A relaxed cultivation story.

This has been completely translated last year but only reading it now. From the same author as Very Happy, More Than a Few Blessings etc.

Our MC is a Princess of the previous dynasty. Her Father was the previous Emperor who was overthrown because of his bad management of the country. The new Emperor didn't kill her but kept her in the Palace as a puppet Princess to show off his benevolence. While out on the Palace, our MC met a cultivator. MC helped solve cultivator's mental demon(?), then cultivator takes her away from the mortal world and brings her to his Sect. MC got herself a Master.

MC has lived in the Palace all her life (she's 9 y/o) and her knowledge about the 'cultivation world' came from novels. Then she finds out its quite different from she expected. Their sect is very peaceful, no schemes/conspiracies to compete for resources, cultivators will eat and have fun too, not just cultivating all the time. Very very different from the novels she has read. The cultivation world as a whole is also very peaceful, they publish cultivation methods for everyone to learn instead of just keeping it exclusive to their Sect etc.

Our MC is very talented so she immediately reached Foundation Building, and then she has to leave the Sect for an adventure/go out to the outside world. MC meets ML on her travels. ML is a genius sword cultivator who hit a bottleneck on his cultivation. He is also injured and looking for ingredients to cure himself. ML is very very stoic, which also caused his bottleneck, but with MC joining him, he slowly learned how to appreciate life, how to live/enjoy the world. They get along well, and everyone can see that MC is special to ML, but ML just keep thinking its because he wants MC to become his disciple XD

Laters, he realized his feelings but didn't confess cos MC is still so young (17), while ML is already 3 centuries older than her XD. Hmm... more things happen, demon cultivators are plotting against the cultivation world. All the major sects unite to fight them. MC advances more on her cultivation. Her and ML get together. They cure ML of his problem, they get married, they fight the Demon Cultivator Boss. The End. HE. Extras are POV from some side characters.

Same with author-sama's other works, our MC is very loved by her author. She's very very lucky, all the rare ingredients in the world that ML needs, just happens to run into her. We also get several 'dreams' of what would happen if MC is not there/if she didn't buy sugar from her Master (their very first meeting). Basically, the cultivation world is DOOMED if she didn't step into the path of cultivation~~~

Although, we have our very lucky MC, she didn't strike me as Mary Sue though cos she is also a very 'normal' girl. She likes beautiful clothes, good food, worried that other female cultivators would be prettier than her, cares about her 'image' in front of other people XD All the little problems/vanity that makes her less perfect.

This also has a good world building~ There are evil cultivators, minor conflicts etc. so its not completely peaceful, but its less...hotblooded(?) than typical cultivation novels (protagonist encounters problems, power up, encounter problems, power up etc.). Also when getting some of the resources/ingredients, MC and co. isn't really risking their life to get it, but more like a lucky break/the ingredient delivers itself to MC ^^;

Overall, it fulfills its promise of a relaxing cultivation story~
