Here we are at Don's club Masked for the year most hyped occasion "Happy Birthday Caprice" I have seen five year olds less excited than she is. Ric has thrown this super big party for her. Everything was over the top just like her.

She couldn't go through her Halloween party because of all the drama going on then so she insisted to keep this a theme party. And we all here impersonating as per her orders.

Caprice and Ricardo are here as Cleopatra and Antony. Of course she is such a Queen. I giggled at the thought.

Enzo has dressed up as a Khal Drogo There is a new girl I am seeing with him today, another blonde who was here complementing his look by being Danaryes. He introduced her as Skylar. Apparently she is the bartender here and they started going out. I am grateful that even after that incident I could still have the friendship with him of course without touching. He and Don go way back they are childhood buds hence they always forgive each other. Their bond is loyal as brothers. I wonder why it bothered Don so much then me touching him.

Some chaos got my attention as I was hearing the hooting. I moved forward to look and saw Alysia is chugging down all the beer from the keg saying it will enhance her voodoo. She is the most dramatic witch I have seen. But she is looking so pretty. Julio has also joined her as her wizard. They were happy having there relationship accepted and approved by Caprio brothers. I saw how important both of their approval was for Alysia she said if her brothers don't say yes she won't say yes even if she had to die alone. Well they did said yes and why won't they we all can see Alysia's eyes glitter when she is with Julio. He is dedicated, honest and loyal human. There was no point of not accepting their relationship. Alysia will be graduating soon and they have planned to get married then. I was really surprised to know that Alysia is doing homeschooling to complete her graduation.

To my surprise Chuck brought a girl. Lola she is a little girl with big round glasses and caramel hair. She is cute like a rabbit. I liked her. She is a sweet girl desperate to become a fashion designer. Even she has designed there costumes too. They are this Gothic Barbie and Ken. I admired how she added the darkness of goth in cute Barbie with the kitten ears. Don liked her too until he heard she wants to be a fashion designer. I don't know why something turned off inside him. He awkwardly left the conversation. That's weird.

But I am happy that everything is cheerful and got I Chuck around after that incident. Actually if I say honestly I didn't have to much. When I met him next day I was all determined and had a speech ready how to convince him but he just laughed as I started saying "I want you to be happy Sophie and as much as I know your husband is a psycho, I have seen you too with him at the pool. A part of me do want to take you away from this twisted love of yours but I know you will never be content because you are addicted to him and you will never have this what you have with him with anyone else. He not only consumes you he completes you Sophie. If you are happy I am happy don't worry. I will never come between you two. He is my family too. I will give you what you want because no matter what he is, no one will ever love more than him. I saw it in his eyes". I was so happy hearing this from Chuck, everything is sorted.

He and Lola were dancing I can see the innocent admiration in his eyes for her. Maybe it's the butterfly flutter of first love.

Speaking of love, here I am drinking God knows what, in my vampire victim's costume waiting for my love, or right now if I must say my Vampire.

I was wearing a white noodle strap lace dress knee length. The look was selected by Caprice and the outfit too. Caprice says the blood will come out better in white to complement my look. So that was the dress I wore. Don took me out of the bathroom and dressed me up like he said. Don showed all his makeup techniques on me. My hair though still open yet he made it messy curles. He even make the slit around my neck and made blood dripping from it and he made the bite marks on my wrists and neck just like the TV shows portray vampire bite marks. I must say I am proud of his work. I couldn't have pull it off without him. I laughed teasing him how he knows all this. He just laughed with me saying he dressed up Ric for a lot of fancy dress shows when they were younger.

But where is my vampire. I am here waiting for him since last 20mins since he disappeared in the crowd with Enzo. Where is Don? My eyes were searching the club when a strong pair of hands wrapped me from behind and I could feel him nuzzling in the crook of my neck. "Where were you?" I said turning to him. God, he is so handsome. How can someone look so beautiful with so little effort? He was wearing a black shirt and black jeans which was again Caprice's orders saying Vampire should wear black and the contrast also make us well paired up. Even Don cannot deny her. His messed up hair and blood dripping from the corner of lips made him look so sexy.

"Shhh... I think I need to drain you out to keep you quiet" he said pulling me closer to him. "I am all yours, Master" I said playing along. "That you are" he said with a growl and buried himself in my neck kissing and biting. I do not need any alcohol I was drowning in him.

"Great! you two also just fuck each other, it's my birthday party and no body is giving me any attention" we heard Caprice drunk voice from behind and we laughed. "Come here Princess and tell us who has dared to ignored the mighty queen, huh?" Don said all cheerful. "Haha very funny. Your brother, who else? Where is he? Can you see him with me? No, right? Neither can I. What's the point of throwing me a party and then leaving me here alone" She was whining. "He must be here somewhere babes why are you all worked up" I said giving her a side hug. When I felt sniffles "Hey Cap are you crying?" I asked all surprised. "Hey Caprice what happened?" Don asked her too worried. "Nothing" she just jerked us sat on the barstool nearby. "I don't matter anymore. He has me already, why will he try anymore? Alysia too has no time for me now. She is my best friend but it's that Julio who gets all her time. She doesn't even go shopping with me anymore. And you" she pushed lightly. "You also just care about your husband and your brother. You also do not spend time with me. Don I don't feel that anyone wants me in that house anymore". She was having this emotional breakdown but I could hear Don's muffled laughter and he couldn't control anymore and he laughed out loud. This made Caprice super angry. "See, I hate you. I hate you" she was jerking Don. When he finally stopped and hugged her tightly "Oh Princess. You are so silly." He said as he made her sit again and crouched down to her eye level "You are the sunshine of my home Cap how can you ever stopped being mattered" A smile appeared on Caprice's face hearing this. I wiped her tears "You know I never had a friend before. And you and Alysia are my only friends and you taught me what friendship is. You taught how to be happy. How to believe in your love? How to keep the hope living? How not to give up? You will always matter for me babes for all of us. We love you" Don side hugged her too "Always have always will" Don and I said this together. "I love you guys too" she jumped and hugged both of us making us laugh. Guess she had too much to drink to be this overwhelmed.

But the moment was short lived as the lights went out and there was a spot light on Caprice. And there was another spotlight following someone coming from opposite direction. It was Ric with mic in his hands.

"Caprice today we are here to celebrate your birthday and my life but before we cut the cake (just then arrived her birthday cake) I want to tell you that your birthday makes me remember why we're meant to be together. It reminds me of all the beautiful moments I've spent with you. It is like a good omen, whispering to me about the good times to come.

Your eyes are like a thousand lamps that light up my life. Your lips are like a thousand rosebuds that fill the world with their beauty, and your hands are like a thousand talismans that protect me. If I try to tell you how much I love you, it would take me a lifetime. So I'll sum it up for you in three simple words: You're my life. Happy birthday, mio amore".

She went to him with tears in her eyes with whole together different reason now. "I love you Ricardo. I love you so much" she said and he pulled her into a deep kiss and the lights came back and the crowd applauded. Alysia too came to me and held my hand. We both too had these happy tears. We were happy for Caprice.

Caprice cut the cake with all of us surrounding her and then the party begin in all its bloom. Music was blasting. People were dancing, eating, enjoying, making out. I even caught Chuck and Lola making out but leave them to each other. I am happy that he is not alone. Don dragged me on the dance floor and we were dancing on "I feel so close to you right now". Everything seems so easy and content. We danced I don't know how long. It was surreal. It felt like I was drunk on him.

"You wanna drink?" he as asked shouting over the music in my ears. I nodded and he took my hands and we are off the dance floor at the bar. "Oh, I am tired, I don't know if I ever danced this much" I said catching my breath. Don turned with two drinks in his hands and I gulped it down. Suddenly I felt a push as someone jumped and sat on the bar. I turned to see Caprice giggling and Ric appeared with their drinks. "Thank you Master" she said gulping the jell-o shots. He said something to her in her ears and she laughed. I turned my attention towards Don he was on his phone and I snatched it "Seriously, You need to be on your phone right now!" I shouted surprised how can he ignore me and get busy on his cell. "No Doll, I guess something is-" he was saying something I cut him "No nothing, just be here" I said wrapping my arms around his neck and he smiled at me which turned into a kiss soon enough. A figure in the VIP section caught my attention

But today the club was reserved for the party and hence VIP section was closed because everyone is at the floor. I broke the kiss and stepped two steps back to get the clear view, maybe someone lost their way or something. "What? Now who is running away?" Don said teasingly and I laughed "No Don, I am not running away but see-" before I could tell Don I notice the man up there was holding something. what is it? A snipper. Is he one of the bodyguards? I thought but why is he pointing it at the crowd? "D-Don-" I said shaking his arm trying to make him look where I was looking but I was so concentrated on him to form the words. I followed the snipper and saw who he was aiming at. "What Doll, you want to say something?" Don asked. I turned to my side where I guess the sniper was pointed at "NO!" I screamed "Ricardo! Move !" I shouted pushing Ricardo to ground as the gun went off. It was in a split second I saw the crowd go all helter-skelter Don already shot that man in his leg as he ran. Ric got up shooting at his direction as Enzo covered him from the other side.

The pain, it was excruciating. I felt like my abdomen was tearing apart. I touched it and when I brought my hands up to my vision I could see red. I fell to the ground "Sophia!" I heard Caprice's voice. My vision is going blurry. I could see Caprice sitting beside me. I saw Chuck from the other side trying to reach me. Ric I could feel his hand beneath my head, and I could see Don's back, he was firing at the man. I stretched my hand towards him "Da-Damon" I could barely whisper but he heard. He turned towards me, he is coming towards me. He is coming. I see him sitting beside. I see his lips moving, is he saying something? But what? I can't hear anything. He is going blurry, I can't see him. I stretched my hand to his cheeks, he touched me. A smile came with his touch. I tried to speak "Da-Damon" I smiled looking at him. I love him. I am grateful that he came into my life and I am happy that I am dying in his arms. I wanted to say I love him but the only thing came out of my mouth was blood. Guess the white must really be complementing the blood. I felt him picking me in his embrace.

I was content, I was happy. I closed my eyes inhaling his fragrance.
