"So like you guys know it's been almost a month since you guys started school. I think it's time we actually start to learn some real spells. " Mr. Martinez tells us with excitement in his voice. The class is almost over so I doubt we will be doing anything today." Umm, I don't believe him," Samuel tells me and Beth.

After the first week of school, we change how we were sitting. Ned sits next Beth and sits next Samuel while all three of them are on my left. Also, Jeb sits to my right and Lucas sits next to Jeb. Jeb and Lucas have been getting really close to each other, so has Beth and Samuel. Then you have me and Ned the odd one's out.

" As you guys can probably guess tomorrow is the start of all witch's favorite month October." He tells the class and tries to say October in a spooky way. This makes the class give out a chuckle. " Prepare to start learning spells. And I have a good rest of your day," he tells the class as everyone started to get up and leave.

We make it outside as I feel something warm and slimming hit me. "Ohh" I managed to say. I clean the goo off my eyes to see Dylan and two other boys. Dylan has an empty jar in his hands. I think I know where it came from.

" What the hell " I yell at him so furious that I could catch fire. " My bad, maybe you should get in my way when I have," he tells me. I look around and I can see we are attracting a crowd now. This crap smells.

" Well, I hope you like to get the shit beaten out of you" I hear Samuel say to him as a started to run towards him. When Dylan sees this he pulls out his ward and makes Samuel trip over his feet while running towards him. Samuel hit the ground really hard. When he does Lucas walks over to him and helps him up.

" You guys are nothing but a brunch of Fetus," Dylan says to Samuel and Lucas. Everyone in the huge crowd is shocked that he said that. I can't believe he would say that. Dylan and his group just laugh at this. Why would he say that to them? This makes me so violent for some reason. I can feel my Dargon side coming out.

"You six headmaster office now." I hear Mr. Martinez say to us but am still focus in on Dylan. Then Mr. Martinez walks right up in front of me. I must have gotten taller from my Dragon side because I am looking down on Mr. Martinez.

" Thomas you need to clam down. I Am here now we are going to sort everything out. You will be fine. Don't do anything you will regret later down the line." Mr. Martinez tells me as he tries to put hands on my shoulders.

What am I doing?

I hear a voice from inside I have never heard before. I feel a lot calmer now, but I don't think it was from Mr. Martinez. Whatever the voice was I think the voice calms me down. " Let's go, Thomas," Mr. Martinez tells me as she teleports us to the headmaster's office. This is the 2nd time so far this year I've been here.

" You three, wait here. Dylan, Billy, and Arthur office now" Mrs. Anderson tells them grimly as she opens her door for them. She slams the door shut.

" Here Thomas here are some clothes to change into, and a trash bag to put your dirt and ones in so you can clean them later." Mr. Martinez tells me as he hands me sweatshirt and sweat pants. " The restroom is over there, you can fresh up in there," he says as he points at the restroom near the office.

I walked into the restroom that says employees' office restroom only. When I walk in to see a toilet, a sink, a mirror, and a shower? What kind of employ restroom has a shower? oh well, I need to get this off me. I smell like a swamp.

I need that shower. I didn't take to long cause I am not sure how long it would take Aunt daisy to talk to them. I hope we are not in trouble. It's not like we did anything to start it. I just hope I don't get Samuel and Lucas in trouble.

I put on the clothes there gave me and I look in the mirror. That's when I see my red eyes. Why are my eyes still red? " You have to go now," I tell him I a firm voice.

Now I know for sure it's my Dargon side. My Dargon side has never talked to me before. But why would it be about? Usually, you have to contact your Dargon to start using your powers, but I haven't tried before. " Okay but later today. I am in trouble for what we did" I tell him.

It is all he tells me as my eyes turn back to my normal brown eyes. Great now I have this on my plate too. I grab my old clothes and put them in the trash bag Mr. Martinez gave me. I get one more smell of it before I put it in the bag. " oh, that shit stinks" I say to my self as I open up the door.

Walkout to see Lucas and Samuel still sitting there. I am not sure where Mr. Martinez is at right now. I walk over to where there are sitting and sit next to them. " Whatever was that shit" Samuel ask me as soon as I got down.

" Sludge Sanguis," I tell both of them as there give me weird looks. " It a mixer of swamp sludge and Snail blood," I tell them in the most annoyed tone. " Ew" " disgusting," Both say on top of each other so I can't tell who said what. " Yeah tell me about it," I tell them as I try to sink into my seat.

I can feel some buzzing in my new pants. Good thing my phone was okay. But I decide I'll deal with the text later I have bigger fish to fry right now.

"Why does that guy hate you," Lucas asks me as he stands up and stretches." To be honest with you, I really don't know why," I tell him as he sits back down. Well I do know his dad has to deal with Octha Weylyn, and we were both tribrid but that's really all.

At that moment the head Masters door opens and Mr. Martinez comes out and holds the door for them. " I'll see you three in detention for the rest of the week." He tells Dylan and his group as there leave the pissed off. " You three now" Mr. Martinez points at us to come in. I just hope this goes well.

We walk inside the office and the three of us sit down in the seats right in front of my aunt's desk. Mr. Martinez is standing by the door.

" I already know what happened but I want to hear your guy's side of the story." She tells us in her calm voice. I got to speak first. " Well, we were walking out of class and then out of know where Sludge Sanguis was tossing at me by Dylan. Then Samuel went to stick up for me then Dylan used a spell to trip him. Lucus went over to help Samuel up and then Dylan called them Fetus" I tell her trying to explain the situation.

" Thomas you also left out the fact that you almost turn into a Dargon, but besides that, your story matches Mr. Martinez's story." She tells us as we all look at each other confused. "Is that it?" Samuel asks the obvious question to her. "Are we in trouble" Lucas adds on to Samuel.

" No you guys are good. You are the ones who are the victims. Also, Samuel if you get in a fight with someone you will be sent to detention, so don't try it again. " she tells us as she pulls out a notepad of her desk.

"But one more thing for you two." She looks at them to like she wants to tell them something serious. I go to get up cause I assume that I shouldn't be listening in. "Thomas I want you to listen to," She tells me with a soft voice. I wonder what this could be about.

"So like you guys may know already in the supernatural world there are prejudices against Mixers and Lasko's. Parents teach their kids the same prejudices and beliefs, so it may not seem like it but a lot of people don't agree with Mixing breeds or letting Laskos join the supernatural world. " She tells us as she tries to say as nicely as possible.

I already know this. My parents already taught me this cause I am very much different from every other kid. But my family has always kept me and my siblings near human and not so much as the supernatural world. My mom wanted me and my siblings to be normal teenagers. But I see why she wants me to hear to know just in case. I know this is mostly for Lucas and Samuel.

" So you will have kids like Dylan and his friends who will do things like that just to get under your skin. But you guys did the right thing and didn't fight back. Well almost, Samuel like I said you need to control your anger a bit." She tells us but she deters the last of it to Samuel. Samuel does have some anger issues. His anger is what triggered his powers. When he got into that fight with the gang members and he ended up killing them all.

" Yes Ma'am," All three of us tell her as she smiles. " Okay good, you guys can head back to your dorms or if you have a class. Have a good day boys" She tells us as we stand up and leave the room.

Once we make it out of the office one of us finally speaks. " That was easy," Samuel says out loud with a smirk. " Yeah, it was easy" I agree with him. I know my aunt and am surprised she didn't ask me to stay back to talk to her.

We are heading back to the dorms now since we don't have any more classes. I look over at Samuel and Lucas and there whispering about someone but I decide not to use my wolf hearing. We are heading towards the building when Lucas walks closer to me. " Hey, I was wondering..." Lucas tells me as he stops like he doesn't want to say anything after all. " He wants to know what's the best way to ask Jeb out on a date," Samuel tells me. I assume that's what Lucas was going to say when Lucas give me a smile. There open the door for me.

Wow, I know there been hanging out a lot, but I didn't know that Lucas liked Jeb. I am not even sure if Jeb likes him. Last time I knew I thought he has a crush on me. Well, to be fair I kinda did too, but now I have a crush over Mark. Also Jonah. Whoa, I need to get my priorities straight to.

" Umm, am not for sure. I think you have better luck in asking Beth instead of me." I tell them as we start to walk up the stairs. " Thanks anyway," Lucas tells me as he gives me a smile. " I didn't know you were into guys?" I tell him. I should be asking that just in cause if I offended him.

"Well am Bisexual," He tells me with another smile. I look over at Samuel to see if he has a reaction to it. " I've known for four years now," Samuel tells me in response to my staring. We make it to our floor.

I hear my Dargon side tell me. I can feel my eyes turn red. " Well I see you guys tomorrow," I tell them as I run down the hall trying to get to my room as fast as possible. I am not sure what's going on with me so I don't want to drag anyone else into this.

I run to my door where I use my powers to open it with. As soon as I get into the room I see Jonah laying on his bed with his shirt off, sweating. " Whoa, is everything okay?" He asks me as he gets up from laying down. Then he gets a look in my eyes. "Holy shit is everything okay. Your eyes" he tells me before I cut him off.

" It's with my Dargon side. My Dargon is trying to communicate to me" I tell him as he looks confused.

I hear him ask me. I know Jonah can't hear him so this is going to be weird for him. " What do you want," I ask him. Jonah seems confused about this even more. " Am talking to my Dargon side." I murmur to him as he nods his head to me.

He tells me with Growl. " Well, why now," I ask him frightened a bit. I know to see his past I have to be concentrated. So I take my blanket off my bed and lay not the ground. At this point, Jonah has taken step back and he's just laying on his bed.

He tells me as I grab a pillow and lay it on the ground. I can't believe am about to do this. " What going on?" I hear Jonah ask me. I look up at him to see the worry in his eyes. Like he really cares about me. " Am Dargon side want me to see his past so I have to fall into a state of meditation," I tell him really fast. I hope he got everything. " Well am going to stay here and make sure you're safe then." He tells me firmly. At this it makes me smile. " I Am not sure what my body will do when I am out but whatever you do don't wake me up," I tell him as I sit down on the blanket and lay my head down on the pillow. I know going into this I have to find out his name and his past to get my powers.

I hear my Dargon side say to me. But this time it sounds like he's farther away from me. I close my eyes and start to slow my breathing." Yes" is all I tell him as I start to slow my breathing even slower. That's when I feel a pull on me.
