So our MC is a 30 y/o single dog. She transmigrate into a 70s novel as the fiancee of the male lead. The male lead married the heroine then came back to the village to break their engagement (instead of the other way around =_=) Anyways, MC does not care for the male lead and wants to hook up with the male lead's Uncle instead.
Our MC is very very...thirsty and basically throws herself to ML. ML is principled and refuses her. After being rejected, she stayed away from ML and some guys around starts to show favor to her, plus her evil sister-in-laws are plotting to marry her to a fool. Our ML becomes jealous and chases after MC. They get together, and have a little bun.
MC becomes a teacher, ML becomes their commune's secretary(?). Laters, ML's life experience is revealed, why his parents never treated him as their own (because he's not.) Their son died so his 'mother' exchanged their dead child for ML when ML's mom was sleeping (eviiilll). Anyways, they found ML's true parents who is a doctor (mom) and an ex-army (dad). The college entrance examination resumed, MC signs up and has a second little bun and then, she passed and went to the University in the provincial capital so their family lived separately for now. Laters, ML's work was also transferred together to the provincial capital. The End.

Again, same with 90s sweet wife, our MC's actions doesn't conform with the times. If 90s MC has an excuse that her and her ML are old husband and wife, but our MC here is really just fancying ML for his body and future prospects. =_= Btw, MC is also a teacher in her previous life.
Actually, the readers also pointed out the MC's 'thirstiness' when seeing ML for the first time (the synopsis) and the way she generously forgave the novel's male lead. In any case, the original committed suicide for him and also suffered a tragic ending because of the male lead breaking their engagement (original was married to a fool and was locked inside a room/not allowed to go out. Original became crazy in the end) but MC just let him go like that cos she is not interested on the male lead and only wanted ML. There is no mention of settling the grievances for the original at all. :(
There are also conflicts due to disgusting relatives, but the solution here is more...rude. That is, send them to jail. Trying to marry MC to a fool? That is fraud and selling relatives/human trafficking, go to jail. Switching ML at birth with their own dead child? That's kidnapping/abduction. Go to jail.
So yeah, didn't like this as much. Among the three 60-90s novel I read from author-sama, I think Seventies Military Wife is still the best. You can read this for a thirsty MC and serious ML.
