《Mafia Love//Bts (Completed)》53: Epilogue

"Ready to go, princess?"
Minyoung smiled at the nickname Yoongi uses and looked around the bedroom, making sure she had left anything essential she would need.
She ran through the checklist in her head quickly, mentally checking everything off the list.
Clothes? Check. Hair brush? Check. Bathroom essentials? Check. Phone and charger? Check.
Everything else was at the resort they were staying at for the next three weeks. Giving both their bags another quick Minyoung was satisfied that nothing that they would need from their room had been left unpacked.
"Yeah I think so."
"I'll move these downstairs then."
Yoongi grabbed the bags that were closest to the bedroom door and walked out with them to place them in the back of his car. They were going on their honeymoon for the next three weeks. Yoongi hadn't told her where he was talking and Minyoung hadn't asked, wanting to find out when they got there and most likely highly surprised.
Knowing Yoongi, the resort was going to be somewhere secluded with breathtaking surroundings. Although Minyoung doesn't think they'll be seeing much of the outside world. Especially for the first week.
Taking one last look round, Minyoung grabbed her overnight bag that held somethings she might need on the plane and made her way downstairs to say goodbye to everyone. She wasn't going to be having any contact with anyone in the group. As soon as they got on the plane, both of their phones were going to be switched off and left off until they got off the plane when they come back to Korea.
"Have fun Minnie," Eun Jung says with a sly whisper in Minyoung ear.
Minyoung hugged her tightly and with a hushed murmur she replied, "I intend to."
They broke apart with a laugh. Goodbyes were quickly exchanged and then the newly married couple were driving away, their friends and family cheering from the front of the house. Minyoung rolled down her window and leaned out, waving to everyone until they were too far away to see or be seen by those they left behind.
"Are you excited?" Yoongi asked, quickly glancing over before focusing back on the road.

"I'm more than excited. I'm overjoyed!" Minyoung was practically vibrating in her seat. Never would she of thought her life would turn out to be like this. This something you read in books or see in a films. Never in real life.
If she wasn't able to feel the wind cascading through her hair and the heat coming the hand of the man sat beside her with his hand now rubbing small circles on her thigh, she would think this was a dream. A fantasy.
But its not. This is real life. This is her life. She is married. Has to beautiful children. Amazing friends which has significantly expanded within a short amount of time. Lovely parent-in-laws that welcomed her with open arms.
If she had the choice to do it all again or choose a different course to still get to this point, which would she choose? Would JB be the one to hire her? Would she be married to someone else? Or would it still be Yoongi? Would she end up giving birth? Would she meet the most amazing, caring people in the world? Or would it be slightly different? What if she had met her kidnapper first and fell in love with him an Yoongi would be her kidnapper instead and she would kill him and his entire clan?
So much to think about. Would this happen? Would this change? Endless possibilities. Endless choices. Endless paths and turns. But which would she pick if the choice had been presented to her?
Even though she has lived a hard life under those people, it hardened her and taught her valuable lessons. Don't always trust family, no matter if they gave birth to you or were extended members. Not all family will be there to have your back and help you in a crisis.
And if that's the case then look for others who would. Who would be there for you to pick you up off the ground when you're laying there bloody and wounded. Who would help patch those wounds up. Who does have your back. Who would take a bullet for you.
Family doesn't always have to be blood. Family can be those you choose. Those you trust and love more than anyone else in the world.

Family is life and family are there for life.
And Minyoung knows that this family will never leave her.
They arrive at the airport and begin the long process of getting their bags check and tickets. They go through at the required checks and searches and shortly after are sat waiting for the time when they are able to board their designated plane. Minyoung turns to her husband and talks softly so no one would overhear their conversation.
"I would of thought you'd have a private plane. Not travelling so out in the open."
"I would if I needed to travel out of the country a lot. But as my business is always in Korea I don't need to."
"But aren't you afraid of being caught by their security checks?" Minyoung softly frowns. For someone like him, if he's caught he would be arrested and taken to prison. She didn't want that to happen.
"Don't worry. Tae hacked into the server and made sure it wouldn't flag up. He does it every time. Plus as the police doesn't know what I look like or my real name there is no way anything could happen."
"But what if someone had found out and told the police and they were tracking you quietly?"
"That's why Tae is in the server. He's looking for any alarms going off and cutting them off before they flare up on the computers. Don't worry princess. Everything is fine."
Minyoung relaxed. She knows just how good Tae is and that he would be able to stop anything from happening.
"I guess it could also be a way for him to keep his skills up and fresh as well."
Yoongi nods, "He says it doesn't matter how small or big the hack. Doing them all helps to be better."
At that point Yoongi's phone rings in his pocket. Minyoung looks over to see Namjoon calling and Minyoung frowns. Namjoon only calls when something important is happening and he needs to get Yoongi's attention straight away.
"Joon? What's up?"
Minyoung sits there in silence listening to the indistinct words coming out of the speaker. She looks up at Yoongi to find his face set like stone. Oh this can't be good, Minyoung thinks.
The phone call ends quickly and all it takes in one look into Yoongi's eyes for Minyoung to know that they won't be going on the honeymoon. At least not today anyway. Minyoung watches and Yoongi leans towards.
"How would you feel about receiving a wedding present from me?" He whispers in her eyes and as he leans slightly back, she can see a sadistic smirk on his lips.
Minyoung quickly catches onto what he is saying and feels something stirring inside her at the thought of what's to come. Giving him an identical smile, they stand up and make their way out of the airport, back into the car and driving to a different destination than the original one. Once there is doesn't take long for them to get prepared and just as soon as they are settled it starts.
The warehouse door opens and in walks a small group of four men. They make their way towards the middle of the warehouse where Yoongi is waiting to meet them. As they walk, giggles and a bloodthirsty song rings out into the open space;
Minyoung watches in the darkness as her demon heightens the fear inside the men until they are a shaking mess. Watching as they catches glimpses of white flashing as she runs around them, circling them. Gulping at the insidious laughter she lets out every now and then.
Watching as they finally come up to her master. Walking up behind them so quietly and softly, they don't know she is behind them until she comes up to the one who seems to be the leader and blows softly across the back of his neck. Manical giggles leaving her lips before she skips towards Yoongi.
He looks at her fondly and gives her quick kiss before letting her go so she can sit on the floor playing with her knife. This is her life and the answer to her question is there. She would never change a thing about her past if it brings her here. She would go through it all again if it meant being with the people in this clan and with her mafia love.
