at this point, i could die because of jungkook's behavior.

"does that mean the person you're seeing is the ch-" before mr. jeong could finish his sentence, i quickly turned towards him.

"i-i've got to go! bye! have a nice night!" i freaked out, practically running away so that i can stop jeon jungkook.

he lost his mind. he totally lost it.

why would he do that?

after jungkook saw i'm running towards him, he suddenly mirroring my action. he's running towards me too.

suddenly, i accidentally stepped on a small rock that caused my body to be unbalanced while running. 

jungkook immediately grabbed and caged me in his hug so i wouldn't fall and hurt myself. and doo-jool too.

okay, so now we're making a romantic scene in front of the school with mr. jeong and the other kids walking around. are you crazy?!

if jungkook was nobody, then i don't really care. the thing is he is the chairman of dae-han foundation! everyone here know him!

are we filming a movie or what?!

"you're pregnant. why would you do such a reckless thing?" jungkook whispered, each of his hands are still on my nap and waist.

"please let me go. people are staring at us.." i could cry right now, right here if jungkook refuse to stop this unpaid romantic scene.

"fine. but who is th-" before he could ask any further, i quickly opened the car and squeeze both of us inside.

"why did you call out my name?! why did you wave?! everyone knows who you are at school! why would you do that?!" i asked and scolded him, feeling angry with his behavior just now.

"ah..that didn't occur to me until now..i'm sorry." he casually said.

did he forgot that?!

"how could that not have occurred to you? was the article in that economy magazine a complete overexaggeration?"

did the magazine company do some research first before publishing such articles about him?

"economy magazine?" he asked.

"the one in economy weekly. it said that you are sharp..and that you have an exceptional mind.." 

gosh, chaeyoung! did you just got busted reading about him?!

"are you still reading up about me?" jungkook asked.

"ahem..of course not." i looked away, preventing him to see my red face.

i'm so embarrassed!

"who was the person you were walking with?"

"mr. jeong?" he meant him?

"mr. jeong? what were you guys talking about?" he asked.

"he helped me with something, so i was thanking him." i said, truthfully.

why would i lie though.

"the two of you seemed a bit too friendly for a conversation like that."

"it was nothing. he just asked me if i had a boyfriend, so i told him i was seeing someone. that's all."

"why was he curious about that?" jungkook turned his body towards me.

"it's normal to be curious about something like that." i said plainly.

it is normal isn't it?

"but why would he specifically ask you that question?" he asked again, still unsatisfied with my answer.

"i don't know mr. jeong's feelings. so i couldn't tell you. and i'm not so uncharming that men are utterly disinterested in me." i told him.

"i already know that. that's how i ended up in this situation." jungkook suddenly said.

we made an eye contact for about a few seconds before jungkook turned his head to the front. 

so that means, he agreed upon my statement? he agreed that i'm charming and men are interested in me?

"until you make your final decision, i asked you to remain committed to me." he added.

"i know. that's why i told him i was seeing someone."

"seeing someone.." i could hear jungkook sighed. why was that?

he fasten the seatbelt and started to drive away from the school.

"so where are we going?" i asked, looking at him.

"to eat spicy rice cakes." he said without looking at me.

"why'd you write that on your math test? were you trying to piss off the teacher?" i asked dahyun after hearing her story while walking out of the school side by side.

"i didn't think he was that humorless." she said.

"good job, genius." i praised her sarcastically. which teacher wouldn't be angry after seeing their students scribbled something like that on the quiz paper?

after all, dahyun always doesn't take what i say to heart. so, i'm free to say anything to her.

"more importantly, where's daniel sunbae and your bicycle?" dahyun asked.

"your precious daniel has a science club meeting and i'm going to break that bicycle." i told her.

"why would you break your bicycle? and isn't that meeting only on wednesday?"

why is she so busy body?

"who knows? i don't care." i replied, ending the conversation.

but then, both of us saw a group of students murmuring something in front of the school gate.

i'm obviously do not care, but my friend kim dahyun over here, can't take it. she should join to know the hottest gossip in school.

"what? what is it? did something happen?!" dahyun ran towards them and asked. see?

the students turned around and looked at her, "hey, dahyun! oh man! just now miss park was in the arms of some dude! it was crazy!" telling dahyun some 'hot' news.

they're talking about miss park? and some dude who? my uncle?

i better stay out of this. i don't want to spread any rumors.

"what? my homeroom teacher? damn! tell me more. i need details" dahyun said.

while they were gossiping, i played with my phone. even though the story is about miss park, i know it is not the truth though.

and i knew miss park better than anyone else. here.

"girls, what are you still doing here? you should head on home! i'll see you guys on monday." i heard a voice approached us. is that the new teacher? mr. lee tae-yong?

dahyun suddenly grabbed my hand and ran towards mr. lee.

"mr. lee!" she called out.

why is she dragging me though?

"oh! hi, dahyun." he smiled.

"thank you for what you did in the teacher's office." said dahyun, showing her blush cheeks.

"it was nothing. i didn't really end up helping much anyway. hm..are you heading home?" 

"no, we have to stop by the tutoring center." dahyun said.

"before you go, would you like me to buy you guys some spicy rice cakes to cheer you up?" asked mr. lee.

"what? really?!" dahyun looked so over the moon. she likes that spicy rice cakes that much? or she likes mr. lee?

"no, i'm fine.." i said to them.

"aww, come on! let's go! it's not like you have anything to do." dahyun whined while grabbing my hand, persuading me to go with her.

"i just don't want to eat.." i said lowly. why is she being like this?

"oh, wait! crap! i left my papers behind!" dahyun suddenly freaked out, making me a bit startled.

"what?" i asked her.

"if i don't do those problems, i'm totally screwed! i'll be right back! wait for me, okay?! if you ditch me, i'll hate you!" said dahyun while running back towards the school building.

"no, wait! hold on!" i called her. why is she always so fast?

ah..in a blink of an eye, she is nowhere to be seen. she always does whatever she wants.

and she left me alone with this new teacher, mr. lee.
