The next day I woke up to find myself alone in my room so I said "was that a dream" I look around my room to find everything the same so I said "maybe it was" I sigh and heard Mito said "hey Taylor are you awake" I said "I'm going back to bed" she said "Chika and your girlfriend wanted to meet them in the snackbar when you wake up" I jump up out of bed and when I open the door I saw Mito jump back along with Shiitake then she said "whoa calm down" I said "what did you say" she said "well Ruby wanted me to tell you to come down whenever you wake up" I nod and said "thank you" she said "huh for what" I blush and said "anyway I'm going to get ready and head over" I was about to shut the door when she stuck her foot in the door and said "hold on a second, I never seen you act this way, is it true you two are dating" I try to shut the door but she keep trying to pry it open so I said "someone please help me" I heard Shiitake bark then took off running along with Mito saying "hey where are you going" I heard her running away so I shut the door and said "I now owe a dog" I shake my head and after I got ready I headed over to the snackbar. When I got there I walk inside to see the place was busy and then I heard Kanan said "oh Taylor about time you're here" I look over at her and she shove a tray of food at me then said "table 4 need this brought to them" I said "wait what" she push me and said "get going" I sigh and said "whatever" I decide to help them out but when I brought them their food I got order around all day delivering food to everyone, when it got late I sat down and said "how did that happen" I heard Chika said "good job today Taylor" I turn to see everyone besides Ruby standing there so I said "whatever I didn't come out here to help you" Riko said "what did you come out here for" I blush and said "to see someone" Hanamaru said "who could that be zuru" I said "don't make me say it" Dia said "oh come on you can tell us" I said "what the deal with you girls today, you all know who I'm talking about" Mari said "oh did you get a girlfriend" I stand up and said "forget this I'm......" I got pull back in the chair and when I turn around I saw Ruby standing there with a smile so I said "where was you hiding" she said "I wasn't hiding, you was just to busy" Dia said "she was by Hanamaru all day" I said "oh I guess I didn't notice cause every time I look that way, someone would give me more work" Kanan, Mari, and Yoshiko look the other way but before anyone could say something we heard a scream coming from outside then I stand up and said "what was that" You said "sound like someone in trouble" I ran outside to see a girl on the ground with a guy scared then the other caught up and Dia said "what happen here" I took deep breath and said "I don't know but I have a feeling that guy know" Yoshiko said "he look like he seen a ghost" before I could say something I heard a familiar voice said "that guy attack that poor girl" we turn to see Lucy standing there with a few cops then Riko said "what are you doing here" Lucy walk pass us and said "I'm here to take this criminal to jail" I said "wait what happen if he didn't do it" she said "who else could it be" I said "I don't know, but I find out" Ruby said "something seem strange about...." Lucy pointed at me and said "so are you game Taylor" I made a fist and said "this isn't a game Lucy, you're deciding how someone live their life" she smile and said "good I'll give you a few hours to get ready and when your done meet me at school" Mari said "but the school is close for summer" she said "I call in a few favors for this moment" I was about to say something when she walked off with the cops and the scared guy then I said "wait I need to question him" they didn't turn around then I heard Dia said "well maybe we don't need him, look the girl is waking up" I turn around to see the girl raising up and when she look at us I said "wait Sayaka what are you doing here" she look around and said "where that guy" Chika said "the guy that was near you was taken away" I look at her up and down then said "wait are you scared" she said "I never been in that situation before" Riko said "of course she's scared, that guy was trying to kill her" I turn to her and said "how do you know" she said "what" I said "how do you know that was his plan" Kanan said "well what do you think happen" I look around and said "I don't know but something feel off" Ruby said "I know I feel the same way" Hanamaru nod and said "same here zuru" You said "I don't feel anything" Mari said "why only them" I said "well beside that, hey Mari, Dia, Kanan, can you three talk with Sayaka and figure out what happen then let me know" Dia nod and said "yup leave it to us" after those three took her inside Chika said "what about us" I said "I need you three to find Lucy and find out what she's doing" Riko said "huh but why" I said "just do it, I fill you in later" they nod and then took off leaving the rest of us at the crime scene then I heard Ruby said "what do you us to do" I said "help me look around, this beach is too big for me to search alone" Yoshiko said "this fallen angel will assist you" I nod and while looking around I notice there was footprints in the sand follow by shoes prints so I said "I don't remember them not wearing shoes" I heard Ruby said "hey I follow a weapon over here" I walk over to her and she was pointing a clean knife so I said "nice find but I don't know what to think" she said "what wrong" I said "footprints that don't match up and now a weapon that look clean, I just don't know what to think" I heard Hanamaru said "maybe someone clean the weapon" we turn around to see Hanamaru standing there so I said "there wouldn't be a chance, I ran out here pretty quick for anyone to do anything" she said "maybe Sayaka is done talking shall we check up on her" I nod and we walk inside the snackbar and I heard Mari said "hey Taylor we're done" I said "what do you got for me" we sat down near them and Kanan said "well not much cause Sayaka is still scared" I look over at her and said "what happen before I ran out of the snackbar" Dia said "so far we got that Sayaka was running from him till she got here" I nod and I heard my phone ringing so I answer to hear Lucy said "hey are you coming now or not" I said "but I don't have anything to go off of" she said "just hurry up and get here or I'll count this for a lost for you" after she hung up I said "alright let head over to the school" Dia said "who was that" I said "Lucy and she told me to show up" she nod and while we was leaving I heard Ruby said "when did she get your number" I stop and said "huh I never thought about that" Kanan said "maybe she got it from the teacher" Mari said "nope the only number we got for him is the inn" I said "let get a move on and ask her later" they nod and went to the school. When we got to the gates I saw Chika and Riko standing there so I said "hey where You" Chika said "didn't she meet up with you Taylor" I said "no why" Riko said "after we saw Lucy let that scared guy go we tried to call you but we couldn't get reach you so You decide to run back" Kanan said "we didn't meet her" Ruby said "wait where Yoshiko" we look around and Hanamaru said "I saw her looking around at the beach but she disappear after we left so I thought she was coming here" I said "something isn't right about....." I heard someone said "so your the boy defending me" I turn to see the same guy from before looking at me but this time he was wearing gloves so I said "where was you and why are you wearing glove it's hot out" he said "oh that girl let me go to grab something to eat and I burnt my hands while eating" I nod and Sayaka said "stay away from me prevert" he walk inside without a word then Riko said "that was strange" I said "let get inside" Chika said "what about You and Yoshiko" I said "try to call them while we're inside" she nod and once we got inside I saw Ms. Tsurumi already sitting at the podium so I said "wait your here" she smile and said "of course I wouldn't miss this for anything, I love how you can your trial with the odds stack against you" I heard Lucy said "that will end tonight when I beat you in this trial" I turn to her but before I could say something I heard a phone ringing then Chika said "hey that You's ringtone" the guy from before walk over to me and he held up a phone in front of me that said "incoming call, Chika Takami" but before we could say something he lend in and said "say anything and you won't see them again" I took a step backward and said "what...." he smile and said "our fate is in your hands Mr. Oreki" Ruby said "what are we going to do" before I could say something Lucy said "hey let get this over with" when the guy turn away from me I said "are you the guy that......" before I could finish he stop and said "please you must save us" I took my spot then said "let get started" Ms. Tsurumi said "alright let this trial begin" this trial I must win to protect You and Yoshiko..... no this trial will protect everyone around me.
