Arabella POVV -
I heard a knock on the door before I saw my father come into my room. "Arabella?" I heard.
I signed "Yes dad." I said looking up from my bed. He looked worried "Is something wrong?" I watched as he came and sat next to me on my bed.
"I've got something to tell you .. " He said and put his head down. I looked at him curios on what he had to tell me, he took a deep breath. "Before you were born the world was at war." He said looking up at me I looked up at him listening to what he had to tell me. "Humans used to live in towns and cities but the world was changing, the grass, trees, flowers were changing because humans were not looking after the earth they were too busy doing other things they thought were important. In the year 2030 exactly 100 years ago actually something happened, things urm creatures of the moon and night came out and started a war and told the humans they were sick of the earth dying - their home actually and would not let it happen." He told me I had so many questions about what the creatures of the moon and night were but I decided I would wait. "The war started and humans fell while the others survived, I'm talking about vampires and werewolves Arabella." My mouth hit the floor. I'm sure my eyes were wide too.
"THERE HERE QUICK HIDE HER TOM THEY ARE COMING .. " my mother shouted, barging into the room. My father quickly got up "Arabella we have to hide you" My dad told me before dragging me into the garden opening the shed that was kept behind tree's.
"Dad what's going on? Who's coming? Why are you telling me to hide." I could feel tears running down my face. I was confused about the whole situation.

"Bad people are here Arabella. Promise me you will not leave this shed until we come and get you please .. darling please remember that we love you but I must go .. " He said looking at me one last time and running out the door. He must have locked me in the shed .. I was all alone by myself left in the dark. I took deep breaths, tears streaming down my face.
TOM POV -
I ran as fast as my legs could run to get back to my wife .. I ran into the cottage to see somebody had grabbed her "Leave her alone" I shouted looking at the guard. My wife looked at me and the guard growled "Where were you human?" Someone said behind me. I looked behind to see a tall man behind me his face full of scars "I .. I was in the garden." I told them.
"Search the house." The scarface person told the rest of the guards. "So tell me human .. who lives here in this cottage and don't lie to me." He said grabbing me by the color I looked at him and gulped "me and my wife." I said looking into his eyes to show I was telling the truth. He shrugged his shoulders.
"Fine but if you're lying, you chose to lie to me. " He smirked. I felt a cold chill going down my body. Just then a guard came in "Sir we can't find anyone but we can smell a scent somebody was here." The guard told scarface. He laughed and looked over at me "You really think we are stupid" He laughed "Check the garden. " He said while smirking at me.
"No . " I heard Ann say while going pale. "And why not?" The guard said walking over to her. She looked up at him and I pleaded with my eyes she wouldn't say anything. The guard grabbed her pulling her up to his face and smirked "I wonder what could possibly be in the garden you don't want us to find." He said and smacked her across the face, her body falling to the floor. "Ann" I said, making my way over to her "Don't even think about it she will get much worse. " He warned me I looked over at Ann, her face flat against the floor, tears streaming down her face and my heart was breaking. "Please we haven't done anything wrong .. We have nothing to hide," I pleaded with him.

Just then I heard a scream in the distance and I knew they had found my dear Arabella "I think you've been lying to me human. I don't like liars." The guard said and laughed while walking over the Ann "No .. Please choose me. I'll take the punishment. Please not my wife." I said grabbing him he shoved me "This bitch has everything coming to her. " He said while walking over to Ann smirking

Obligate of a Self-Ordained Sorcerer
Come join the Discord! It was a typical late-night friday for Mara, secluded in her apartment in front of a digital expanse, relentlessly mashing code into a keyboard. An introverted workaholic, but this was what she wanted - what she had strived so hard to achieve. So why did she feel so lost? Her life was productive, comfortable, satisfying. Plenty had it worse but she still felt... ungrateful? Stunted? The right word escaped her, but she could feel the general revelation settling upon her. With it came a choice that would set events in motion far beyond the meager scope of a 'New Game+'. So taking an intrusive portal to god-knows-where, Mara will come to find that her new world offers boons and banes with equal abandon. Magic, skills, and unforgiving difficulty. For a frail human shut-in, finding herself stranded in the middle of a sprawling dungeon was one of the least desirable outcomes. Food and water would be the least of her problems, why oh why couldn't she just get summoned by some pervy king to slay a demon army or something? This is a story of magic and adventure with skills and stats galore. A litrpg / isekai epic that I've been inspired to make after years of wonderful works like "So I'm a Spider," "Rimuru the Slime," "Azarinth Healer," "Negima!?," and plethora of other isekai and fantasy novels and animes. Special shout-out to Douglas Adams, a big influence on narative humor that's had a non-insignificant effect on my writing style. I hope you enjoy joining Mara on her journey as I attempt to scratch the itch they left behind.Chapters target 3-6k~ words. Though I'm personally aiming for a chapter every couple weeks, I think I can at least promise one a month with how busy work's been. I made a Patreon due to requests, if you'd like to support me there I'll be using it to fund artwork and RR ads for increased exposure.

Not your average Bird
Rago didn't have what you would call a good life... Or lives, in his case. For you see, Rago is one of an infinitesimally small number of people that remembers his previous lives. In his first life, he was a young spartan warrior that was killed for being too weak. In his second life, he was a young squire in the courts of Camelot that was tragically killed when his master lost control of his horse, and it kicked him in the head. In his third life, he was a child soldier in Africa that managed to escort a group of children to safety before he was shot in the head by their now ex-captors. And in his fourth life, he spent his entire life in a hospital bed being treated for a currently incurable auto-immune disease. ... But, that's when things changed. He was suddenly brought before an all-powerful being and given yet another go at life... Let's hope things are different this time.

Stolen by the System
Lost. Vulnerable. Alone. What would you sacrifice to get home? Kidnapped on the cusp of graduation, Jake is dumped into a deadly world of levels and magic. His dreams shattered again, he’s left with a choice: fight or die – and Death won’t let him go that easily. A savage wolf, a horrific secret, and an abhorrent quest make day one the second worst day of his life. Whatever bastard is pulling the strings is due one hell of a reckoning. On the plus side, there’s magic, and Jake’s got the stats to master it. Spells not included, but, hey, creating spells and programming are basically the same thing, right? At least Spellcrafting is slightly less suicidal than trying to stop the encroaching dungeon spawn threat. Because why wouldn’t there be an apocalypse in progress. All the more reason to find his way back fast. Unfortunately, the path home leads right into the heart of danger. Fighting monsters, dungeon delving, solving puzzles – whatever it takes, Jake is finding his way home. He’ll need allies. Powerful allies, like a trainee ranger who struggles to find her hairbrush. Pointy ears, executive dysfunction, and a perilously gutsy moral compass – what more could one want in a Companion? Alas, beggars can’t be choosers. He needs every edge he can get. Going home means finishing his quest. That quest. The quest that doesn’t deserve completion. Save your father, save the world. Update Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Temporarily ad hoc.

Prince of Destiny
Karl is the last prince of a royal house that has been overthrown by brutal revolutionaries. Orphaned by the revolutionaries, he was rescued and has been raised in secret by Leevana, a green skinned night-hag, for the past ten years. When Karl turns sixteen and is old enough to embrace his destiny, he and Leevana must set out on a quest to find his royal grandmother. But the depraved new leader of the revolutionaries, Joe Steel, is on their trail... Somewhat inspired by the basic concept of Don Bluth's fairy tale animated feature, purporting to be based on the myths surrounding Anastasia Romanov. I don't think this counts as a fanfiction, because it does not use anyone else's characters and it is in its own self-contained world, but please keep in mind the inspiration. Leevana and Karl are completely original characters, but Joe Steel, the bigger bad, is inspired by Stalin. Maybe let me know if you think it should have a fanfiction tag or not.

A character-centric plot-driven GameLit/LitRPG apocalypse novel with notes of Xianxia. The Omniverse arrived, and with it, judgment. Surrounded by monsters, he has one year to prove his value before Earth is open to the alien races of the Omniverse and whatever they bring with them. In the brutal struggles that follow, a certainty defines his being: It doesn't matter what this new world throws at him; He will prevail. Release schedule: 1 chapter every Saturday.
