His hand slipped up my thigh. I felt disgusted. I tried to push away, but his weight on top of me was suffocating my lungs.
"No, stop," I exclaimed. I tried to speak but it felt like I was underwater and all that came out were air bubbles.
He chained my arms down to the bed and I couldn't move, but everything was moving. My vision was blurry. I had been drugged.
"You know what your father has done to me," he said. "He ruined my mother."
I was afraid to open my eyes and see who the stranger was.
I was afraid of everything at this moment.
What had my father done? Why was I always the one to pay for his wrongdoings?
I caught a glimpse of the stranger.
It was Giovanni.
I bolted awake. I just got a twisted dream about my past. I knew the stranger who had done that to me wasn't Giovanni, so why did my brain make it him? To warn me.
I felt sweat drip out of my pores and fear shiver down my spine.
I heard Giovanni move from beside me and I froze.
What if he would get mad I woke him? Who am I kidding it's Giovanni he'd get mad at everything.
I felt new tears replace the dry ones on my cheeks. I wiped them away with my hands, but they just kept coming.
Giovanni groaned and turned over to face me. I was trying to keep quiet, but my dream came back to me.
Giovanni opened one eye and noticed my state. He sat up. "What the fuck are you doing?" He asked. He looked exhausted. He was passed that I woke him up.
"I'm sorry I woke you up, please don't be mad," I sobbed. I already had a bad dream he would totally make it worse if he would get mad at me.
All I wanted was a hug from my brother, but he had a girlfriend now.

I placed my hand over my mouth to cover my cries from making loud noises that will wake up the whole gang.
He removed my hand and grabbed it. He grabbed my other one and I squeezed my eyes shut. This happened in the dream.
I tried to get my hands out of his grip, but he held on tight. "L-Let go," I whimpered.
He put them both in his other hand and wiped my tears with the other.
I wanted to get away from him. I squirmed under his gaze which I couldn't read. He was still expressionless and cold.
"Listen, stop moving," he growled. I stopped struggling. "Now, tell me, what happened that you woke me up at five in the morning?"
I shook my head. I didn't want to tell him. I didn't want to say I had a nightmare about him.
"If you don't tell me, I'll bring you to the basement," he threatened. He always seemed to use that.
I wasn't going to fall for it anymore. I ignored him.
"I will and I'll forget about the deal we made and just skip ahead to killing you," he told me. His voice was dangerously low and husky.
I bursted into tears again. "I-I can't." I tilted my head down so he wouldn't see the tears, but he already had.
"Look," he grumbled out. "I want to help you."
I was stunned. Did he just say that to me?
"But I can't if you don't tell me what's wrong," he said.
I sighed. I would just do it and say it.
"You have to promise you won't be mad." I held out my pinky finger.
"I don't do promises," he snarked.
"Well, then I won't tell you," I uttered.
"Fine, fine, I promise, now, go on," he quickly said.
"Hold on, you have to pinky promise." I jutted my finger in his direction.

He looked irritated. He rubbed his eyes, tiredly, but eventually gave in. He pinky finger interlocked with mine and he realized it just as quick.
"Okay, so," I choked on my words. I didn't know how to start this. "Something happened to me."
I'm trying to tell him what happened without telling him what happened to me before. I knew I couldn't trust him.
"A-And you were there in my dream," I explained.
"You were dreaming about me?" He asked. He rolled his eyes, unbelievably.
"Hold on, there's more," I ushered. He kept quiet. "So we were in bed," I told him, honestly.
"Great, so you were having a sex dream about us." He spoke, sarcastically.
"Would you just let me finish," I snapped.
He raised his eyebrows. "Go on."
I looked down at my hands to explain this part. "You were-you were doing things and I didn't want those things," I explained, vaguely.
He stared at me. He said nothing and I was starting to worry he was actually mad. I looked up from my hands to see him angry.
"You said you wouldn't get mad," I groused. "You pinky promised."
"Listen, when someone has a dream that I forced myself on them, I'm going to get mad," he snarled.
I flinched. I shouldn't have told him.
"Well, I don't think it was you at first," I told him. Trying to ease him. "But then you spoke and I saw you're face and you're emotionless expression."
He rolled his eyes to look at me. "What did I say?"
"Something about my father and how I deserved this because of him doing something to your mother," I explained, innocently.
Something flashed in his eyes, although he refused to look at me as he got up and exited the room.
He was angry, but mixed in with it I saw sadness.
Could he care? Or was he just mad that I had a horrible dream about him?
He couldn't believe his ears. Never once had someone had that bad dream about him.
Even though he promised not to get mad, he couldn't help it. He felt his body tense when she said that.
He would never do that to a woman, especially after what happened with his mother.
She said in the dream he did that because of what her father had done, but he would never do that because of her father. He knew she was innocent in all this. He knew she had nothing to do with what happened to his mother.
She want even born yet.
His mother was killed when he was three. He could hardly walk, yet he saw his mother's life flash before his eyes.
It scarred him. It ruined him, but it didn't crest him into this heartless monster, his own father had. Before he handed the business over to his son, he trained him. He trained his hard and rough and was way more onto him than the other kids.
He knew what he had to be like to get through with this kind of life. He had to be cold and lack of emotions, so he did. He was until this little girl came into his life.
He should've just killed her then and there when they first met, but he knew he couldn't. She looked so innocent in all of this. She looked like she needed to be saved.
So, once he heard the news that she was the daughter of his rival. He knew what to do to get back at him. She had to be a part of his gang, just like her brother was.
So he did it.
She was in his gang.
She still had to train, of course, but she would be apart of his world.
She wouldn't be so innocent anymore.
