TW SA⚠️⚠️
It's been almost a week with no communication between the two. Cora sent an "I'm alright" text, but explained nothing. A part of Wilbur felt a little at ease, knowing she was okay, but the other parts were panicking like crazy. He hasn't streamed since the group stream, hasn't been in any stream, hasn't slept, has barely eaten. It's an entire mess. He needs him to talk to her. He needs her.
Cora saw the text message and her heart thumped. She shouldn't have been so hurt over this. They can still be friends, even if it's difficult. She excused herself from Jared at the bar she was at and went to the bathroom, so Wilbur could have her full attention.
alright
well you're right. it is super cheesy
i'm sorry, i was over reacting. you can
do whatever you please with whoever and
I have no right to be mad at you
stop putting up this shit act k? i said it was okay and i'm not mad, so own up to your damn actions.
you really want me to repeat because i really don't feel like it today
fine, i'm getting all frustration out rn. so don't say anything till i'm finished
you kissed her wil. you kissed the one person
i was doubting about. you said you didn't like
her repeatedly and then you kiss her? And now you act like nothing even happened. what kind
of fucked up hardin scott shit is this? i would have been less mad if you kissed TOMMY. you said
you wouldn't leave, you said you wouldn't hurt me,
but you did. You did and now i physically can't text you without feeling abandoned. so, i'm sorry if i'm not very chatty this week.
god, fuck you
Cora threw her phone in her purse, already hearing several dings, she's assuming it's from Will, but she ignores it, taking a deep breath and walked out of the gross bathroom.
She fixes her dress and returns to the bar where Jared sits, talking to a girl with close to zero clothes on. She had beautiful dark raven skin with long curly hair, bobbing up and down when she laughed. She was way too pretty for Jared.

Cora really couldn't care less, she just didn't wanna be alone right now, so being with one more person didn't bug her.
She waltzed over, sitting in the stool and downing the last droplets of her drink. She slammed her glass down and called out for another one, immediately having a fresh shot in front of her.
"Who's this?" The girl asked, putting on her pearly whites. "Oh, this is my best friend Cora. She's had a hard week." Cora lazily nodded, sticking her hand out to the girl.
She could already feel the buzz kicking in, she was such a lightweight.
"Oh, I'm sorry to hear! I'm Eden." The girl perkily said, taking Cora's hand. "Well, I have to head back to my friends! I was just coming over to say hi to this cutie." Eden said, nudging her elbow in Jared's side. "Are you sure you don't want a drink? It's on me."
"I told you, handsome. I don't drink." The two laughed while Cora downed another one, concerningly fast. Eden skipped to her friends, who all looked like models and giggled about the boy next to Cora.
"I'm so sorry. She just came over here and started to talk to me. I tried to say I wasn't interested but I-"
"J, it's alright. I literally don't care. Let's just drink, ok?" His face slightly fell at her reaction, but covered it with a cringey smirk and held up his glass.
"To getting hella plastered." Cora hummed in victory holding up yet another glass the bartender knew to get her. "To passing out on the dance floor."
Cora drank, drank, and drank some more until she was barely able to stand on her own two feet, laughing as if everything and everyone was the funniest thing ever. Jared wasn't as drunk, he could stand, he could dance, he honestly barely had anything to drink. Cora was one bad ass bitch. She confidently danced like no one was watching. Badly, but confident. Sweat was dripping down her back and her forehead. That's when you know you're having fun, when you're all sweaty and gross.

She felt a tap on her shoulder, immediately spinning around to see Jared with his hand open to her. "Wanna dance?" She laughed lazily, taking his hand. She could barely tell it was him, but assumed.
Cora started to sway her hips from side to side while Jared started inching his hands closer to her ass. "I think that's enough dancing for tonight." Cora slurred out, still laughing from a scenerio she thought out in her head.
"Noooo, we're having fun." He said, placing a kiss on her cheek.
Cora liked being kissed, but only by Wilbur. Is this Wil? Did he come to America? He definitely did, I love him so much. Cora thought, loving the feeling of Wilbur's lips down traveling down her neck. She brought her hands up to his hair. She loved his hair, but it feels different. Wilbur's is soft, curly, but right now it's prickly and full of gel.
"Your hair feels different-" She was interrupted by a pair of lips she thought were Wilbur's, but whoever this was has stubby lips, dry and slimy at the same time. Wilbur's are perfect, a perfect cupid's bow and perfect corners, they have just the right tint to it, but these are different.
"Yeah, baby?" Wilbur doesn't call her that, the two hate pet names, Wilbur has an accent, a soothing voice.
This is not Wilbur.
Cora popped her eyes open to see Jared's closed eyes. She pushed him off of her and wiped off her mouth. "What the fuck are you doing??"
"Me?? You were begging for it Cora. Dancing with me, dragging your hands through my hair, and jesus, just look at your dress."
Cora looked down at her outfit which was covering everything, it's not like she was in bra and underwear, but even if she was, she still wouldn't be asking for it.
"I-I thought you were Wilbur. I'm fucking drunk and I don't like you like that, okay? I've told you so many times."
"But-"
"No buts, you do that again and I will kick your ass." He nodded, happy he's getting away with it, yet again.
"You know what."
Cora raised her fist and decked him in the nose so hard to the point she could feel the bone break under her knuckles. "Touch me again and I will literally chop off your dick, got it?" He nodded shamefully, holding his bloodied nose. "I'm leaving, find a ride." She knew she couldn't drive, but she didn't wanna be in the same room as him.
She saw the girl, Eden, from before and tapped her shoulder. "Hi, I just got assulted by my friend over there and I need a ride. I heard you don't drink, so pretty please? I really want to go to my bed and cry." Cora said, smiling as if she didn't just say something so traumatizing. Eden widened her eyes and nodded quickly, not questioning the psycho and followed her out the door.
⚠️⚠️ alr its over
Cora sniffled the whole way to her apartment, not speaking to the nice girl beside her. "Thank you so much. I know I'm a stranger, but I needed to leave." Eden waved her hand in dismissal and continued driving.
When they got to the apartment, the two exchanged phone numbers, so if Cora needed anything, Eden would be there for her.
What a great example of girls supporting girls, Maybe she should tell Eden to give Niki a call.
Cora marched up to her apartment and unlocked the door, stepping inside and staring at the empty hallway.
She felt numb, unable to do anything. All she knew is that she did not want to see Jared anytime soon.
Cora decided to move the couch and table to the door, so there was no way the asshole could get in.
Once that was finished she ran to her room, throwing the door open and falling to the floor. Sometimes laying on the floor is more comfortable than any other surface. So many thinhs were running through her mind, but only one thing stuck out.
Cora did the same Wilbur did.
