I don't really get to see that many good digimon books so I figured I'd pick up the bat and give it a swing. Your choices are

Digimon Tamers

Digimon Data Squad

Before you ask what about frontier and fusion?

There aren't that many Digimon that fuse together that I can use for fusion. And I personally didn't really care about it all that much I mean I watched it just didn't care much about it. For frontier they didn't really have that many Digimon I can use for beast spirit and human spirit.

So you only have those three options. And the armor one doesn't count either.

And before you guys vote do not just type next to one of the options or that is very annoying and does not help me when I try to tally up the votes. And if you do it disregarding what I just said you're getting muted.
