" says the shark guy.
"Where is Itachi" I growl
"Itachi isn't here at the moment. It's just you and me" Shark guy smirks getting his sword out of the ground.
"You're lying-" That was until I heard chuckling and clapping.
"Those eyes of yours are a sight to behold. Daughter of the nine tails" states an entirely
different voice.
I look behind me to see a man with spiky black hair, same robe as itachi and he wore an orange mask. I growl feeling my chakra start to grow once again.
"Kitsune, you're not dumb enough to use that chakra again are you? You remember the last time you let it all out. Your body took serious damage and even now you're still not strong enough" says the guy. His voice was dark.
I growl and start panting knowing he was right. My body was starting to hurt again from the chakra. I bare my teeth at him as he starts walking towards me. I slowly step back. I then notice that shark guy wasn't there anymore. He continued to walk towards me until I my back was against a tree.
I start to form a hand sign until I see his eyes. They had the sharingan. I continue to stare at it. My mind starts to get a little fuzzy and so does my sight.
"W-what d-did you do to me" I ask.
"Just putting you to sleep. Don't worry Kitsune you'll be just fine. We are just going to on a little trip"
My body falls to the ground, and my world slowly turns to black. Before I blacked out I had one thing on my mind. Why did this guy have the sharingan?

Touch
Touch is a story about a boy named James, and his friends: a group of young, superpowered people brought together by trauma; all trying, in their own ways, to come to terms with what that trauma means to them and who they want to be in response to it. This is a learning process, and mistakes are made, but they grow, learn, and adapt to these difficulties in ways that some might say only young people can. While it may look it at first, this is not intended as a sad story, merely an honest one. I wanted to make the characters human, and unfortunately, that means that difficulties hit them in very real ways through the story, but then again, they have some equally human moments of warmth between one another as they grow. Triggers: Explores the aftereffects and recovery process of sexual abuse, and some other forms of physical abuse. I like to think I avoided making it edgy, but you deserve to be informed. Some readers have told me that it can feel a bit too real at times. A bit too honest. If you like what you read, feel free to comment or review. I like the feedback. Or you can vote for Touch on TopWebFiction. Touch also now has both a Discord and a Patreon! Updates weekly.

There is only one problem: she may be losing control of her abilities. Sixteen years after a global pandemic devastated the earth’s population, the lines in the old United States have been drawn between the Cheyenne Directorate in Colorado and the New England Alliance on the East Coast. The Directorate, of which Alexandra is a part, is a small but powerful organization dedicated to returning the country to its former glory. However, when a diplomatic mission to the New England Alliance goes wrong, Alexandra finds herself at the center of a bloody civil war. Battles are fought on the old highways and in dilapidated towns and once-great cities. And as the conflict escalates, all of North America faces the threat of being burnt away by nuclear fire. Against this backdrop of war, Alexandra tries to uncover the long-hidden secrets behind the plague, her abilities, and the two men fighting to decide the fate of the United States - Henry Bedford, Alexandra's father and leader of the Directorate, and John Martin, the mysterious figure at the heart of the New England Alliance who may hold the key to everything she seeks. None of this will matter, however, unless Alexandra can prevent the power growing inside her from taking over and consuming the very world she is fighting to save. Author's Notes: I appreciate you taking a look at my novel, The Girl from the Mountain. If you're a fan of post-apocalyptic fiction, military thrillers, and/or cosmic horror, I think you'll enjoy this story. I completed the novel's first draft back in 2011 and made significant changes in 2016. Since then, I've more-or-less sat on the manuscript while working on other projects. Thanks to a bit of prodding, I've decided to send this story out into the wild with some touch-ups and additional revisions. I welcome any comments or criticisms, and I hope you enjoy The Girl from the Mountain!

Falling
It is often unclear when a thing comes to an end, the world itself no exception. In the event of the world ending, it was both abrupt and unnoticed, something down right confusing to most involved. Due to this confusion, we will quickly cover the short window of events that led to the destruction of the generally known universe, following the primary instigators to hopefully give the whole thing a little much needed context. ... Author’s Note: I intend to release regularly, hopefully weakly, within the planned three arcs. However, it may go on hiatus between arcs, but it should be clear that an arc has ended. Regardless, I currently plan to go on hiatus after the third arc, which is intended to be a natural breaking point. This is with the hope of not dropping off in the middle of narrative, and I am mentioning it now so no one is surprised if there are planned pauses. Content Warnings: I do not plan to include anything I would see as profanity, gore or traumatizing content. However, I do expect my bar for what qualifies is both above some people’s and below others. Therefore, I am including the Content Warnings so people are not surprised when my view is different. If you find something you do not like, I wish you luck in moving on without it farther concerning you. If I was not as extreme as you were hoping, I apologize for not meeting expectations. I have not marked sexual content, since I do not intend to include explicit sexual acts. However, sex and sexuality still exists and may come up as both an offscreen event or subject. Cover Art: The art work is by me, and I will take it down immediately at request from the artist.
