These feelings are divine.

I don't want to go back to the old me.

The depressing man that nobody wanted to be in the same vicinity as.

Lost, eager for someone to notice him.

The man wanted affection.

At least for someone to smile in his direction.

He just needed someone to give him the time of day.

A chance to prove that he has an alluring heart too.

How is he supposed to demonstrate that if he gets shunned away by all of those around him?

It's time for a change.

To break out of his old skin like a snake shedding its wrinkly remains.

Bust out of his cocoon and spread his wings like a vibrant colored butterfly.

Don't be shy.

Be Confident.

Don't get distressed.

Be optimistic.

It's easy to spew this out when speaking to oneself or another but is it possible to truly alter your decrepit self?

It depends.

How bad do you want it?

How many sacrifices are you willing to take?

You control your own destiny.

Your own transformations.

Time won't wait.

And neither will you.
