TJ felt bad for her pale faced friend, Sam told her that he had found Bella alone in the woods about to die from hypothermia and she wouldn't say a word.

Besides Jacob, Charlie knew that his daughter was friends with Trinity Marks, adopted daughter of two of the best surgeons in all of Washington. So when Bella refused to talk, he called her in hopes that she could restore some of the old Bella back. So far, it seemed as if nothing was working. At least she talked.

"Wait so, tell me again what happened?"

She went on to tell her how she went to Edward's house and when she cut her finger, Jasper went berserk. To protect her, Edward threw her into a table and she cut herself even more. He thought that he and his family were a danger to Bella, which they were, but TJ wasn't going to tell her that. Then he took her out into the woods and basically told her that he didn't want to see her anymore.

TJ knew what he was doing, he was scared of her getting hurt that he thought dropping her cold turkey was the best decision. Looking into her lifeless brown eyes, she knew that he made a mistake. It almost made TJ think about Paul, what she would do if he ever left her? She didn't ever want to feel like Bella and it was the main reason why she didn't date before Paul, she didn't want to get so dependent on someone, that she forgot who she was.

"I'm sorry Bells, he'll come back, I'm sure of it."

Bella's doorbell rang and with Charlie at the station, she didn't know who else it could be,as Bella stopped talking to most of her friends since Edward left. When she opened the door she saw someone that she knew was Quileute.

"Can I help you?" She asked.

"I'm Jacob Black, I'm here to see Bella, is she home?"

She racked her brain to where she's heard that name before and knew this was the same Jacob Black that Bella said she's known since she was a kid and the same Jacob Black that Sam had mentioned.

"I'm-..."

"Trinity Marks, I know, we went to school together."

Jacob remembers seeing the beautiful girl around school all the time, that had her head stuck in the clouds until she started hanging around with Sam and the other two 'hall monitors in steroids'. Then she started to date Paul Lahote and even saw them at First Beach a lot over the summer. She was taller than most women, about his height with the curliest black hair and prettiest eyes he's ever seen. Then when Bella came along, his crush on her was over.

Even now he thought she was beautiful, as she narrowed her eyes on him and crossed her arms. "Does she know you were coming?"

"No, but Charlie does."

She stared at him for a few more seconds before sighing. "Alright, just lock up when you leave okay?" He nodded and she left.

The last few months had been nothing short of amazing. Paul had been spending as much time with her as he could and would take her out on dates or just hang out with her. It was too early to say she was in love with him but she could already feel herself falling for him.

As for TJ, lately she had been feeling a burning sensation on her birth mark and she couldn't help but feel like it was a bad omen for something. But without knowing her heritage, she pushed it to the back of her mind.

Jasper and Emmett had taught her a bunch of different fighting techniques before they left and she was proud to say that she was proficient in hand to hand combat. But nothing could beat how she felt when she wielded a sword and had her bow and arrow, she felt invincible.

Carlisle had told her that he finally figured out what she was, an Amazon warrior.

After re-reading the stories, everything about the Amazons had matched up to her perfectly. Heightened senses, excellent fighting skills and accelerated healing abilities. She was born from Ares and Harmonia making her faint. But she had to keep this a secret, if word got out about her lineage, who knows who would come after her.

After all, Amazons protect those who can't protect themselves.
