《You Broke Me First》Ch.3- Confrontation

Izukus POV
I walked back to class not bothering to make eye contact with anyone. I mean I'm not shy, it's just sometimes I'm not in the mood. But maybe I am shy too...
I stop at 1-a class door with a sigh.
'A lot has happened since middle school. '
I push the door open and everyone who was inside went quiet.
'Great. '
I mentally rolled my eyes and walked to my desk trying to ignore everyone's stares. I leaned my chin on my hand and looked out the window to my side. I then felt a light tap on my shoulder. I didn't bother turning to look.
"Midoriya?"
A soft yet stern voice came from the side of me. I turned to face them.
"Yes, Yaoyorozu?"
I ask looking up at her uninterested. She smiles.
"Mr.Aizawa wants you to meet him in the principal's office. "
'Just fucking great.'
I grimaced with a small nod. I stood up and walked past her. I left the classroom and I started to hear whispers coming from the other side of the door. I head to Nezus's office.
Making it across the school, I stood at the office's door. I took a deep breath and knocked.
"Come in! "
A too happy voice shouted from the other side of the door. I walked in and saw a deflated All might sitting on a chair by the window facing me. Mr. Aizawa was standing behind Nezus desk right by Nezu, Present Mic was leaning on the wall by all might, and Uraraka was sitting in a chair in front of Nezus desk.
"Take a seat, Midoriya. "
The mouse said. I bit my lip and walked far away from Uraraka and sat on a sofa on the other side of the room. They all looked at me questionably as I slouched down into the soft couch. I got a cold glare from Uraraka. I stuck my tongue out at her.

"So childish. "
She said turning back to face Nezu.
"Says the little tattletale. "
I snicker. She tenses up. I chuckle knowing I made her mad.
"So, Midoriya, I heard you and Uraraka got in a little fight recently?"
Nezu asks. I nod and slouch deeper into the couch.
"May I ask why? "
He says putting his hands- I mean paws together.
"Don't you already know?"
"Besides, just ask little miss fake here. "
I say gesturing towards the brunette. She scowls.
"What do you mean, young Midoriya? "
All might asks.
"Oh, quit pretending already. Uraraka already told you about my little situation."
I say standing up from the couch. They look at me in surprise.
"She was just trying to help you, child. "
Aizawa says crossing his arms. I look at him and back at Uraraka.
"Tell them what you told me. "
I said to her.
"What do you mean, Izuku? "
She asks rubbing her arm.
"You said you never wanted to be there for me in the first place, meaning you did this on purpose. "
I said glaring at her. She shrugs.
"I may have said that but it doesn't mean I meant it. "
She said looking away.
'Liar.'
I look over at Nezu.
"I'm done here. Have a wonderful day. "
I said sarcastically as I walked back to the door. My hand was then wrapped by a white cloth before it made it to the knob.
"Let go."
I said quietly still facing the door.
"We're not done here, problem child."
A gruff voice said from behind me. I look over my shoulder.
"You're not done here. I am. "
I said giving a small glare. He pauses and I quickly pull his scarf, making Aizawa fall. I unwrapped my hand and bowed to everyone.

"See ya later!"
I gave a salute and walk out of the room. I then bolt it to the roof.
3rd POV
"Did that kid just... "
Present Mic stood awestruck.
"I don't get paid enough. "
Aizawa grunted as he got up from the ground. Nezu had the straightest face out of all of them. All might grew a little worried by this.
"What's wrong, Nezu? "
He decides to finally ask.
"That child...."
"What?"
Asks present mic. Nezu smiles at Uraraka.
"You may leave, dear. "
He says to her. She nods and leaves. His smile slightly falters.
"Aizawa."
The mouse calls.
"Yes?"
"I need you to keep an eye on that boy."
Everyone looked at him confused.
"Why? "
The pro asked.
"Just watch him, okay? "
Aizawa sighed, deciding not to push it.
"Fine. I'm going back to class. "
The tired teacher said leaving with a teasing present mic. All might looked at Nezu.
"I know you're worried, Toshinori, but you just have to let everything flow naturally. "
All might nods and stand up.
"See you later, Nezu. "
'We have to be careful with that child. '

Journey of Infinite Steps
Science Fiction/ Low fantasy Iliad. Oliver just wanted a job that could keep his family fed, and himself sane. Was that so much to ask for? Apparently. As he instead ends up facing monsters and dodging his way to another world instead. Competent as he views himself figuring out how to reopen a portal back home by himself is defiantly above his knowledge base. Of coarse it would be vastly simpler if he could keep 'getting back home' as his primary goal. 'Staying alive' is unfortunately a far more immediate and relevant goal. I will post any content warnings on a Per Chapter basis. Divisive content will be as skip-able as I can reasonably manage Discord Link will be available for those interested in assisting editing/ coauthoring. Especially character writers/those willing to work out the math/ economies and world building even if only as a wall to bounce ideas off of.-----Full Synapsis contains serious spoilers----- Looking to take care of his family, Oliver finds himself flung into a faraway place. Try as he might, his Iliad will not be simple or peaceful as he'd like. Alas the slow and unending war of Chaos and Order has long memories and longer reach. If Oliver is to make his way back home it looks like He'll have to solve the universe one fight and mystery at a time. Especially as the Laws of Physics shift, often on a per world basis. Hopefully there is still a home to come back to.

Howard's Growth
In the not too distant future, the concrete of a new world has been laid to replace the dying Earth of old. In this world, one must provide value or perish in ignominy. Howard Manfield, like most pawns, fashions himself a king of his realm. Presiding over the corporatized dominion of genetic engineering, Howard was yet haunted by memories unknown to him. Awaking in a cold sweat to the dank smell of his own breath, his mind turning to the darkness from which it had emerged. In truth that was what he remembered most, it was more the substance of absence more than any meaningful presence on a color spectrum. It would not be until the first and last of his fated 'finding quests' that Howard Manfield would learn his place among his memories.

NEVER SPLIT THE PARTY: The Adventures of The Creeping Bam (BOOK TWO: One Cold Trail)
After their fateful misadventure in the mountainous Norther Reaches of RUNDAO, a dark new threat to all of RUNDAO has been revealed to the mercenary band of THE CREEPING BAM and their newest member, half-orc bandit SHAYLINE SWIFT-KILL. Returning their hard-won cargo to THE SILVER ORDER in their city stronghold in BAVAT, they find their well-deserved rest will have to rest – half-elf wizard GAEL FOXTAIL’s father has disappeared while performing an investigation in the coastal city of UNTERMER, and it’s up to our motley crew to find him. As a son of Untermer, wily bakaneko thief ART OF SHADOWS is the perfect choice to lead the way, but he has ghosts of his own to face as their investigation brings them into the orbit of the THIEVES GUILD. But there are daker forces at work here, and as they uncover a dark conspiracy and form an uneasy alliance with a trio of tough sellswords with their own stake in the game, led by dwarven warrior THELGAEWYNN FROSTFORGE, the Creeping Bam begin to suspect this may be connected to that unfinished business they started back up north … This is a love letter and homage to the high-fantasy worlds of the tabletop RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder and Warhammer and the sword & sorcery cinema and literature I fell in love with as a kid growing up in the 80s, from Robert E. Howard’s Conan the Barbarian (and the awesome Schwarzenegger movie, STILL my favourite fantasy film EVER), The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit and Ron Howard and George Lucas’ Willow, to the more grown-up and edgy worlds of grimdark masters George RR Martin and (my all-time favourite) Joe Abercrombie, as well as a BIG DOLLOP of Terry Pratchett’s immortal Discworld series. IMPORTANT: This story contains material which some readers may consider to be mature, such as battle violence, some strong language and occasional mild sexual scenes. If this is not your kind of thing, this story is not for you. I am also serializing this story on Tumblr, Wattpad, Quotev and Sweek.

They say the story is only as good as its villain. Perhaps, it's time to skip the middleman.
