The beta ended, and she waited with anticipation for the opening of the game. But then the world became the game... ...

Intermediate Fishing, Intermediate Foraging, Advanced Sewing, Advanced Cooking. So many life skills in hand. She wanted to hoard grain, produce, recruit troops, build, and turn her land into an indestructible steel fort.

Adding this to my faves!!! Looove it!! We get a heroine that is genuinely dense, romance is very low-key.

Our MC is a beta player. After surviving for 100 days in the game, she gets System Rewards. She chose to keep her skills plus a 'Lord Token' for having her own territory, then she waited for the launch of the official game. On the date of the game launch, the whole world turned into the game she played beta for, and her skills and 'Lord Token' was with her.

So our MC builds her camp, while diligently levelling up and hoarding supplies. When she meets players, she would offer them game advice or tell them about her territory (Camps are safezones), but she never disclosed her identity as the City Lord. Then we get different POVs of players trying to survive, and the 'trials' that the game will give them every season such as super high temperature, super cold temperature, drought, locusts, being besieged by monsters etc.

The game lasted for three years. After clearing the game, #SPOILER #SPOILER #SPOILER, everything went back to BEFORE the game launch and everyone forgot what happened, but based on their contribution in the game clearance, they would get a 'Luck Halo'. Of course, our MC's contribution is #1, she meets ML again in the last chapter.

On our ML, our ML is also a beta survivor like MC. He decided to keep his high level skills and equipment in the reward. He meets MC early during the 'apocalypse' and decided to move into her camp since he knows her identity as 'City Lord'. The advantage of a player being City Lord is that she gets to choose which shops/buildings to build in her territory, unlike System territories where the shops/features are completely randomized. Anyways, him and MC help each other and he sllllooowwwllllyyy (yup, he's also slow) fell for our MC. The problem is that our MC is busy levelling up/taking care of her territory/hoarding supplies etc. to fall inlove. Lol. She completely thought that ML was treating her like an NPC, brushing her favorability XD XD XD

Checked author-sama's other works and it seems that she likes this genre. Going to check out her other works too!!

Overall, this is very nice. MC is playing a Town Building game while the rest are playing survival games XD It kinda has a 'slow life' vibe during the apocalypse.

Nearest reco, both BL: The Earth is Online, the world is also turned into 'game' and was reset after the game clearance. There's also the The Reborn Otaku's Code of Practice for the Apocalypse. I just feel like the two MC's have somewhat similar vibes XD
