《Haikyuu!! x Male reader one-shots》- Iizuna Tsukasa -

"Hell yeah!" Tsukasa exclaimed as his team, Itachiyama Institute, scored a point against Inarizaki high.
(Y/n) smiled softly at Tsukasa's pure bliss and happiness. Tsukasa was his ex-boyfriend. Well, he was by default his ex-boyfriend. He didn't even remember their relationship. It definitely felt like he was stalking his ex-boyfriend, and he sort of was, but they were merely acquaintances.
.
.
.
I'll tell you "It's nothing"
And lock my feelings deep in my heart
In reality, I actually wanted to stop you
But even if I do tell you, you'll still stand your ground with leaving
I can't do a thing, but stare as you leave me behind
"Are you OK?" Tsukasa asked. "Is anything bothering you?"
"... it's nothing." (Y/n) sighed as he looked away. He had a bad feeling about Tsukasa leaving for this trip. It was a sinking feeling. It made him want to shout, and scream, but he couldn't. But... even if (Y/n) did voice his opinion, Tsukasa would still leave for this trip anyway. Again, he had a bright future ahead of him. Itachiyama Institute, the best national high school in terms of volleyball, accepted him to study there, and who would (Y/n) be to stop him. If he attends Itachiyama, he has a 92% guarantee to be in amazing volleyball teams when he graduates. The only thing is that (Y/n) and Tsukasa's neighborhood is very far from Itachiyama, so Tsukasa has to take the train to Itachiyama while (Y/n) walks to Nekoma high.
"Well, I better get going now. See you, sweetheart." Tsukasa said as he kissed (Y/n).
"OK, good luck... see you later!" (Y/n) smiled. Tsukasa waved at (Y/n) before he got on the train. (Y/n) stared at Tsukasa as he left for his high school.
.
.
I'm standing alone, watching you go, getting on the last train ride
The train slowly starts to take off, and take you away from me
No, don't cry, I can't cry...
But in reality I wish I mustered up the courage to tell you the words
"Don't go away"
The train takes off until it's gone from my line of view, leaving me all in my loneliness
I can't see that train anymore, the lonesome night has come back
No, don't cry, don't cry
But I wish I could tell you these words
"Don't go away"
.
.
.
(Y/n) watched the train until it was out of his sight. (Y/n)'s bad feeling had gotten worse. He desperately wanted to vomit or yell or shout or cry. Stinging salty tears rolled down his eyes, and he immediately wiped them away with a handkerchief.
"Don't cry... what will Tsukasa say..." (Y/n) mumbled to himself. But he really wishes he could tell his lover... 'Don't go away.'
He couldn't help it, he felt so lonely. Tsukasa wasn't around with him like when they were in junior high. They didn't go to the same high school, and it felt like they were separated. He sighed, and walked to Nekoma high school, the sickening feeling still pinching at him the more he walked.
.
.
.
(Y/n) was in class. It was his 4th period, so a class before lunch. Suddenly, someone had called him to the principal's office.

"(L/n) (Y/n), please report to the principal's office."
His deskmate, Kuroo, smirked. "First day here, and you already got in trouble?" he asked.
"Shut it, Kuroo." (Y/n) said as he got up, hoping he didn't get in trouble.
He walked to the principal's office, and was met with Mrs. Iizuna, Tsukasa's two sisters, and Mr. Iizuna.
"Uh, did something happen...?" (Y/n) asked.
"Tsukasa had gotten into a train crash when he was going to school. We wanted to take you to the hospital as well, since... you've been dating for many years." Tsukasa's elder sister said. (Y/n) felt his heart crack.
"Is he OK?! " (Y/n) asked, panicking.
"He was just put in the hospital. We don't know if he will... make it." Mr. Iizuna replied. (Y/n) 's whole world seemed to be destroyed as he heard the news.
I knew I should've told him to not go
.
.
.
"Is this Iizuna Tsukasa's family?" the doctor asked.
"Yes, it is." Mrs. Iizuna answered.
"Uh, we have done a brain scan, as his head has been the most damaged. He may have retrograde amnesia."
(Y/n) gulped. "He has amnesia?"
"I'm afraid so. It will mostly affect previously made memories, mainly recently formed memories."
"Can we see him?" Tsukasa's younger sister asked.
"Yes, you may go see him."
Everyone entered to see Tsukasa who just woke up.
"Hm, oh mom... dad, (Elder sister's name), (Younger sister's name)..." Tsukasa said.
"Hey onii-chan..." Tsukasa's younger sister said.
Tsukasa looked over and saw (Y/n), who smiled caringly at him.
"Are you OK?" (Y/n) asked.
"Yes, but... who are you?" Tsukasa asked.
The Iizuna family turned around to face (Y/n), who was horrified.
"... you don't remember me?" (Y/n) asked.
"No... not really..." Tsukasa answered. "Did something happen between us?"
"... it might be a bit too much for you right now. You just got in an accident, and all, I don't want to make you scared." (Y/n) told him as he bowed down. "But maybe one day you'll remember me."
"Wait... what's your name?" Tsukasa asked.
"(L/n) (Y/n). I think I should go now. I don't want to fall behind in class." (Y/n) said. "Thank you for having me."
Tsukasa stared as (Y/n) left.
"(L/n) (Y/n)... was he a special person to me?" Tsukasa asked.
"He was everything to you, heck he was the world to you. You played volleyball for him." Tsukasa's elder sister said as she sat down.
.
.
.
No matter what happens, the celebration will always end
I know one day this agonizing loneliness will come to an end
But even so, watching you grow, you've become more beautiful each and everyday
I can only silently watch from afar
.
.
.
"Happy birthday, Tsuk- I mean Iizuna." (Y/n) said.
"Thank you, (L/n)." Tsukasa thanked (Y/n).
"You can call me (Y/n), you know?" (Y/n) replied.
"Then call me Tsukasa." Tsukasa replied.
"Alright, Tsukasa."
"Tsukasa! We need to clean up." Mrs. Iizuna said as she put paper plates in the trash bin.
"OK mom." Tsukasa replied. "I need to go now, but I'll see you, (Y/n)."

(Y/n) nodded. "Alright, I'll see you, Tsukasa."
(Y/n) walked down the road late at night, after Tsukasa's birthday party. He decided to go to a store for groceries to make the next day's breakfast. He walked down to a lamp pose, and thought of something.
"(Y/n), are you scared of the moth?" Tsukasa laughed. They were hiding behind the lamp pose, since (Y/n) got scared of the moth that was flying underneath the lightbulb.
"It's furry and stuff, it's disgusting!" (Y/n) exclaimed as he hid behind Tsukasa.
"It's a moth, it won't hurt you." Tsukasa said.
"I still don't like it!"
Tsukasa chuckled. "You'll be fine. Come on now, let's go to (restaurant name), I'm hungry."
He smiled sadly at the memory, knowing the chance of that coming back is as small as impossible. (Y/n) went back to walking to the grocery store, as lonely as ever.
.
.
.
Nekoma's volleyball team, back when (Y/n) was a second year, went to play against Itachiyama Institute's volleyball team. Kuroo knew (Y/n) was friends with Tsukasa, so he took (Y/n) along with him. They arrived at Itachiyama, went to their gym, etc. (Y/n) went into the gym as well, and lo and behold, Tsukasa was there. (Y/n) blushed, remembering how Tsukasa used to try to teach him to set. He was speechless and walked out of the gym.
"Ouch... Kuroo, you really want to make me cry, don't you?"
.
.
.
The way back home is so dark and lonely
Can I make it back home safe and sound?
The lamp pose next to the road casting a shadow of me alone in the dark
I'm all alone, aren't I?
.
.
.
(Y/n) went back home after Nekoma (sadly :I) lost to Itachiyama. (Y/n) frowned slightly as he walked past the lamp pose again. He realized how lonely he was after Tsukasa forgot who he was. Tsukasa was his only friend, his only love, his everything.
"Tsukasa... I miss you..." he mumbled to himself as he cried. He looked at the shadow of himself, casted by the lamp pose. It was just his shadow, no other person. "I'm all alone, aren't I?"
.
.
.
You start to go, so far until I can't see you again
The dark, lonely dusk, it starts to eat me up, until I cannot breathe
No, don't cry, just don't cry
But I have words I want to say
"Don't go away."
.
.
.
(Y/n) had to go to an area near Itachiyama Institute. He had to go to a shop to buy some clothes to go to his second year party. He went into the train, and what'd he know, someone special was on the train as well.
"Hey (Y/n)." Tsukasa greeted.
"Hey Tsukasa. What's up?" (Y/n) asked.
"Nothing much, what about you?" Tsukasa asked.
"Eh, nothing much either." (Y/n) replied.
"So, where are you going?"
"A clothing shop. We have a year party in Nekoma. What about you?"
"A sports shop near my school. They sell very good volleyballs."
"Cool." (Y/n) said.
"Wait, you've known me like, before I lost my memory, right?" Tsukasa asked.
"Yeah, we knew each other for a very long time." (Y/n) answered.
"Uh, have we ever... had anything romantic?" he asked, blushing.
"Romantic? Why do you ask?" (Y/n) asked.
"I remembered... kissing someone. They kind of looked like you." Tsukasa explained, now even more embarrassed.
"Oh... yeah, we kissed before." (Y/n) casually replied. Maybe Tsukasa will remember him? Maybe he doesn't have to cry himself to sleep, missing someone he truly loves.
"Really? That's, uh, cool, I guess." Tsukasa said, hiding his blushing face.
.
.
.
You start to go, so far until I can't see you again
The dark, lonely dusk, it starts to eat me up, until I cannot breathe
No, don't cry, just don't cry

(You start to go, so far until I can't see you again)
(The dark, lonely dusk, it starts to eat me up, until I cannot breathe)
(No, don't cry, just don't cry)
(But I have words I want to say)
("Don't go away.")
.
.

"Itachiyama Institute wins!" an announcer exclaimed.
(Y/n) smiled. "Welp, congrats..." he sighed as he got up.
Tsukasa smiled triumphantly as each team thanked each other. He looked up at the stand of people, and saw (Y/n) getting up to leave. Something felt odd. He turned around, and something clicked within him.
"I love you, (Y/n). be my boyfriend?"
"Yes of course!"
...
"(Y/n), are you scared of the moth?"
"It's furry and stuff, it's disgusting!"
"It's a moth, it won't hurt you."
"I still don't like it!"
"You'll be fine. Come on now, let's go to (restaurant name), I'm hungry."
...
"I won! I won you, loser!"
"Well, I clearly won you over, so who's really winning here?"
"Uh, me, obviously."
Memories after memories. He remembered. (Y/n) and him were in love! That was it! That explained why (Y/n) looked so hurt whenever he was around him or why they have kissed before.
.
.
.
"Iizuna-san?" Komori called Tsukasa as he was spacing out. "We have a few minutes before the ceremony. Do you wanna go to the toilet or something?"
"Uh- yeah, sure. Komori, if I don't come back in time, tell our coach or the announcer I left for something important, OK?" Tsukasa said as he sprinted off.
"Uh, OK?"
.
.
.
Tsukasa ran everywhere in the stadium to find (Y/n). A sudden hum of a song filled Tsukasa's ear. It sounded rather familiar... then it hit him. Everywhere throughout the course of their relationship, (Y/n) would always hum this specific tune or song. He followed the source of the sound until he was met with (Y/n), buying a drink from a vending machine next to the exit.
"(Y/n)!" he exclaimed.
(Y/n) turned his head to face him.
"Oh! Tsukasa, congrats on winning Inarizaki!" (Y/n) cheered.
"Yeah, thanks... uh, we've dated, right?" Tsukasa asked, internally cringing at how awkward the exposition was.
(Y/n) chuckled. "Yep. Did you just remember or did someone tell you?"
"I just remembered... like, right now." Tsukasa replied.
"Oh I see. Well, so, like?" (Y/n) asked. "What... happens now?"
"Well, um, do you wanna, like, start dating again?" he asked.
(Y/n) chuckled. "Sure. Anyway, wanna go to (restaurant name) after your ceremony? I bet you're hungry after that intense game."
"Sure."

A Budding Scientist in a Fantasy World
Alice is a girl who loves science and lives on Earth. Then, suddenly, she was punted into another dimension. A dimension where magic and monsters roam the land, swords and sorcery reign supreme, and, for some reason, a System keeps dinging at her and telling her that her stats and levels are increasing. As someone who loves exploring mysteries, Alice is determined to get to the bottom of this mystery. After all, everything has to have a ‘cause,’ including the System, right? What to expect: This story is going to be a LitRPG set in a fantasy world. However, unlike many LitRPG’s, the system has both a definite beginning and definite limits to what it is able to accomplish – rather than a singularly omnipotent, omniscient being that is tied to the laws of the world, the way systems are usually presented in LitRPG’s, the system is close to both, but has definite limits and rules which it operates by. This story is also relatively slow, since that is my writing style. The main character also begins the story as a young, 15-year old girl who has yet to finish high school, and is going to explore more of the world around her as she grows as a person and starts to get her feet under her. Grin the Cheat
There was a time when heroes roamed between the Four Great Cities. They fought for kingdoms and princesses and they lived and died by their valour. Or so the stories say. The way the minstrels sing it, everyone had a swashbuckling good time. Nowadays, buckles are rarely swashed. All the great beasts have been slain, all the great treasures unearthed. Princesses are few and far between — the ones worth fighting over, anyway — and the kingdoms have been divvied up between the sons of sons of sons of the heroes of old. No valour required. Frankly, the hero business is in a sorry state. Luckily for Grin the Cheat, thieving and murder are thriving as usual. If you have a moment, please vote for this story at Top Web Fiction.
