And how I threw up for days after

How walking was a blur and talking was in tangled words that didn't make much sense

I'd like for people to know

That I could fill the Nile river with my tears that I shed before noon and how I had to sweep up the large amounts of hair I lost into old dustpans

I'd like for people to know that what they said and did shattered me and I couldn't find all the pieces

And still, I don't think they'd care
