It's been a few days since Hanamaru and Ruby had join the club and right now everything been relaxing, we was in the clubroom looking at our school idol ranking when Chika said "it haven't move" You said "at least we're not drop rank" Riko said "some people are talking some good thing about our group" Chika said "they think our two new members look cute" Ruby smile and said "really" I lend back and heard Hanamaru said "is that a computer" You said "what" she said "I heard with this you can access the sea of knowledge" I saw the girls backing up then I said "you call it knowledge, I call it sea of cat videos" Hanamaru said "can I touch it" Chika said "sure go ahead" she was looking at it then I saw her press the power button then Riko said "hey what button did you press" she said "there was a glowing one" Riko and You pretty much ran over to the computer to see if everything was save then Hanamaru said "I'm sorry" Chika laugh and said "it's alright" I said "hey should you girls be practicing right now" Chika said "yea let go" I got up and said "I'll meet you up there" she nod and I went to the rooftop to wait for them, before I could walk up the stairs to the roof I heard a someone arguing so I said "just keep walking, this doesn't concern you" I heard a window break so I ran down to a classroom to see a familiar looking girl standing by the door with another girl on the ground crying so I said "what going on" no one said anything then I heard someone said "Taylor what going on here" I turn around to see Dia and Mari with some girls so I said "I don't know I just got here" Dia walk over to the girl on the ground then said "hey what wrong" the girl said "I told her to stop" I notice her uniform was ripped then the girl point at the girl with the bun on side of her head so I said "wait Yohane" before she could say something I heard someone said "what going on here" I saw Lucy pass me and when she look around the room she said "did you figure out who did it" Dia said "Yoshiko did you do this" Yohane shake her head no then the girl on the ground said "liar" I said "don't even say it" Mari smile and said "we should do another class trial" Lucy said "I agree, I finally get to destroy you" I look at Yohane and said "did you do it, if you didn't I'll believe" she said "I really didn't" I sigh and said "alright let get this over with" Dia said "I'll take this girl to the nurse's office" after she left I heard someone said "Taylor what are you doing" I turn to see Aqours looking at me so I said "class trial, you want to help" You said "what do you need" Lucy said "your going down this time" I said "I need testimony from Yohane, the girl in the nurse's office, and try to find someone who saw it" Hanamaru said "do you Yoshiko" I said "who" she pointed at Yohane and said "her name is Yoshiko" I said "huh so that's your name" Yoshiko said "yea and what's your" I said "Taylor Oreki" she nod and I walk over to the broken window then said "alright I need to find out what really happen" the broken lead to the outside and I saw a piece of cloth on the broken glass but it doesn't look like they escape this way, I look around the room and heard Ruby said "hey Taylor I think...." Lucy said "I'll be taking that" she snatch something from Ruby then left the room so I walk over to her and said "what was that about" Ruby said "I found something behind the podium but she took it" I look behind the podium and said "any idea what it was" she said "I think it was makeup but I could be wrong" I saw lipstick on the ground so I said "know anyone that wear black lipstick" I heard Yoshiko said "that's mine" I sigh and said "please tell me you're joking" she shake her head and I said "alright I'll be keeping this then" I look around the room and said "hey where You" Chika said "oh her and Riko went to the nurse's office" I nod and said "alright hey Chika can you check outside for anything" she said "where outside" I pointed at the window and said "right outside that window, I want to know if they jump" she nod and took off running then Hanamaru said "what should we do" I said "stick close to Yoshiko, I don't want Lucy questioning her" she nod and I said "alright Yoshiko I need to know, when you got here what did you saw" Yoshiko said "well when I showed up I saw a the girl on the ground and another girl breaking the window and when she threw something at me I duck but when I stand back up she was gone and you was standing over there" I nod and said "alright what did she throw at you" she handed me a heart shape keychain so I said "umm thanks" she said "it's not for you, that what she threw at me" I was about to say something when I heard Mari said over the intercom "please report to the gym for another class trial" I sigh and said "already but I didn't get a chance to go over what You, Riko, and Chika found" Ruby said "maybe they're waiting for us in the gym" I nod and we went to the gym. When we got there You and Riko ran over to us and Riko said "Taylor we got a problem" I said "what now" she said "Lucy tear up the testimony we got from everyone" I sigh and said "that's great, hey where Chika" I heard her said "right here" I turn around to see her standing there then I said "what did you find" she said "there was nothing outside" I said "alright I think I got it" You said "can you really win with what you got" I said "maybe, don't question me" they laugh and I heard Ms. Tsurumi said "when you're ready over there we like to begin" I bow and said "sorry" I walk over to my stand then when I look across I saw Lucy smiling at me but before I could say something Ms. Tsurumi said "alright is both side ready" Lucy said "I'm ready your honor" I said "hey Lucy do you have a testimony from the victim" she said "huh of course I do but this one is mine" I said "I'm ready your honor" Ms. Tsurumi said "alright Ms. Von Karma you may go ahead" Lucy said "alright we are here because Yoshiko was caught bullying a poor girl" I said "please don't talk bad about my client" she said "just stating the fact" I said "yea whatever" she said "I like to call the victim of this case" I saw the girl walk up to the stand and Ms. Tsurumi said "are you okay" the girl nod and said "yea I'm fine, I just want to get the girl who did this in trouble" she said "alright please go ahead" the girl took a breath and said "I was in the classroom about to leave when Yoshiko came in and..... she started attacking me for no reason, she even broke a window behind me" everyone look over at Yoshiko then I said "don't even say it, I'm here to find the real person who bullied you" the girl said "quit defending the bully" I said "are you done" she said "what" I said "I like to question the victim" Ms. Tsurumi said "alright go ahead but please go easy on the poor girl" I nod and said "you said she broke the window behind you right" the girl nod and I said "then she would have a rip on her skirt then" I turn to Yoshiko and said "and as you can see her skirt isn't rip one bit" Lucy said "that's doesn't mean nothing" I drop the piece of cloth on the table and said "this came from the skirt correct" no one said anything so I said "and also I have proof to believe that someone else was in the room with her before Yoshiko came in" Ms. Tsurumi said "go ahead and present your evidence" let hope this work, I sat the lipstick on the desk and said "I found this behind the podium in the classroom so I believe the real bully drop this when they made their escape" Lucy smile and said "you're wrong but please tell me how they escape the room" I was about to say something when she said "please don't say the window cause might I remind you the classroom was on the second floor" I rub my neck and said "I wasn't going to say that" she said "please then go ahead" I sigh and said "I don't have anything yet" Ms. Tsurumi said "well it's not looking good for you Taylor" Lucy said "I would like to end this but my victory must be compete, I like to call my witness who saw the whole thing" she nod and said "alright go ahead" the girl walk away and I saw a girl with short black hair with a heart shape hair clip take the stand then Lucy said "now please go ahead and tell everyone what you saw" the girl nod and said "I was walking by the classroom when I saw Yoshiko attack that poor girl so I ran in and try to help her when Yoshiko threw something at me then ran by the door but before she could escape that guy came into the room" Ms. Tsurumi said "what was thrown" Lucy sat a thing of compact down then I heard Ruby said "that what I found" I said "this isn't looking good" Riko said "you got this Taylor" I heard Ms. Tsurumi said "alright you may question the witness" I got nothing the testimony is solid, I drop my head then said "I got nothing" Lucy said "alright I think we're done here" before Ms. Tsurumi could call it I heard someone said "Taylor don't give up" I said "I don't have anything" the person said "trust in your client and don't show weakness, fight for them till the very end" I heard Ms. Tsurumi said "alright I'm going to....." I slam my hands down on the tables and said "hold it, I haven't question them yet" Lucy said "it's to late" Ms. Tsurumi said "no he got the right to question her but this is the final chance to get something" I nod and said "this is all I need" I pull out the keychain that Yoshiko gave me then I said "is this your" the girl said "yes" I said "now you claim that Yoshiko threw something at you and took off running for a door right" the girl said "yes" I said "what door" she said "that doesn't matter" I said "answer it" she said "the front door" I smile and said "that the door I came in and saw Yoshiko standing near the back" Lucy said "you could be lying" I said "we found this key chain near the back and Ruby found that compact at the front, so explain that" the girl didn't say anything and when she turn her back to me I saw a rip in her skirt so I said "you should that fix" she look at her skirt and said "prevert" I said "can I speak with the victim one more time please" Ms. Tsurumi said "may I ask why" I said "I feel like her story was alter out of fear" she said "fear of what" I said "fear that if she don't lie then the real bully will target her again" the girl said "don't throw blame at me" Ms. Tsurumi said "alright is she still here" the girl walk over to me and said "I'm here" I turn to her and said "be honest with me, who is your bully" she said "I don't want to say it" I said "tell me and I'll promise you'll be protect from them" the girl on the stand said "don't say it" the girl by me said "it's her on the stand, she was the one that......" she was about to cry when I said "thanks I'll take it from here, alright that should be enough or should I explain how everything played out" Lucy said "no but I must know how did she get out" I said "that's easy, she hid behind the podium and when everyone started coming into the room she used that to slip out" the girl sigh and said "how are you so good at this" I said "cause I trust in the people I defend and I don't go into this trying to defeat my opponent" Lucy left the gym and Ms. Tsurumi said "alright trial over, please meet me in my office and we'll talk about what come next" the girl nod and while everyone was leaving Chika and her friends walk over to me then Yoshiko said "thanks for defending me" I said "anytime" Chika said "you did again Taylor" I said "it was nothing, thanks for helping me" You said "but we didn't do anything" I smile and said "you was there beside me through this whole thing" Ruby said "you smile" Riko said "wow you can smile" I sigh and said "whatever I'm going home later" they laugh and before I could leave I heard Yoshiko said "Hanamaru I need your help tomorrow" she said "huh me" Yoshiko nod and I shake my head then went home.
