The primary protagonist faction in this story, simply known as Allied Forces, consist of existing NATO members along with mostly pro-Western and some "non-aligned" Asia-Pacific countries, including Pacific Island countries such as Fiji and Tonga, banded together as the Pan-Pacific Defence Union or PPDU, regarded as a development from India-Japan-Australia-USA "Quad Alliance".

Outside NATO and PPDU participant in the alliance is Finland, Austria, Israel, Mexico, Malta, Brazil, Serbia, Colombia, South Africa, Botswana, Kenya (partially occupied by UCC), South Sudan (occupied by UCC), Tanzania, Ghana, Uganda, Liberia, Namibia, Zimbabwe Rhodesia, and Argentina.

The official name of a military alliance of State of China and the restored monarchical, while constitutional, state of Russia; the Tsardom of Russia under the Romanovs, serves as a co-belligerent in the war on the side of Allies. Formed namely for sake of balance of power with the American-led NATO as well as it's Asian allies namely Japan, Republic of China, and United Korean Republic, they maintained a non-aggression pact with the Grand Alliance. Other than Russia and China, member states include Mongolia, CIS member states, Georgia (despite had strong pro-Western tendencies), Laos, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Mozambique, and Angola.

Many of the member-state of this alliance were once participants of Communist China's Belt and Road Initiative, which also appreciated by the new Chinese state under a collective leadership called the Presidium (the coup regime from "For our Unity" who removed the Communist Party).
