Aweek has passed since the search for the man who was spotted in your hotel started. You have been checking into more and more CCTV's for any type of trace. Jeongyeon with Jimin and Jennie went to Brazil to talk with Silva and check there. Everyone were tensed with this situation. You were standing on the balcony as SeokJin came to you and stood next you with a hot chocolate cup. You smiled at him and thanked him.

- We just don't get a break, do we?

You asked as he sighed and shrugged.

- I thought I would be going on a long vacation after we finish Park Beom- Seok, but destiny has another games for us.

- The game of Vengeance just never finishes.

You sighed as he agreed with you, you were discussing with him about your search. SeokJin found out little things about the man but it was of no use.

- Wait- Y/N! Did you checked his car number?

You frowned as you looked at him and your eyes widened at the realisation. You moved fast as you sat on the chair near the table as you called Jay to send the CCTV recording's of the car parking area. After ten minutes he forwarded the recordings to you as SeokJin came and sat beside you and started checking the recordings. You saw the similar unknown man getting inside a car which was a Mercedes Benz G- class as the rest of the men he came with sat inside a van. SeokJin paused the screen as you wrote down the number from the plate.

- Wahh, Kim SeokJin you're amazing.

He flipped his hair as you complimented him.

- Of course, I already know that. I tell that to myself on a daily basis in front of my mirror-

- Shut up and get to work.

You said as he rolled his eyes and called someone to find out about the car number.

- Hello? Lia, I am sending you a car number, I want to know who is it's owner and where it was last seen okay? Yeah, as soon as possible please.

He ended the call as he looked at you and sighed. He patted your head as he looked down, Taehyung's words ringing in his ears.

'Hyung, please. I know she won't be happy here. I want her to choose, I don't want to keep her here without her will. She maybe just thinking it's good for sometime. But I have seen her how she reacted, how she cried and mourned when she had to kill someone. How these things affected her.'

SeokJin wasn't sure what to answer him either. Taehyung was right about this, he was actually worried for you because you have been acting weird lately. All you did was work and work, you were not resting. It was as if you have been escaping from your thoughts and your escape was work. Taehyung wasn't being selfish and was giving you a chance to choose between your freedom and this life. SeokJin looked at you as you were sipping on your drink.

- Y/N, can I ask you something?

He asked as you looked at him and saw he was suddenly serious, you nodded your head as he took a deep breath in and continued.

- If you could leave this life, I mean the mafia life. Would you do it?

-Of course.

You said without a single thought as SeokJin looked taken aback.

- Of course, I would like us all to leave this Mafia life. It's too much of an headache don't you think? I would love it if we were all normal people, living and having fun. Our worries were also not as big as saving the whole world.

SeokJin felt his heart warming as you talked about the things you would do with others. He felt happy that you included the rest of them in your dreams. His train of thoughts was disturbed when he heard you sighing.

- But I am quite satisfied with this life too.

- What do you mean? You just went on and on about how you wanted to leave this life.

You chuckled as you shook your head.

- I know, but the fact that I am helping in making this world a better place gives me ease. Take this Black Mamba thing for an example, we don't even have anything to do with it yet we are helping our police out. We are helping to get rid of the bad guys, when we ourselves are bad guys.

You said and laughed as he nodded his head.

- Why would you suddenly ask me this question?

He looked hesitant to answer you but you persuaded him to answer.

- Taehyung was thinking to send you back with your mother.

Your heart dropped at his revelation. Your head started to spin as you thought about all the negative things at once. Your previous calm mood was changed into a panic one.

- Why? Why would he think of that? Does he not want me anymore? Did I do something wrong? I swear I didn't mean to if I did-

- Y/N Y/N Y/N! Calm down, he doesn't mean it in that way. He is just worried for you because you have been acting not yourself lately. Don't overthink these things. He just wants you to choose, because you've never been given the priority to choose between things.

He said as you calmed down, but you were getting angry now. You got up as you put the cup down and started to make your way to your bedroom. You barged inside to see Taehyung talking with someone on the phone.

- Yeah, we have sent you the files of all the patients. Please look into it. Thank you.

He looked at you as he came near you, putting his hands on your cheek.

- What happened, love?

He asked as you pushed him away, you wiped your tears angrily. Taehyung was taken aback by your sudden behavior and guessed that SeokJin must have talked with you.

- How dare you even think about pushing me away from you, Kim Taehyung?

You yelled as he sighed trying to take you in his arms but you just backed away sniffing.

- I gave my everything to you, I want to be with you that is why I am here and not with my mother. God if I wanted to leave you I would have never comeback when I ran away, I would have never accepted that deal and married you.

You said as you felt a burning feel in your chest. The tears did not stop as you were continuously wiping them.

- You are the only family I have left and you are trying to snatch that away from me?

You cried as he hugged you and tried to calm you down.

- Ssshh, I am sorry, I shouldn't have done that. I am sorry. Calm down now, it's okay. We are okay.

He whispered as you calmed down, you were hiccupping because of crying so much as he gave you a glass of water. You drank it and looked at him as he made you sit on the bed and crouched in front of you.

- You know that I love you more than anything right?

He said softly as you sniffed and nodded.

- I couldn't bare to look at you so broken, so I thought if you could take some time off from this world you would feel better plus, you haven't spend much time with your mother either. I wanted you to choose and I may sound selfish but I am very happy that you chose to live with me.

He said as he smiled softly, his eyes shining like the brightest star in the galaxy.

- But don't ever think of pushing me away, I wouldn't be able to bear it. And talk to me if you have any thoughts like that, let's make our communication stronger from now on okay?

You suggested as he nodded his head and kissed your hands he has been holding.

- I will baby. I love you

- I love you too.

Just that you were about to kiss there was a knock on door as Taehyung cursed under his breath.

- Every damn fucking time.

He went and opened the door to find Jungkook as he looked at Taehyung who was annoyingly looking at him.

- What? Don't blame me for being a cockblocker, Jin Hyung asked me to tell you both that he found the unknown man's identity.

He informed and walked away as both of you rushed downstairs. As soon as you both were down everybody looked at you both and nodded acknowledging your existence in the room. Taehyung sat on his chair as SeokJin sat opposite to him.

- Guess who he is.

SeokJin said as Taehyung looked at him with boring eyes.

- Tell me.

He directed as SeokJin rolled his eyes and dropped a file on the table.

- That man is Jung Jihoon or famously known as Joshua.

Everyone except you and Eunwoo gasped as you both were confused. Nayeon came in between you both and gave some information about that guy.

- Joshua was supposed to work for us but he ditched and ran away with our drugs which costed over a million dollars.

Your eyes widened as you looked at Taehyung who had an angry expression on his face. He looked as if he was ready to kill anyone right now.

- Of course, hungry dogs are never loyal. I should have guessed it was him. He has no loyalty to any gang that's why he is helping them. Where is he now?

- You will be surprised but he is actually very near to us.

- What are we waiting for then? Let's go.
