《kill my mind - m. atsumu》hangman

you were in the state of shock at the moment
atsumu was supporting you, one arm behind your back and the other hand on your arm.
how does one even kiss someone back?
atsumu pulled back and took five steps back. you were still frozen in the same place and he stared at you. "i'm sorry. i should've asked. uh, i'll leave if you want. yeah okay. see you."
you reached forward and grabbed his wrist, pulling him back. he looked down at you unsure of what to do next. your eyes traveled up from his shoes to his eyes. "do it again." you could barely hear your own words, but atsumu heard it loud and clear.
he ducked his head and pressed his lips back against yours. your hands were on his chest while one of his hands were on the back of your neck and the other was supporting you up. weak knees and your foot in a cast was a bit complicated.
not to mention that he wasn't gentle with you either. the grip on the back of your neck was solid enough to make you not move unless he moved. he slowly took a few steps back until your back was met with the wall.
"rule two, broken." atsumu whispered and pulled back
you didn't answer to that. it was safe to say that two out of the three rules were broken. you let that settle in your mind for a bit before atsumu tilted your head up to meet his eyes.
"good?"
"good." you nodded and he dropped his hand from the back of your neck, only keeping the one that was on your waist.
"um." atsumu started to say, but didn't finish his sentence. "i bought that for you and to see how weird you could walk." he directed his chin over at the teddy bear.

"so you didn't come over to take your payment for the piggyback rides?" you asked.
"it wasn't planned." he said and brushed the pad of his thumb over your bottom lip. "now go sit down before you fall and have to take another trip to the hospital."
"jeez, how demanding." you said, but sat down anyway. you picked up the teddy bear and placed it down on your lap. you looked up at him, silently asking if he wanted to sit down.
"i have to go home." he said, his tone disappointed. "i have to miss your grandma's cooking." he sounded more disappointed about that.
"how sad. I'll make sure to talk all about it tomorrow."
"yeah, you do that. I'll tell your grandma."
"what a tattletale." you tried to kick him, but he already knew what you were doing. he blocked your uninjured foot with his and shoved yours down.
"have fun going up and down stairs!" he called before leaving.
you rolled your eyes at his statement and laid down on your bed, staring at the ceiling. atsumu almost missed the last step on his way down the stairs.
"i don't think i want both of you with foot issues." your grandma said when she saw him.
"didn't see it." he said sheepishly. "must've missed it or something."
"what's with your happy little smile?" she asked.
"nothing, just remembered something." he wasn't lying. he was thinking back to about five minutes ago when he had you against the wall with his mouth on yours.
"how was your day?" she asked, catching him off guard.
"it was great."
"how was talking to y/n?"
"it was wonderful."
"how was the kiss?"

"amazing." he waited for the next question, but it didn't come.
then he realized.
"wait."
"too late to wait now." your grandma smiled and clapped her hands together. "thank goodness you told me right away and not like my granddaughter who takes a whole free dessert, sacrifice, and extra sleep before telling me."
"sounds like her." atsumu said and looked at her. "so you're not mad i kissed her?"
"of course not! i've been waiting for his moment." she said. "her father might question you and give you that whole dad talk, but he's in a whole other country."
"other country?"
"business, her mother too. they'll be back in time for her break though. so they get to spend time together."
"oh, that's nice." atsumu replied. he never asked you where your parents were.
"well you get on home now, tell your parents i said hi too."
"okay, goodnight!" he said and got out of the house, closing the door behind him. before he could get past the gate he felt something hit his head.
he turned around and saw a piece of paper crumbled up into a ball on the ground. then he looked up and saw that your window was open.
"goodnight!" you called out before closing your window.
he bent down and picked up the piece of paper. he opened it while walking back to his house.
it was a fucking hangman
atsumu: hangman really?
y/n: yup
atsumu: any clue of where to start off?
y/n: nope
atsumu: wow how helpful
atsumu reached his house and went inside. osamu was in the kitchen meaning their room was empty. he pressed the call button on your contact and you picked up on the third ring.
"miss my voice that much?" you teased.
"you wish." he said and sat down on his bed, leaning over to his bedside table to grab a pencil.
"a?" he asked right away, expecting you to know what he was talking about.
"nope." he drew a circle for the head of the person.
"b?"
"it's not fun when you guess in order." you said and he sighed.
"z?"
"nope." a stick for the body next.
"is it something i know?"
"yes."
"something i like?"
"well i hope you will."
"okay. five words." he said to himself before guessing another letter. "e."
"can you show me your paper because i don't know where it's placed." atsumu sent you a picture of the paper and you looked at it.
"there's three."
