《To Go Higher (Uta No Prince Sama FANFICTION)》'Dere' Types

Ah, the only day I love is only Saturday since I don't have to attend school. And if I did stay at school by hiding, the boys would still find me and kick me out. Yup, those guys kicked me out of my own dorm and the whole school. The reason, I have no idea. It seems like that they wanna practice their new song and not have my decision in it to see how well it will go for them. Shrugging, i just sit at the park bench silently with my legs crossed on top of the seat. My eyes watch as people pass by as I eat my ice cream. Ugh, having nothing to do it even more boring than staying at school.
Suddenly, my eyes get covered getting me to nearly jump before hearing a familiar voice, "Guess who?"
"Kotobuki-san?" I ask recognizing the member from QUARTET NIGHT.
"Didn't I say to just call me Reiji?" he asks as my eyes get back it's vision of the park.
Looking behind me, I find the members of QUARTET NIGHT standing there but in disguises which are quite hard to recognize.
"What are you guys doing here?" I ask looking up at them.
"We have a break! It seemed like that we didn't have any jobs so we're going to walk around!" Reiji answers happily like always.
"After your continuous bickering." Ranmaru growls.
"True. None of us wanted to come." Ai agrees as Camus continues to keep quiet.
"Hey! Hey! We have to at least get out once and enjoy places!" Reiji pouts getting me to raise and eyebrow before standing.
"Well, have fun. I'll be heading off now." I get ready to leave before Reiji blocks me.
"Wait a moment! Melody, are you free right now? Let's go all hang out together." he chirps as I groan inside not wanting to do something so bothersome.
"I don't wanna, it's too troublesome." I sigh stepping aside to pass him but he continues to block me.
"Don't be like that! Now let's go!"
And with that, he grabs my hand and begin running getting me to stumble as I lazily follow him. Why did I get into this?
~~~~~
"Ah! Delicious!" Reiji loudly exclaims as the rest of us quietly sit at the table.
Reiji pats his belly after finishing his lunch, Ranmaru finished his too but he just kept quiet with his arms crossed, Ai is silently eating his jello while Camus is still quietly sipping his tea. Sweat-dropping from how different they are from Reiji, I wonder how they all became a group. Pushing that aside though, I just continue to eat my strawberry shaved ice.
"So, Melody, why did you join Saotome Academy?" Reiji suddenly starts speaking much to my dislike.
"It's none of your business." I reply taking another bite of my frozen snack.
"Ehh. You're so cruel, Melody!" he sulks as I just ignore him.
"Shut up. Don't barge into her business. She doesn't have to tell you if she doesn't want to." Ranmaru defends getting me to like him the most right now.
"To be truthful, I'm also curious. In my data for her, I couldn't find anything specific of her." Ai speaks getting the attention of the four boys.
"See! It's better if we get to learn our kouhai first before hanging out with them later!" Reiji smiles as I wish that I can just go back to my dorm and practice, "Also, AiAi doesn't have any info on her!"
"Is that true, Ai?" Camus finally talks before getting the cyan hair boy to nod.
"She's 5'4, a 'delinquent-like' student attending 2nd Year A-Class taught by Ringo-sensei. She had a perfect score in the entrance exam but is now nearly failing as she would skip class time by time." Ai states as I take another spoonful of the delicious shaved ice.
"And that is all you need to know about me." I add licking my mouth.
"Don't be like that, MelMel! Shall I start introducing myself?" he asks pointing to himself.
"No thanks." the four of u respond back to him getting him to become dejected.
"You're annoying." Ranmaru states.
"And you'll catch attention to us." Ai takes another bite of his jello.
"Be quiet, peasant." Camus demands.
"Haha, even your teammates think you're annoying." I lightly laugh joking around.
"You guys are so mean!" he whines before suddenly hugging me, "Well, fine. I''l just leave you guys and take MelMel around since it seems like I'm the only one that wants to know her more!"
Sighing, I cry silently inside as I just wanted to finish this delicious shaved ice, but it seems like I won't be much to my sadness.
~~~~~
I feel like I'm eating too much today, and it is very rare for me to say that. Taking another bite of the popsicle, I'm still stuck with the four seniors of the Master Course. And the whole time, Reiji has been asking billions of questions and all I answer back were 'I don't know', 'who knows', 'No', and 'None of your business'. Still, he hasn't given up one bit.

"What other instruments do you play other than piano?" he continues to ask making me wonder how he's not tired yet.
"I don't know." I reply like always as we continue to walk down the road.
"Would already be quiet. You're annoying us all. She's not going to answer you back properly." Ranmaru sighs beside me.
Suddenly, a child begins to scream getting all of us to flinch and look at the noise. Judging from the scene, I can predict that he just dropped his ice cream and now he is sad. Instantly, Reiji heads over there as we just watch him try to cheer the kid up.
"Reiji may be annoying at times, but it only shows how much he cares." Camus suddenly speaks surprising me.
"Despite that, we still stick to him with all his bickering." Ai adds.
"So don't think so lowly of him." Ranmaru states getting me to keep quiet but not really in shock.
"I never thought lowly of him or any of you guys. I don't like talking about myself and that's just all." I reply before looking around to find a nearby piano outside of a piano store.
Walking over there, I take a seat before stretching my fingers and hands. Placing them on the keys, I close my eyes and play the song I intend to show. It starts really jumpy and fast before I let the notes out strongly and hold it a bit longer. Then that's when I play the melody of the song I've once listened to. Imagining the video again, I can feel the beat pounding into my heart. Hearing a crowd to gather around as the cry has now gone away, I just continue to play. My eyes close as I just continue playing remembering them dancing and singing along with this sound. Without me noticing, my body was moving along with it as it gets grabbed to the rhythm. And then, with the last notes, I hold them before ending my performance. My eyes open to find the black and white keys still there as silence was all I hear before an audience of clapping. Looking over there, I find the child not crying anymore as he was smiling happily. I show a small smile glad that he's better now before standing up and taking a quick bow. Slowly, the audience disperse as I go up to the kid and kneel down in front of him.
"Better now?" I ask as he nods frantically.
"Yup! Thank you, Miss!" he smiles getting me to pat his head and take a lollipop out of my bag.
"Here. Sorry I don't have anything else." I apologize as he happily takes it.
"Thank you!"
And with that, I watch him run off waving good bye towards me as I do the same. Standing up, I brush of the dust off my knees.
"MelMel!" I hear Renji shout before suddenly jumping onto me and giving me a hug while spinning me around, "That was amazing! I didn't know you knew our song!"
Being placed back down, I wind my shoulder back feeling the pain he just given me, "Why wouldn't I know?"
"I thought you hated us." he begins to sniffle getting me to flinch before sighing.
"I never said I hated you guys. Why did you assume that?" I reply scratching my head in frustration because of him.
"MelMel—" he stares at me before he hugs me again and spins me around, "You're such a tsundere!"
"What?! I'm not a tsundere!" I shout back trying to push him away.
"I agree with her, she's more of a kuudere." Ai corrects.
"I'm also not a kuudere!" I reject.
"She's definitely a dandere. What are you guys talking about?" Ranmaru crosses his arms.
"I'm not a dandere!" I reject again.
"A deredere." Camus speaks getting all of us to freeze, "Is something wrong?"
"You know a derdere is a person who acts entirely sweet and energetic towards every person that they meet—right?" I narrow my eyes at him as he flinches and close his eyes looking away.
"Of course I knew that." he replies pretending nothing happened getting me to actually worry for him before finally getting back on topic and snapping.
"Also! I'm not any 'dere' types!" I shout.

I'm Sure It'll be Fine! ...right?
We live to die, and die to live again. This Cycle continues, neither to Begin nor End. Ever Beginning, never to End, we come to the story of our Unusual Friend. The Gods are as varied and unique as the mortals that worship them. Some are kind, others are fluffy, and (given the nature of the multiverse) a few are Eldrich Abominations of Unspeakable Horror. But that's fine, those few tend to mind their own business... At least until an Eldrich Abomination (an interdimensional cosmic slime-mold specifically) gets itself devoured by a Lich during a ritual to obtain Godhood... Especially because anyone, even a Lich, who's willing to eat an ENTIRE COSMIC SLIME-MOLD for any reason, even godhood, is undoubtedly a madman...who's now set his unsightly gaze upon replacing (likely by devouring) the Godess of Magic herself! She could probably use some help...if only to avoid touching the slimy Lichgod directly. Also, the Eldrich Gods are protesting these events in their usual manner...by trying to destroy all of Creation.
