*Chapter 4*
I was currently sleeping when I heard a loud crashing sound that made me immediately snap up in surprise. I groaned and sat up, rubbing the sleep out of my eye to get a better glimpse of my phone screen once I wanted to look at the time. It was almost three in the afternoon when I got out of bed.
I first played with the thought of staying in bed but at the end my curiosity got ahead of me. Therefore, I followed the direction in which the noise was coming from and landed in the kitchen. I squinted my eyes at the bright light that was shining through the window and tried to get a clue on what was actually happening here.
"Ace? What the hell are you doing in the kitchen?" I asked when I saw a few broken dishes on the floor. Before he could answer my question Ramon showed up with an annoyed expression. It seemed like he had just woken up and when there was something Ramon valued more than practice, then it was sleep. He's even worse than me and that tells a lot because I often tend too sleep way too long.
"Quentin!" Suddenly I was called. I sighed and head to Jin who was the one asking for me. "Do something about that stupid phone of yours," he shouted when I heard the ringtone of my phone. I frowned and went to pick it up after seeing that it was Zaron.
"Hey," I smiled.
"Did you plan anything for today? Because I didn't," he started. I rolled my eyes at him.
"What a nice way to greet me," I commented. "And no, I didn't plan anything. I just thought we could go to the mall or go out to eat." I honestly didn't really thought about it, I was fine with anything as long as I get to spend my time with him.
"Fine, should I pick you up later?" He asked.
"No, don't worry, I'll just show up around five at your place, okay?"
"Yeah, sure," I heard from the other side of the line before he abruptly hung up on me. I sighed about him. Somehow I need to find a way to wrap him around my fingers because he's still restraining too much.
I dropped back on my bed and head back to the kitchen to get something to eat. Ramon still seemed to be there as I noticed when I reached the kitchen. His glance followed to my direction as our eyes met.
"I told you, you should finally put something on when you wake up," he rolled his eyes.
I frowned, seeing myself in nothing but pink boxer briefs. "Why? It's not like you haven't already seen me like this before," I shrugged.
He sighed and rolled his eyes. "At least do something about your weird fetish for Victoria's secret underwear!"
I propped my hands on my hips and pouted. "You're just blind. You don't see the cuteness in their designs," I huffed, feeling offended. Ramon was focusing back on his sandwich as I watched him finishing his food.

"Do you want to practice later?" His gaze fell back on me. I snatched his sandwich away and took a big bite.
"Nope, I already have plans for today," I declined. He pursed his lips and scowled at me for stealing his meal. I grinned and wanted to turn away but then I saw his quick movements and dodged just in time before the object he threw at me flashed, passing me inches away from my face.
I turned around to see what exactly he threw at me and that was when I noticed the silver shining knife blade sticking on the wall which could've easily harmed me. "Ramon, don't do that! That was dangerous! What if you had hurt my pretty face," I was still chewing on my sandwich, or rather his.
"Shut up, don't be ridicoulous!" He turned around and started making his chicken breast salad sandwich all over again.
In that moment Jin came through the door and immediately noticed the knife in the wall. He cocked his brow at it and passed it like it was nothing important. "Quentin, go and put something on, I can read the word PINK on your ass glittering miles away," he demanded and opened the fridge to get some orange juice.
I stuck out my tongue to him and turned away, heading back to my room. After I finished my food, I went straight to the bath to take a good hot shower. My hair was still wet when I got out the bathroom, ready to choose an outfit for the day.
"Jin!" I called while I was standing in front of my closet with crossed arms.
"What is it?" I heard the following steps of my brother approaching when the door opened. "Ugh, couldn't you at least call me WITH some clothes on?" He complained.
"Oh yeah right, I forgot," I scratched the back of my neck before putting some pair of boxers on. "Better?" I looked at him, but he just huffed.
"You have no shame, seriously. What did you call me for?" He leaned against the wall and looked down on me.
"I'm going on a date so help me decide what to wear today." Jin cocked a brow at me and chuckled.
"Who the hell is willing to go on a date with you?" He laughed and didn't believe me. "I bet that he's only after your body, anyway."
"Shut up, he's not like that!" I argued. He ruffled my drenched hair and took a look in my closet.
"I really don't get why you're asking me, though," he sighed. "You're not going anywhere fancy, right?" I shook my head. "Then this should be just fine." He pulled out a light pink sweater and and light denim jeans for me to wear but I was not content.
"I don't like it, it's boring," I refused and shook my head. He sighed.
"Then take this," he throw yellow dungarees at me and a black and white checkered t-shirt which I quickly put on. "And?" He raised an eyebrow.

"Is it not too cold for this though?" My whole leg up to my mid thigh were completely exposed.
"Then get some high socks and it should be fine." He searched through the pile of socks in my drawer and pulled out a pair of black knee socks with red heart prints for me to put on. "See, you don't look that bad anymore," he mumbled as I went ahead to blow dry my hair. "Anyway, what did you even plan to do today?" He asked curiously.
"I don't know," I shrugged. "Just gonna hang out and grab something to eat. We'll see."
"Ah let me guess, it was a sudden idea of yours, wasn't it? Anyway, did you tell him anything about us," he gave me that warning look.
I looked down as I turned off the blow dryer. "I didn't," I sighed. "In fact, he doesn't even know my name." I pressed my lips together before continuing again. Jin slowly approached me and put a hand on my shoulder.
"It's not like we are forbidding you to give out your identity. You know it's just for our and especially your best. You don't want to deal with unnecessary drama, right?"
"Yeah, I know. But don't you sometimes wish to have grown up as a normal kid? Where nothing but school grades and college are your only problems you could care about?" I wondered and once again turned off the blow dryer as I put it away.
"Well it would be completely boring, don't you think?" He smirked and messed up my hair again. I smiled at him as I fixed the mess he caused. "Just keep in mind that no one's stopping you from doing whatever you want to," he reminded and left the room with a last pat on my shoulder.
I shook my head at him and let my half wet hair air dry. The time already reached four thirty when I head to get a sucker from the kitchen. That was the cue for me to take my keys and put my maroon Doc Martens on before leaving the house to head straight to my car.
After I got in and buckled up I started the engine and hurried to Zaron's place since I was already running a bit late.
When I arrived at his place I quickly stepped out and went to ring the bell, but that didn't seem necessary because the door immediately opened like he had known that I would come now.
He was dressed quite simply, wearing black jeans and sneaker a red shirt and a leather jacket finishing up his look. I glanced back up to his face and smiled. "Hey," he greeted me.
"Hi," I returned and pulled the bubble gum flavoured lolly out of my mouth. "I guess you're ready to leave?" I made sure. He nodded and locked the door behind him.
"Are we driving with your car?" I nodded at his question when we both got in. "So where are we heading to?" He questioned as he buckled up.
"To the mall," I smirked and started the engine.
"The mall? Not a classy way to have a date, you know? Normal people would go out to eat, go to the movie theater or something like that," he huffed.
"Well going to the mall is fun. Besides I don't personally categorize myself a a 'normal person'," I declared. He smirked and shook his head. The ride was more quiet than I taught it would be and it didn't change until we arrived.
We got out of the car after I found space in the parking lot to park. Together, we went in where we were already greeted by the scent of diverse snacks they offered and the crowds of people passing by. That's when I noticed that I hadn't been here for a long time.
"So where do you want to go first?" He was a bit uneasy when he took a look around, not exactly knowing what to do.
I rolled my eyes. "Come on," I smiled and grabbed his hand tightly, guiding him through the hallways. He inspected our connected hands before looking back in my eye. "Don't be so tense," I encouraged him to get him a bit relaxed. "Let's head to that store first," I pointed out.
"Yeah fine," he muttered and obediently followed, saving me the trouble of having to drag him along. I didn't let go of his hand, at least not until we went inside and looked around.
"Hey Zaron," I called him as soon as I found some appealing pair of rainbow shoes. "What about these?" I held them up and waited for his opinion. Though he just shrugged which caused me to drop my arms and pout in disappointment. "Zaron! Come on. At least show a bit of effort!"
"Yeah sorry," he scratched his neck and got a glimps at his watch. I sighed and turned around to look for something else.
I was just about to give up and head to the next shop when I found a cute pair of knee high socks with red lollypop prints. "Wow, Zaron look!" I marvelled and took a pair in white and black. "See this is for you!" I hold up the black one.
He smirked and shook his head. "I'm never going to to wear these," he refused.
I shrugged. "You don't need to wear them. It's fine if you'd just hang them up." I went to the cashier and just bought the two pairs with a grin when I returned to Zaron who was shaking his head at me.
"Come on let's go," I took his hand and continued the way through the crowded hall. "Oh let's go there!" I pointed at the familiar store when he widened his eyes in utter disbelief.
"What?! There???"
