"I will not be lectured by the man who let Gellert Grindelwald slip through his fingers." Madam Picquery says to a crowd of wizards from all parts of the world
They fill up the pentagram office, which is the large hall arranged like a parliament debating chamber.
However, before she can go on Tina hurries into the chamber, all heads turn towards her.
"Madam president, I'm so sorry to interrupt, but this is critical-" Tina begins to ramble but stops when she halts suddenly and realises what she just walked into.
There's an echoing silence as every eye watches her, Tina feels extremely nervous as Madam Picquery begins to speak.
"You better have an excellent excuse for this intrusion, Miss Goldstein." A displeased look on her face as she glares at Tina.
"Yes I do." Tina replies trying her best to act confident as she takes a step forward.
"Ma'am. Yesterday a wizard entered New York with a case full of creatures and well unfortunately some have escaped." Tina states clutching the case in her hand.
"He arrived yesterday Miss Goldstein? You've known for twenty-four hours that an unregistered wizard set magical beasts loose in New York and you see fit to tell us only when a man has been killed?" Madam Picquery says a displeased upon her face as responds to Tina in a professional but annoyed manner.
"Who has been killed?" Tina asks disbelief on her face after hearing this news.
Up floating above them is a hologram of Senator Shaw's dead body surrounded by specks of light.
"Where is this man?" Madam Picquery asks ignoring Tina's question.
Tina sets the case down in front of her, she opens up the clasps keeping the case shut and knocks on the lid nervously.

Everyone watches intently, the case creaks open revealing Newt looking sheepish and nervous followed by Evelyn and Jacob.
"Scamander? Lois?" The Minister or Magic questions knowing them from England.
Oh-Um- hello, minister." Newt responds closing the lid of his case.
Evelyn gives a nervous hand gesture to acknowledge him as she stands slightly behind Newt to feel safer.
"Theseus Scamander? The war hero?" A man from the crowd questions.
"No, this is his little brother. And what in the name of merlin are you doing here?" The minister asks confused.
"I came to buy an Appaloosa Puffskein, sir." Newt responds and reaches behind him grasping Evelyn's hand subtlety.
"What are you really doing here?" The minister question obviously not fooled by him.
He then looks at Evelyn and continues. "And you Miss Lois, you've been missing for quite some time."
Evelyn looks at her feet not wanting to see confused look on Newts face or anyone else's in the audience.
"Missing?" Madam Picquery questions looking straight at Evelyn now.
"Yes yes, she arranged to come work over here for a while but only for a year and when she didn't return her family, rather aggressively may I add, threatened to hurt anyone who hid her from them." The minsters responds as Evelyn gulps not wanting to hear about her family.
"Their big supporters of Grindelwald might I add. We didn't bother you due to not wanting to add a weight onto the problems you're already facing." The minister adds.
Madam Picquery nods "Thank you Minister but it is critical that I should have been informed."
She then looks at Jacob next "and who is this?"
"This is Jacob Kowalsk, Madam President, he's a No-Maj who got bitten by one of Mr Scamander's creatures." Tina replies a guilty look on her face for having a No-Maj with them and not Obliviating him.

Jacob is too scared to speak, and keeps his mouth shut tightly as Newt who has been staring at Senator Shaw for quite some time interrupts suddenly.
"Merlins beard" he says shocked by what he's seeing.
"You know which of your creatures was responsible, Mr Scamander?" A lady in the crowd asks.
Newt looks almost afraid and intrigued at the same time.
"No creature did this...don't pretend. You must know what this was, look at the marks..." Newt gestures towards Senator Shaw's face which is covered maze like markings.
"That was an Obscurus that did that." He utters out.
The crowd begin to mutter in worry at the word.
"You go too far Mr Scamander, There is no Obscurial in America. Impound that case Graves." She demands as Graves summons the case towards him.
Newt draws his wand, the other hand still clutching onto Evelyn's.
"Give that b-" Newt begins to say but is interrupted by Madame Picquery.
"Arrest them!" She demands.
An eruption of spells hit the four of them Evelyn's hand being ripped away from Newts, as they are slammed onto their knees.
Newts wand flies out of his hand and is caught by Graves as he stand and picks up the case.
"No-no- don't hurt those creatures, please don't. You don't understand- nothing in there is dangerous, nothing!" Newt pleads with a look of utter desperation.
"Mr Graves will you take Miss Lois along with that case to be inspected the minister will be with you shortly. You're in trouble Miss Lois so I suggest you go quietly." Madame Picquery speaks rather harshly.
Evelyn starts to panic she doesn't want to be taken away, she looks at the other three in despair to which they too return the expression.
"No absolutely not, please don't take her." Newt pleads desperately trying to hold on to the things that make him happy.
Evelyn is dragged away tears are falling down her face as she's silently taken further and further from her new friends.
Newt looks absolutely distraught as he struggles in the magical restraint.
"Don't hurt her, promise me you won't!" He pleads.
She can no longer see them as she's pushed harshly by Mr Graves down a dimly lit corridor.
In the distance she can hear Newt screaming.
"Don't hurt those creatures! There is nothing in there that is dangerous. Please don't hurt my creatures! They are not dangerous..please, they are not dangerous."
Evelyn sees in the distance Newt, Jacob and Tina being dragged out but she's then forced round a corner harshly.
Graves doesn't say a word as he clutches Newts case walking hastily beside her.
Evelyn has tears running down her face as she tries to keep with him, nerves rushing through her with every step.
