Arabella POVV -
"Dad what have you gotten there?" I asked peering over his shoulder to see he was reading a flyer. He jumped and hid the flyer away from me "nothing .. What are you doing outside Arabella it's not safe how many times have I told you about coming outside." He sighed looking away from me. "I know dad but I thought I was safe here. " I said to him. He shook his head and dragged me back inside. "I don't understand why I can not go outside." I shouted and ran towards my room, the only space I could call my own in this small cottage.
TOM POVV -
I sighed I knew I had upset her .. "What did you do this time?" I heard Ann voice say coming out of the kitchen. "I didn't do anything" I say and she looks over at me.
"What's wrong Tom?" She walked over to give me a hug. How could I tell her it had started the search for girls in the town nearest to us, they had ripped the girls from their family's didn't even care. I signed and handed over the leaflet "This ... " I whispered. I watched my wife pale "No .. It's to soon tell me this is wrong Tom? Tell me this is not happening please." She said landing on her knees to the floor I landed next to her on my knees wrapping my arms around her shaken body. "please . please" She kept muttering in my shoulder. I looked at the flyer again ...
20th March 3020.
Dear human citizens it is time to celebrate your new alpha kings that have come into power. As you know they are now looking for their mates and they will find them. On the 23rd of March the officials will be coming into the human cities to take the girls of age 18-19. Don't not try to hide, we will only use force. Do not disappoint your new kings. Don't try to hide because every house, cottage, space will be checked. We will get the girls.

I shook my head. It was March 23rd today. "Tom we need to hide her now." Ana said looking up at me and getting up leaving me on the floor. "They will come and we must be ready. We have to tell arabella now." She said looking at me with confidence in her eyes. I got up and walked over to arabella's door looking back at my wife. She encouraged me. "Okay." I whispered to myself 'you knew this day was coming, we can keep her safe' I thought to myself. I knocked on the door.
KNOCK KNOCK "Arabella?" I called before walking into her room.

The main character also begins the story as a young, 15-year old girl who has yet to finish high school, and is going to explore more of the world around her as she grows as a person and starts to get her feet under her. Using my personal gameplays as a basis for this fanfiction, in addition to some embellishments here and there. Unlike the silly antics that caused grave consequences if you had ever played RimWorld, my rendition will (hopefully) stay more grounded to reality, whereby no one will go beserk and dig up corpses if they can't eat on a table for 3 days in a row. That's all I need to say, you get the point. I'm writing this for fun. So please expect me to be inconsistent. Lastly, I am incredibly grateful to Tynan Sylvester for the game he created, "RimWorld", which is loved by many across the world and it will always remain a special place in my heart. For without his game, my work would not exist.
