I watch Hiccup, who was in the cove with me trying to catch a fish.
He's actually doing well.
" Caught one!" he suddenly yelled excitedly.
I look at him. He actually got one.
I go over to him, then take the fish.
"You didn't see it, did you?" he asked.
"Sorry, I didn't. But I believe you."
He only twitched his tail, then carried on.
"How about a flying lesson?" I ask him.
"Nope."
"Why not?"
"I don't feel like it, it's to early." He answered.
I narrow my eyes then sigh.
"Fine." I start. "We'll do it later."
He caught another fish, throwing it into the pile.
"Toothless?" he suddenly asked.
"What?"
"What do you think the village will do, if they find out I'm half Night Fury?" he asked.
"I don't know Hiccup. I know it can't be good."
He sighed, then looked away.
"I've already got enough secrets Toothless." He said to me.
"What do you mean?"
"I hid you for a good amount of time, when they found you, they nearly killed you." He started.
"When they find out I'm a Night Fury, their going to kill me."
I go to him slowly.
"Look, Hiccup." I start.
"No one will find out. That's was secrets are." I add.
"You'll be fine."
He looked at me.
"You sure?"
I nod slowly. "Positive."
"Toothless it's getting dark," I hiss to him as we fly. "And I'm tired."
"You need to improve you're skills." Toothless hissed.
"But-"
"You said we'd do it later. It's later, now let's go."
I sigh madly, then try to get up into the air.
Toothless started to hover, pulling me up.

"I'm coming."
I managed to balance in the air, but then fall.
"It's never going to work." I say.
"It's easy." Toothless told me.
"And I'm the one with a tail fin missing." He added.
I hissed madly to myself.
"Fine." I say.
I suddenly hear rustling in the trees. I land, going into a defensive state.
Toothless landed next to me.
"What are you doing?" He asked.
"Shh."
He stayed silent, when suddenly someone appeared from the bushes.
A Viking. From.. Berk.
I lifted my head looking at him.
He looked at me, with wide eyes.
"NIGHT FURY!" He suddenly yelled running back where he came from.
I sigh.
"Toothless. Let's go. This is going back to Berk."
"Why?"
"Because that guy is from Berk. And he's going to spill out that there's another Night Fury sighted." I tell him.
I shifted then got on Toothless.
"Let's go!"

The Horseman's Culling

From these dark chasms, creatures of fiction sprung out into a world that has never known magic or monsters. There was no warning, there was no gloating from some deity figure or system notifications designed to give humanity a fighting chance. There was only unbridled chaos and slaughter, as most of humanity’s technology no longer worked.Deep in the dark void of space, nestled within the huge mass of dirty ice known as Halley’s Comet, an ancient guardian noticed the change on Earth while in its perihelion approach to the Sun. On that day, Týr returned to the realms of mortal men.Warning: Rated 18+

Birth of Mana
Residents of the world today only know of the sky as a sheet of pure darkness. Alz is an elf who was separated from his parents at birth due to the village’s tradition. One day, Alz stumbles upon a relic from the past, learning about the world which once existed, where lights illuminated the skies. Inspired by this, the young Alz decided to go on an adventure, an adventure to explore the vast world he lived in. Discover the world with Alz as he sets off on an adventure, experiencing many new encounters, and overcoming obstacles along the way as he slowly delved deeper into the truths behind the world. --- IMPORTANT NOTE: This story is not fantasy-themed and not I didn't omit the fantasy tag by mistake. That said, there is meaning and significance to the title, except that it will be unveiled only much later into the story. Magical elements and the like will not be a factor in most of the story until the very end. tl;dr: This is not fantasy, magic doesn't play a role in the story. --- Updates: Will try to post a chapter once every 2 days PS. This is my first novel so there might be several issues in various aspects which I might not notice so comments are highly appreciated. --- This is more to add pressure to myself rather than anything else... but anyways the story is now part of the pledge!
