*Chapter 25*
"Text me, okay?" Zaron said as my arms were still wrapped around his neck. We were standing in front of my door before we were close to parting.
"Sure, but," I pulled him closer to me when he pressed his lips on mine, cutting me off.
"But?" Zaron raised his eyebrows like he had just noticed that I wanted to say something.
"Yeah, never mind," I waved away with a giggle and turned away. Though, the moment my eyes were fixed on the door, I noticed how Ramon was nonchalantly leaning against the wall like he was already expecting me at this time. He waved at us with a knowing smile.
I smirked at him and shook my head at that. "See you Zaron," I winked at him and hurried over to my brother who seemed to be waiting for me as we got inside.
"Now how was it?" Ramon grinned.
"Amazing," I shot. "More than amazing." I went to sit on the couch while Ace and Jin also approached us in curiosity.
"Uh, baby brother is back," Jin smiled. "How did it go?"
"Really well," I mumbled. Jin went ahead and sat next to me.
"You had sex, didn't you?" He dropped all the sudden. I pressed my lips together, not answering to him but at the same time giving the answer by staying quiet. He just laughed at it and shook his head.
"Yup, someone got laid," Ramon commented. "Dad was shook, too. Like he didn't stop talking about Zaron and you. But hey, he really likes him and I think he wants to visit us soon."
"Where did you go to?" Jin questioned and played with my earrings once he noticed the difference.
"We went to the amusement park," I smiled. "It was really fun, I even tried some cosplay. But it was not really something for me," I shrugged. In that moment Ramon's phone rang which he picked up. The atmosphere immediately changed once his eyes changed.
"You did what?! The fuck Myles!" Ramon sighed afterwards and grabbed Jin. "You come with me!"
"What why? What happened?" Jin was too overwhelmed by him to get a grip of the situation. At the end they both disappeared out the door, leaving me and Ace alone. There was still a weird tension between us, just because Ace was not someone I really talk to a lot or rather at all.
"Cute earrings," he touched them. And to be honest, I expected him to leave but he didn't which was earnestly surprising.
I smiled at him for that before looking down to the ground. Ace kept looking at me which made me feel super uncomfortable. "I," so I confronted him. "I know I'm hot but why are you staring at me?"
He cocked an eyebrow at me. "You know," he started. "I may not act like it, but I'm still your older brother, okay?"
I frowned at him. "Ace? Is that really you?" I couldn't just believe his words. There was no way that after all this years of basically ignoring me that he wants to explain me now of all times that he cares. I didn't get the situation and turned to him, paying him every bit of my attention.

"I just don't think highly of the way the others are treating you," he bit his lips.
"What are you talking about? Acting like not noticing me is better or what?" Now, I didn't get him and was getting a little impatient. "What is your point?"
"I guess you want me to be honest," he sighed. "Well I think Myles is just unnecessary mean to you, Jin is babying you too much and Ramon is either blind or just dumb," he came to the point. "You better shut your mouth and keep that to yourself," he added a threat on it. "I'm gonna get killed if they hear that from me."
I wanted to say something. So much, actually. My head was nearly bursting from thoughts and questions. But for some reason, they didn't manage to slip out.
"I know you, Quentin and I know that you are different from me, from Jin and Ramon and different from Myles. But it is for yourself to figure out, that's why I'm not telling anything further."
I kinda felt stupid for not understanding him. And he did notice it, too. Especially by my loss at words.
"I'm only giving you an advise for now," he stood up and looked down at me. "Just follow your heart. Whatever you will decide for yourself, I will not stand against you with it, don't forget." He was about to leave when I called him back.
"Ace!" I approached him once I had the feeling of it as an unfinished business. It felt like it was the right thing to embrace him in a tight hug as my arms went around his neck. And it was probably the first time to hug him like that. "I appreciate it," I smiled and pressed a soft kiss on his cheek. "A lot."
"You'll turn me gay, at this rate. And seriously, I don't want to go to hell," he smirked as he placed his hand on my back.
"Shut up! Gay or not, you will go to hell anyways," I chuckled and let go. "Besides, if every gay person was going to hell then hell would be absolutely awesome."

"Hey Zaron," one of my workers went ahead to sit next to me as we had our break.
"Cole," I greeted him. "How's it going? How was Europe?"
"It was absolutely amazing, you have no idea," he grinned. "And I could tell a lot more about it if you are willing to come to a mixer party with a few others."
"Sorry, I can't," It's the first time that I didn't have to think about his offer.
"What? Come on, it'll be fun," he kindly boxed my shoulder. "These girls are really awesome and it will surely do you good for your lonely ass," he smirked.
"I'm not lonely, I'm actually taken."
"No way, what? There I go for barely five months and here you are already having a girlfriend. That is not fair, don't you think," he widened his eyes in envy.
"Well my girlfriend is actually a boy which makes it a boyfriend then," I confessed. That is how his jar dropped, he became silence and had eyes full of disbelief. "Don't give me that look, seriously," I rolled my eyes.

"No fucking way," he whispered. "Zaron tell me you are fucking lying right now. Seriously, don't give me that crap." But I didn't say anything. "Wow. Zaron really wow," he shook his head and sighed to come down. "How does he look like?"
I bit my lips and pulled out my wallet where I stored the pictures I made with Quentin in the amusement park and handed them over. He looked at them thoroughly, not wanting to miss any details before he handed them back.
"Cute. Definitely not someone I thought I would see you with but still cute. Though he is damn young. Like, is he still in high school or what?"
I shook my head when suddenly two others of my workers wanted to join us. "Hey guys, do you mind," Michael and Louis sat at our table as they read from our gaze that the atmosphere was a bit uncomfortable. "What is it? Did we interrupted you or anything?"
"Well, guess what guys, Zaron is not going to come to the mixer," Cole sighed.
"Huh? Why's that?" They complained. "We already arranged it. Now we have to look for someone else."
"Well I'm in a relation ship now," I shrugged.
"Yup, and the lucky one isn't a hot chic but a dude. And on top of that, he looks like a high school kid," Cole talked it worse than it actually was.
"No way, can we see him, too?" So I showed him the same pictures as Cole and put it back. But they were speechless, different to the previous reaction. And their face just screamed like they wanted to let out a stupid remark which is why I warned them. "Don't dare say anything against him."
"W-what is he like?" Louis asked which sounded like he was about to say some shady remark but decided last minute not to.
"Lovely," I said and snorted at that. "Everything but. Rather annoyingly seductive and obstinate. He might appear too sassy in front of strangers and I should probably be worried that he likes my brother just a little too much."
"You need to introduce him to us, one day," they pointed out. "Sounds interesting."
Then all of the sudden my phone that was openly laying on the table started ringing. Quentin's name popped up the screen which made me curious as I took the phone from the table. "Your boyfriend?" Cole raised his eyebrows as I nodded and picked up.
"Hey," I slowly spoke while I had to endure the anticipating glances of the others.
"C'mon, c'mon put it on speaker," Louis whispered but still loud enough to reach the other line.
"Who was that right now?" Quentin's voice raised in suspicion.
"One of my mates who really wants to get to know you and listen to our conversation," I honestly answered.
A long minute passed where I waited for his response. "Hello?" I frowned, assuming that the line cut off.
"Okay, I'm switching to video call," he mumbled. That's how I put the phone away from my ears and waited until he did as he planned to.
"Looks like he is willing to talk with you," I said to the guys and accepted the call.
"Hi again," I greeted him.
"Hey," he returned. "So, what was with your mates?"
"Damn he really is young." Cole who was sitting beside me could easily just watch while the other two in front of me didn't. "What's up kid," Cole greeted with a smile.
Though Quentin scowled at him. "I'm not a kid, you damn geezer. Besides, I have a name, I'm Quentin."
"Sorry, Quentin," he apologized, emphasizing his name. "I'm Cole, nice to meet you."
"Hey, we want to see, too," Michael complained. So I rolled my eyes and turned my phone towards them. "Hey!" Michael greeted him with a outright smile.
"If you just want to judge me then I'm ending the call," he threatened.
"No, we don't," Louis clarified. "We just wanted to see what kind of guy could wrap our thick headmate around his finger." I sighed at him, not wanting to hear any of their talks, but not wanting to interrupt them either.
"Well I'm just good at it," Quentin giggled that instinctively fill my heart, causing me to bit my lips. Even though, I couldn't see his face right now, I was perfectly able to imagine him smiling like he always did.
"Really? And what did you do?" Michael cocked one eyebrow.
"Uhm for example things like this," he said, followed by a long pause.
And suddenly, Michael looked away with a slight blush and Louis widened his eyes, gasping in shock.
"What?" I frowned and turned the phone back to me, seeing how everything was normal. "What did you do?" I narrowed my eyes at him.
"Nothing." His too innocent smile gave something suspicious off.
"What did he do?" I looked at my mates though they weren't willing to say anything either. "Quentin," I warned. "Wait a minute, are you on my bed?" I frowned.
"You just noticed?" He half smiled. "I actually only called to tell you that I'll be waiting for you."
"Seriously, you could've just texted it," I rolled my eyes at him.
"Yeah, I could. But I just wanted to hear your voice." He had a slight pout on his face as he said that. "It's cause, I miss you."
"We just saw each other three days ago," I smirked.
"So what?" He looked away. I just wanted to hug him right now. "Text me when you finish," he winked. "Besides I'm totally craving your dick right now."
"Quentin!" I burried my face in my hand as everyone snickered.
"See ya!" And that it is how he hung up on me.
"Damn idiot," I cursed.
"I see," Cole snickered. "He's really... well different." Michael and Louis agreed on that. "Jesus, you are full of surprises today."
