p.o.v. Ruby Kurosawa

When the trial started Taylor brought out the a witness that saw the woman killed her husband but when he took the stand Taylor said "your name" the guy look over at me and said "ah who is this beautiful woman over there looking so sad" I said "me" he nod and Taylor said "name" he said "how your name first" Taylor said "give me your name now or else" he sigh and said "my name is Wei" Taylor said "now please tell everyone what you saw" Wei said "alright, I was walking home from work when I heard two couple arguing but I didn't think nothing of it so I kept walking when I heard glass break then nothing so I ran over to see if everything was okay but when I walk inside I saw that woman over there holding a bloody knife looking over the guy on the ground" judge said "alright you may cross examination the witness" I nod and when I look over at Taylor he was shaking his head toward Wei but I took a breath and said "alright so you saw her stab him" Wei said "no but I saw her holding the same bloody knife that ended his poor life" Taylor sigh and said "read it first" I look down at the paper and then said "wait cause of death was blunt force to the head" Wei said "wait did I say knife, I meant that clock" I said "what clock" judge said "yes what are you talking about" Taylor put a statue on the desk and said "your honor, he's talking about this thinker statue that happen to be a clock" he said "ah I see" I said "but that a big different from a knife" Wei said "I was in shock and tired" I said "what time did you see them" he said "I think it was 5:30 pm" I said "but the time of death didn't take place till 7:30pm" Taylor said "there was blackout around that time so he could very easily lost track of time" Wei nod his head then I said "but two hours" Taylor tap of the head of the statue and said "I know if I was him I could very easily forget the time" Wei didn't say anything and before I could say anything I heard a voice said "I think it's 12:45 pm" judge said "what was that" Taylor said "oh sorry I hit the clock" he nod and said "so the thing tell time, interesting" I was at a lost when I heard Dia said "hey Ruby there something with that clock" I turn to see her pointing at the clock then Riko said "check the time" I turn to Taylor and said "hey can you check your phone and tell me what time it is" he pulled out his phone and said "it's 2:45 pm" I said "that clock is wrong then by two hours" he said "and what does that have to do with this trial" I said "Wei said the time was 5:30 pm when he saw them but how would he know the time if the power was out" Wei said "I have my phone on me" I said "let me see your phone" he said "I l lost it" I said "then you didn't have it at the time of the murder" he said "what do you know, your just a sad little girl who want to be notice" I didn't say anything then Taylor said "watch your tone with her" he said "why she's the enemy here" Taylor said "she happen to be my girlfriend so if I catch you talking like that again I'll flip this trial around" I blush and said "wait what" Wei said "please go on" I shake my head and said "so that mean your story is full of holes" Wei said "you calling me a liar" I said "yes I am" he slam his hands on the desk but before he could say something Taylor said "before you say something I would think about it first" Wei said "who side are you on anyway, cause it's not mine" he said "I want the truth and I'll get it" I said "so I'm sure if we check then your fingerprint is on that statue" Wei said "I never touch that stupid clock" Taylor said "so you must be familiar with it" he said "what I'm not" Taylor said "oh but if you wasn't familiar with it then you call it a statue like Ruby" he grab his head and said "this is so stupid, I didn't murder her husband" I said "shall we check" he said "no let not" Taylor said "I request we get the clock dusted for fingerprint" judge nod and while he had someone checking it I said "hey Taylor can I ask you a question" he nod and I said "why are you......" he said "something can't change that fast" I grab my chest but before I could say something the judge came back and said "we found Mr. Wei's fingerprints on the statue" Wei said "no I didn't touch it" Taylor said "I wish to withdraw myself from this trial and allow Ruby to finish it" judge said "are you sure, you know if you do then your client will be found guilty" he nod and said "oh sorry did I say withdraw, I mean Ruby please finish this" I said "how" he smile and said "I'm pretty sure you got this figure out" I said "alright here goes....." Wei said "I got no reason to murder him" Taylor look over at the woman and said "wasn't your husband a detective and he almost found out who......." Wei said "shut up" I said "do we need to continue" judge said "I think we got a clear understanding, Wei you are guilty for murdering....." Wei sigh and said "I wanted to murder that woman but her husband got in my way and almost reveal who I really am" Taylor said "your the famous woman killer right" he nod and said "yes and to think I would be do in by you and that girl" Taylor said "no not me, Ruby brought you in" he said "just take me away" after he was remove from court the woman I was defending got a not guilty verdict and I was in the lobby with everyone when I heard Yoshiko said "good job I knew my little demon would win" Dia hug me and said "I'm so proud of you Ruby" I smile and said "thanks for your supports I wouldn't have won if everyone wasn't there" Wize said "I bet Taylor crying over that lost" Leah said "I don't think so" he laugh and said "yea he is" we heard someone said "oh I'm so sad" we turn to see Taylor standing there then Wize back up and said "I didn't say that" he sigh and when he walk over to me Dia said "get away from my sister, you already made her cry I don't trust you" he said "is that true" I look away and said "no" Hanamaru said "it is zuru" before I could say something she push me toward Taylor then when he caught me I look up at him and he said "I'm sorry can you forgive me" I said "I don't think so" he said "then maybe this will work" before I could say something he kiss me on the lips and said "I love you Ruby and from now on I'll always be by your side, I won't leave you again" I smile and said "alright I guess I can forgive you" I heard Hanamaru said "I think they forgot we was here" I blush and he said "your so cute when you blush" I said "thanks, but we should be getting back" he agree and after that day Taylor have always be by my side through the happy and sad time and because of his support we actually save our school.
