"Welcome home," Aizen said, "Grimmjow."
Aizen was furious. Here was this punk Espada who didn't know the true weight of his actions, sauntering into his palace knowing he was in trouble but not knowing the full extent of it. Grimmjow and his gang had just exposed information to the Shinigami forces that he would have wanted. Not only that but all of the Espada's fraccion were dead. They mattered not to Aizen but with their remains, Squad Twelve was about to have an orgy over the information they could gain. The Espada not only exposed his face but his power. The Shinigami would undoubtedly rise to meet such a challenge but it was annoying to even given them such an advantage.
Grimmjow was bleeding from his head, no doubt from the fight with Kurosaki seeing as how the boy's reiatsu signature was all over him. He would need to learn a lesson.
"Well?" asked Tosen, "What is your defense?"
Tousen had been the one to fetch the wayward Espada when he took an unsanctioned trip down to the human world to play.
"Not a damn thing," Grimmjow said knowing that his defense would be useless in the face of Aizen. Tousen's anger magnified from such disrespect but it was eased when Aizen decided to speak.
"It's alright, Kaname," he said, "I'm not upset. Not at all. I feel that Grimmjow only acted in his rare loyalty and desire to serve. Is that not so, Grimmjow?"
Aisen was surely angry, but Grimmjow couldn't see past the deceit to where his true intentions lay. Was Aizen truly letting him off the hook or was there another reason for this?
"That's right," he said, taking the excuse for whatever it was. Tousen knew bullshit when he heard it. He hated it beyond all measure. He grabbed Grimmjow by the man's jacket and yanked him closer to himself for a closer reach of punishment.
"Aizen-sama, allow me to execute this man!" Grimmjow openly scoffed, trying to dissuade both Aizen and Tousen that an execution was ever needed.
"This is a personal grudge we're talking about now," he said, "Do you have something against me? Does that kind of attitude go well with that of a commanding officer?"
"I do not tolerate those who sow discord, that is all," Tousen said calmly.
"For the organisation's sake?" Grimmjow tried.
"For Aizen-sama's sake."
"Ha! You're good at hoisting that great cause of yours," Grimmjow openly scoffed.
"Grimmjow, Kaname is right," Aizen said and the Espada stiffened at his words. "But I don't believe your insubordination warrants an execution. Besides, if anyone is going to execute you, Kaname isn't the commanding officer to do so."
Grimmjow's eyes widened because he realized exactly what was going to happen. None of the Espada were directly under Tousen's command, so he couldn't serve as their executioner. Or torturer.
That blessing went to-
"I have requested her presence and gave her all the information she would need for a proper punishment," Aizen said with a cold smile. He looked up from the floor below to gaze at the closed entrance. His smile turned satisfied.

"She's angry."
That was all the warning anyone got from within the throne room before the two massive doors were pulled open and a flood of the hottest reiatsu they had ever felt spilled onto the floor. The reiatsu was not aimless. It was alive and seeking. It latched onto Grimmjow and forced him onto his knees in submission. He couldn't even scream.
He gazed up as Agito Diabolos entered the room and what a terrifying sight it was. She was wearing her new uniform. It was a pure white tailored suit, like those humans would wear. It fit her frame perfectly, making her look slim but the cut was lethal. There were a few edges of black here and there but it was the 'otherness' of the entire look that made her look powerful. At her hip was her zanpakuto, her hands were shoved into her pockets in a casual manner no one would guess just based on her body language that she was pissed off. But she was.
She walked down the stairs with purpose, intent, a murderess in her element.
"If I were to kill you," she said, her voice thunderous even if she wasn't raising her voice. It just cared that amount of power, "I would have given you the honor of dying by my blade. Quick, clean, and painless. However-"
She stopped walking when she was directly in front of him, glaring down with such disgust and rage.
"However you're not going to die today," she said, "That's not Aizen's will. You will learn your place. You will learn to obey your orders. I am going to beat you then you are going to kiss my shoes in gratitude that I let you live."
He was frothing at the mouth, gasping for breath. She pressed a hand to his skull and pushed his head down to let his drool fall down his front. She unhooked her zanpakuto from her belt and held it out for Tousen to take. With her other hand, she reached out and Ulquiorra came forward with a thin stick, a little larger that a centimeter at width but definitely not an inch thick. When she had first heard of Grimmjow's folly, she had immediately requested Ulquiorra to find such instrument.
She tested the give and durability of the staff before moving back to the task at hand. She rubbed the tips of hr fingers together and the friction caused a spark that immediately shot forward to burn off his jacket.
Grimmjow cried out in shock before he was quickly silenced, her reiatsu coating over him and molding him in place. Usually, with a thin stick someone would expect she would aim for his back but Agito wasn't boring. She loathed to be boring.
So the first swing landed directly on his left shoulder, dislocating the joint. She didn't even give him enough time to scream before she swung again, this time aiming for the soft underside of his ribs.
She aimed for his neck, ears, fingers, bones, hollow mask, and hole. Finally, when she just about covered every inch of his exposed flesh in bruises did she go back over her work, this time splitting the skin.

Blood splashed upon her bright white suit. She was startled from the first initial splash of blood but after a moment of careful consideration she just went back to beating him.
Grimmjow was screaming in pain behind his closed throat. Sure, she was using a blunt object and wasn't aiming to break every single bone in his body but she was aiming at areas that caused the most pain. She didn't break bones so much as fractured them. She split skin but her reiatsu kept cauterizing his wounds. She was inflicting long lasting pain.
When she was done, she stepped in front of him again. This time, she withdrew her reiatsu back into herself, her anger sated by the blood that stained her suit beautifully.
"What do you say?" she demanded gently. Grimmjow knew what he had to do. He wanted to kill her for it. He wanted to eat her for it. But this was what happened in Las Noches.
He bowed his head to the ground and slowly pushed on his knees forward, sliding across the tile so that he was faced with her shoe. For second he took a breath, fogging up the steel toe of her black loafers before he pressed a bloody kiss onto her foot.
"Thank you," he muttered and that was all she needed.
"If that is all Aizen," she said, speaking clearly and dismissing the still bowing Grimmjow who still shook from the pain. "I will take my leave."
"Stay," Aizen said, "I'm not finished with him. He hasn't been served justice."
"Justice?" Agito asked. Tousen stepped forward and gave back her zanpakuto which she took.
"Agito-san," Tousen said, now approaching Grimmjow, "You are the best at what you do. Torture, punishment, and exacting threats. But you do not serve justice. You serve no moral cause. Justice without a great cause only begets violence. However that same violence in the name of a great cause-" Tousen used him shunpo and before anyone could blink, Grimmjow's left arm was gone from the joint. "-is justice."
Grimmjow began to scream both in shock and tremendous pain, "FUCK! FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!"
Tousen recited a spell and with a single shot, his arm burned to ash. With the strength of his adrenaline, Grimmjow got back up to his knees and glared hatefully at the dark skinned Shinigami, "You bastard!! My arm! I'll kill you!"
"Stop, Grimmjow," Aizen said before he could draw his zanpakuto, "If you were to attack Tousen here, I would have no longer any reason to pardon you."
This was no pardoning. This was a public humiliation. No other Espada would dare what Grimmjow had done after this. Beaten and brought low by his commander Reina Agito and then crippled by Tousen. In just one night, Grimmjow had lost his men, his reputation, and his place among the Espada.
Grimmjow growled and left the throne room, wanting more than ever the ability to rip the throats of everyone he wanted to kill. Agito looked down at the scorch marks of Grimmjow's arm before turning back to Aizen, who had stood and left his throne to approach her.
"Did you not believe my punishment to be adequate?" she asked, "To punish once is a sin, to punish twice is overkill."
"Of course not my dear," he reassured, "But we can't all act like heathens. This is a society after all."
"You undermined my authority in front of-"
"You undermined'd mine," he said, whisper close and just as dangerous as he always was but this time he was angry. Wisely, she shut up. So this was his retribution. She forced him to take back his orders and he forced her to take the backseat in a punishment that should have been entirely hers. "You enjoy torture too much. A Reina shouldn't look as debauched as you."
He took note of her suit. The once white uniform was stained with splashes of bright red blood, a tasteful look if you were looking for someone unhinged.
"You should be in a gown," he said. She reached into her breast pocket and pulled out a clean handkerchief, wiping away the splatter of blood on her face. Aizen's hand reached out and fingered the ends of Agito's hair.
Not only was her uniform changed, but she cut her hair as well. The once long a waving tresses were now cut short in a unisex style. The back and sides were undercut close to the scalp while the top was longer and styled so that it fell to the left of her face naturally. It framed her face and added an extra touch of danger. Aizen did not like it.
"A gown is impractical," she said obviously, "I may be Reina but I am the Commandante to your forces. Wearing a jeweled dress is a weakness I refuse to bother with. This though," she pressed her palms onto her suit and slid them down, "This is perfect for me."
"And your crown?" he asked.
"If I need a crown to state my position of power, I'm doing it wrong," she said. She tossed the handkerchief onto the floor. "Am I dismissed?"
Aizen could only nod his head in assent. She smiled because she knew it was the only thing he could do.
