《Conquer {BLEACH}》(16).

"You're getting better Agito-san. Soon you'd have everything you need to graduate from the Academy and move on to greater opponets," said Ukuru-sensei as we both sat in the cool shade and relaxed. It was after a good four hours of zanjutsu training and even though I have my zanpakuto, I'm not a master of the sword as of yet.
"Thank Kami cause I sure don't wanna see your ugly face again," I muttered but he punished me with a swift side kick into my ribs.
"OUCH YOU MOTHER FUCKING CRAZY ASS FUCKTARD!!!!" I complained but Ukuru-sensei had long since grown used to my dirty mouth.
"So, before you graduate, what do you want to do?" He asked nonchalantly even if I'm pressing against a bruising rib. I sighed before laying down on the grass.
"I want to teach Bitch- I mean Kazunari-sensei a lesson in respecting everyone until given a reason not to." Ukuru-sensei was quiet for a second, letting the silence consume the atmosphere.
"Wait a minute, do you call Kazunari-sensei, BITCHY-sensei!?"
"Yes, I refuse to call her anything but Bitchy-sensei."
"HAHAHAHAHA CLASSIC! HAHAHAHAHA! GAH! I CHOKED ON MY SPIT!!!" I took Michael off my hip and swung him around, he was sheathed, to hit Ukuru on the head.
"Oh shut up you fucktard," I mutter as he calmed down again. He suddenly sat up and looked down at me.
"Don't you ever have at least a little fun?"
"My version of fun might not be yours. Yours just happens to be annoying people to death. I have no idea how your zanpuktou can stand you," I said.
"Hey! He's more annoying than me!"
"Good merciful Jashin, let me die before I meet freak-sensei's zanpuktou," I prayed mockingly.

"Jashin? Who's Jashin?" I opened my mouth to say but my words failed me. Who is Jashin?
"I don't know. Maybe he came from my past life."
"HE again? Jeez Agito, you have a lot of male figures in your life." I stayed silent. He looked over at me but my mind was busy tossing around thoughts.
"I wonder why...?" I never really thought of it. I am more comfortable being recognized as a boy than I am a girl. I respect male figures until proven otherwise but with females, I don't ever trust them completely. The only female I would trust with my life would have to be Rue but she's my sister! She was there when we were still in the womb!
"I'm no therapist that can dissect every thought, word, or deed but what I do know is this ... males are much less scarier than females," he states while shivering slightly.
"What do you mean?"
"Women are frightening creatures. They act and look pretty but the moment she smiles at you, you better check your drink cause she might have poisoned it."
"You sound like a professional," I chuckled.
"My mother was the most frightening woman in the world. She wasn't my real mother of course but she was still frightening. Strong as a ox but as short as a dwarf. She wasn't afraid of anything. I bet if I let her meet the soutaichou, she would scold him about slouching so much and whack him upside the head if he doesn't answer her." I smiled, laughing while imagining an odd sight.
"She doesn't sound like any backstabbing woman you described."
"Not all women are backstabbers but it's extremely rare to find a woman worth more than rubies as I heard a story go."

"Have you ever met one?" Ukuru-sensei leaned back on his hands. It's kinda weird talking about these things to him but he was more than just a sensei to me. He was my mentor.
"I have once but before I could ask if she was an angel, she grew wings and flew away," he said wistfully.
"Meaning she disappeared before you can even talk to her?"
"No, no, I was good friends with her but then she died," he says a bit sadly.
"I"m sorry for bringing up the memory."
"No, it's fine but that just goes to show you just how rare a real gem of a woman is." I blinked in surprise.
"How the hell did we start off talking about our zanpuktou's to your woman problem? If we got enough time to chat like old cronies, we can train!"
"But I don't wannnnnnaaaaa~" Uruku-sensei complained.

The Saga of Geir Røshjert
"His name will never be sung, son. Skalds and bards like me will never tell his stories to the mass. But only us and us alone will keep telling his story, his actions, his saga. For he is the man who started all of this." This is a story no man in Lumenter will ever hear, no man except for an Arnesen, for his stories are dull and generic to the ears of the masses, except for us, because he is the very reason why our people traveled this far east, why kingdoms in Erisgi fell and rose, why I... even existed in the first place. He is Geir, son of Arne, called 'the Stranger' by the people. But what he truly is, is a fiery red heart that beats inside every Eyklandian, Arnesen, and me.
