《I Only Wanted To Be Normal || Yugyeom ☁》23🍃

"Um, I know this is kind of sudden... but are you free tomorrow? I wanted to go to the amusement park, but it's cheaper for couple tickets. You know how living as a college student is, little to no money." I explained.
"I-I don't even know your name, and you don't know mine." she said.
"Oh, i'm Youngjae."
"Nice to meet you Youngjae, my name is Hay-shi."
Her name sounded a bit familiar, but I didn't think to much of it. I just needed someone to go with me so I didn't look suspicious, and she would just have to do for now.
"Well Hay-shi, will you go out with me tomorrow?" I asked.
She looked up at me and nodded. Seconds later she held out her hand. I looked back at her, clearly showing my confusion.
"Let me see your phone. How else are you going to contact me if you don't have my number?" She said in a flirty tone.
I quickly took my phone out my back pocket and handed it to her. It didn't take long for her to save her number in my phone.
"There, I saved my number. I'll be expecting a text later tonight. I wouldn't normally do something like this, but you seem desperate and cute enough." She said with a wink as she walked away.
"Uh... okay?" I was kind of taken aback by her words, but I couldn't deny that she was right.
I started to walk back to my shared dorm with Jinyoung Hyung. When I made it back, I was surprised to see that no one was home yet.
"He's probably still with Keri..." I thought aloud.
Second later I could hear the the sound of keys and the door knob being turned. Jinyoung stumbled in and made his way to the couch, sitting diagonal from me.

"Have you been here long?" He asked.
"No, not really. I just got here."
"Well that's good, I didn't want to leave you alone for too long. I had to go drop Keri off at her dorm." He said as he leaned back on the couch.
"Im so tired, practice keeps getting more and more tough, especially with the spring festival coming up. But Keri already made plans for us to go out to the amusement park tomorrow. Which means that I have to set up the time, and then tell all the children when to be there." He explained with a sigh.
"I could help you Hyung. You said you were tired right? I'll look up the time for you." I offered.
"You'll do that for me? You're a lifesaver." Jinyoung said as he started to make his way to his room.
I quickly went back to my room to look up the time for Jinyoung.
"It looks like they open up at 10 am. But we could go around the afternoon... so around 1 pm would be perfect."
I texted Jinyoung the time. He replied with a smiley face.
"Yup, this man sure is tired, he would never send a smiley face." I said with a laugh.
I went to text Hay-shi next. I opened up my contacts and noticed that Hay-shi put her name as: "Hay-shi ❤ ". I just smiled and texted her the time. I set my phone down next to me, and quickly went to sleep.

I woke up to the sound of my ringtone playing. I quickly picked up my phone.
"Hello?"
"Oh, Hi! I was just about to get up. How are you this morning?"
"That's nice of you, well I guess i'll see you at the amusement park."

"Bye Hay-shi!"
I hung up the phone and started to get out of bed.
"I'll make sure to tell Jinyoung Hyung that I got a date there, so it doesn't seem suspicious."
I got ready, then headed out to the living room only to spot Jinyoung on the couch.
"Good morning Hyung! Guess what... I got a date to the amusement park too!" I informed him.
"Hey, finally you are starting to go out, I was getting worried for you. Well, what time? We can just go together, so you don't have to take the bus."
"Around the same time as you guys. Thank you Hyung, oh and my date's name is Hay-shi. I met her not to long ago, but I just fell for her as soon as I saw her." I explained.
"That's sweet, I hope everything goes well for you. This isn't the first time that i've heard that name. Im just hoping that it's not the same Hay-shi as I think it is." He said in a worried tone. I was kind of confused, but I had more important things to think of at the moment.
I went with Jinyoung to pick up Keri.
"Hey babe." Keri said as she sat in the front seat and gave Jinyoung a kiss. I gagged at the sight, but quickly went to greet her.
"Um, Hi." I said in a low tone.
"Oh, hello Youngjae... what are you doing here?"She asked.
"He is meeting a girl at the amusment park today." Jinyoung explained.
"Really! Little Youngjae has a girlfriend? Awwwwwwhhh." She said as she squished my cheeks together.
"Well, she isn't my girlfriend. We are just going on a date that's all."
"Sure, what you should be saying is yet, she isn't your girlfriend yet." Keri said with a small laugh.
I doubt that we will even see each other again after this, I just needed an excuse to ambush Yugyeom without any suspicion. I still want ____ to think of me as the cute reliable guy that I am.
This is my only chance before the spring festival, that I can get closer to ____.

Happy Friday everyone! Here is a bit of a longer update today. I finally got over my sickness, and I'm ready to start writing more and replying to more comments. Also, thank you to everyone that wrote down a name, most people wanted Hay-shi to be Youngjae's date, so that's what I chose. Maybe I can do something like that again in the future? Hope everyone is having a wonderful day, and thank you for continuing my story, see you next Friday!
