"stop acting like im going to fall over at any minute." your grandma huffed when you guys escorted her back into the house.
"just being careful grams." suguru said and pulled out a chair for her.
"i think being in the hospital for a month is careful enough." she said and sat down.
"a month and a half." you corrected and leaned your arms on the top of the chair suguru sat in.
"that was way too long." she shook her head.
"mom you kept passing out and the doctors needed to keep you there to make sure you were okay." your mom said and placed down a plate of crackers on the table.
"i'm okay." she said and grabbed two crackers.
suguru grabbed a few and offered you some. during the month and a half together you two had gotten closer and more civil towards each other.
you guys currently had a two day streak of not fighting with each other. physically fighting.
"when can we go back home?" your grandma asked and glanced over at you.
"five days." your mom answered and pulled her phone out. "you guys are coming for the holidays aren't you?"
"you are?" you looked down at suguru who was eating his crackers.
"yeah."
"we are." your aunt answered and looked down at the list she had in her hands. "you two want to go grocery shopping?"
"i can sitting in the cart." you said and took the paper.
"you always sit in the cart." suguru complained.
"yeah because there's no way i'm pushing your heavy ass through the store." you grabbed your phone and jacket before leaving.
"it's all muscle." suguru boasted and you rolled your eyes. "anyway it's five. where's your lover?"
you looked down at your phone and checked the phone. "it's only 4:57."

"is he always on time?"
"yes."
and three minutes later at exactly five he called.
"hey!" atsumu greeted cheerfully when you picked up.
"hi. get in anymore trouble?" you asked and walked through the store doors.
"why do you always assume i get into trouble?"
"because you're miya atsumu." you handed your phone to suguru and got into the cart.
"and you're l/n y/n, but you don't see me asking if you got in trouble did you?" atsumu took a screenshot of you nearly falling out of the cart.
"i don't have a reputation for fighting with a twin do i?" you asked and reached for your phone.
"okay let me change my question then." atsumu said and suguru started pushing the cart.
"shoot."
"have you fallen and hurt yourself in the most clumsy way yet?" he asked.
"no."
"lies." suguru spoke up. "she fell trying to go up the stairs the other day."
"not my fault i was carrying my laundry and a sock fell." you said and grabbed a bag of chips while passing the section.
"no, but it was your fault waiting until the last minute to do your laundry and causing it to build up into a huge pile." suguru moved over to the fruit section.
"you're talking like you don't do that." you accused and propped your phone on the wall of the cart while leaning out to get more stuff.
"are you coming back soon?" atsumu whined. "it's been 51 days."
"you counted?" you asked.
"no." atsumu denied and felt the tips of his ears turn red. "i was really bored, okay?"
"blushing boy." you dodged the bag of carrots suguru threw into the cart.
"i'm not blushing." he said and turned away from the camera.

"he's totally blushing." osamu sat down next to atsumu and waved at you. "are you coming back yet? suna and i need someone to make fun of."
"my ankle's all healed so you can't make fun of it anymore." you informed them.
"what a shame. don't worry, suna has many ideas." osamu said and took the phone from atsumu.
"should i be worried?" you asked.
"i don't know. i mean he has a month and a half of insults waiting to be used and he claims it doesn't feel the same over the phone."
"it doesn't feel the same." atsumu agreed.
"i'll be home in six days." you lied and suguru glanced down at you.
"57 days." atsumu said and osamu looked at him weirdly.
"dude, i didn't think you actually counted the days." he said. "that's creepy, you creep."
"it is not creepy." atsumu denied. "maybe you would understand if you weren't single."
"why do you always bring up my love life in arguments?"
"because it's the easiest thing to insult you on."
"whatever. i'm calling suna over." osamu got his phone and started texting suna.
"suna." atsumu wiggled his eyebrows and osamu shoved him away.
"did you see that? he shoved me." atsumu told you.
"yes, i can see." you answered and got hit by a pack of candy suguru threw in the cart. "you just had to hit me."
"you were right there. an easy target." he simply shrugged and took another bag of candy off the rack.
"hit me again." you challenged.
"okay." he aimed it at you and threw it.
you caught it and threw it back at him right in the face. he grabbed another bag and started throwing it.
"if you could refrain from doing that thanks." a worker passed by and scolded you two.
"he started it." you pointed up at your cousin.
"did not."
"did to."
"did not."
"tsumu who started that?" you asked and looked at your phone.
"i don't know but i got so many screenshots of it." atsumu said and went on paused to look at all of them.
"if you are done please head to the checkout" the worker said and suguru pushed the cart over to the checkout.
"can i sell you?" suguru asked while placing the items on the counter.
"you can't get rid of me when i'm leaving in less than a week." you got out of the cart and raised your phone to a higher angle for atsumu to see.
"worth a shot." suguru mumbled.
the next five days consisted of mostly family time and suguru complaining about his nemesis, kuroo.
when the day you were leaving arrived atsumu had called you in the morning.
"hey. where you going?" he asked.
you didn't want to say home since you were gonna surprise him so you made up a quick lie.
"we're going camping for our last two days here." you said and suguru rolled his eyes from your lame attempt to lie.
"oh, that sounds fun."
"sucks there's not gonna be wifi though."
that made atsumu frown which made you want to take your lie back. "but i'll see you tomorrow right?"
"yep."
everyone was back inside the house to eat breakfast before you guys left.
"see you tomorrow." you said and turned around to walk back inside.
"hey." atsumu stopped you.
"what?"
"i love you."
and he hung up.
