My mom is coming tomorrow to pick me up and take me back where I belong ,home. I have to say,I'm not mad about it,but I'm not happy either.

I'm going to be transferring to online schooling.

Ethan hasn't spoken to me ever since my accident and I don't care too much about it.

Alex and I officially came out as a couple and like Jessie said before, she's okay with it ,just as long as it doesn't get in the way of our friendship.

"Beks you're not even packing correctly"Jessie says. "Would you like to pack for me?No? That's what I thought"I sassed Jessie. "You roll your clothes for more space,but that's none of my business" Jessie adds. I roll my eyes and continue to throw my close into my suitcase.

"Promise you'll call me or text me everyday?"Jessie says crossing her arms. "I'll think about it"I joke.

"Hey,real talk,how did you end up near the lake?"Jessie asked me bending down and kneeling next to me.

"I'm not sure,I just remember leaving Ethans dorms and everything was just a blur after that"I say.

"I was really worried Beks".

"Well,I'm sorry I scared you like that. It wasn't my intention. I just wanted out"I admit.

"Well that wasn't the way Beks".

"I know,I wasn't thinking".

"And look where not thinking led you. In the hospital and preparing to leave Hillsborough".

Jessie has a point.

"Hey"Alex says as he walks into our dorm. "Hey bro"Jessie says giving Alex a fist bump. "Hey"I say welcoming Alex with a peck on the lips. "Yuck"Jessie remarks. "Get used to it"Alex says.

"I just finished some assignments,and was wondering if you needed help packing"Alex says. "Actually yes,it'll make things faster and easier"I say dropping my shoulders and running my fingers through my hair

"I'm heading down to the cafe, you guys want anything?"Jessie says as she stands up. "I'll take an apple juice"Alex says. "No thanks I'm fine"I say.

"Alright ,suit yourself"Jessie says before stepping out of the room.

"Hey. I know you told me not to do this but I want to-"I say taking a short pause ,then continuing, "I'm sorry. I know I always put you second when it came to Ethan and I shouldn't of do-" Alex cuts me off,but I place my finger over his lips. "No ,listen to me ,please. You're one of the kindest,most loving,respectful,genuine,the list goes on- men I've ever met. I'm sorry that in the beginning I was to blind to see any of that. You have been so great to me and I don't deserve you. But thank you for fighting for me ,always"I say,pouring all of my feelings towards Alex out.

"I like you a lot Alex,like a lot"I admit. "I like you a lot too"Alex says leaded by a scoff.

Alex places his hand on my cheek and leads in for a kiss. I kiss back and take off my shirt.

"Wait,Jessie's coming back anytime soon"Alex says. "Just lock the door"I demand.

Alex gets up and locks the door ,then makes his way back to me. I sit on top of Alex and he begins to kiss my neck. I assist him in taking his shirt off. "One last rodeo before you leave huh?"Alex mimics leading us both to laughter.
