Kyson's Pov:

We've been up since 5 a.m. Tobias got an important call, informing us that my uncle was here. He wasn't a friend but an enemy. My dad and my uncle had a lot of fights and he always wanted everything that dad had but he couldn't.

Now he's after us trying to kill us to take revenge for whatever reason.

We are just afraid that he will try to kill dad now that he is vulnerable. That's why we left early as soon as we got a hold of his possible location.

We already fought two of his group in the nearby wood. They were hiding at a campsite, plotting their next attacks. Thankfully we got them beforehand.

However the main leader, my uncle was missing.

"Isn't it weird that there are only twenty-five guys here," Alec remarked.

"Yeah, uncle always has up to forty guys with him," Tobias added.

"They must be somewhere hiding," I stated looking around in the woods.

Val's phone started to ring and he excuse himself, going to the side to take it. A few seconds later, he walked back to me with his phone.

"You are on speaker," Val said making me raise an eyebrow.

"Ok, Kyson?"

That was Cassandra and she sounded tense.

"Yes," I spoke.

"Raelynn found a guy in the wood following us." She spoke.

What!

Both Tobias and Alec come closer to the phone.

"What guy?" Alec asked.

"I don't know. We don't have much time right now. She was able to get some information from him before he shot himself. He said something about a group coming here to kill us and that you might already be dead." She explained quickly.

"Where is she?" I inquired.

"You know her, she went to welcome the group." She replied and I sighed.

Of course, she will do that.

"Where are you?" Val asked her.

"I'm with Mr Lucero in his room, Raelynn asks me to lock us here." She replied.

"Good, stay there we are coming," I stated.

"Be quick."

We hang up.

We rushed to our car before driving back to the lake house.

"Shouldn't you call Raelynn and stopped her?" Alec asked me.

"No, she won't listen to me. Moreover, she knows what she is doing." I replied.

"As long as she is there, Mr Lucero and Cassandra are both safe," Val spoke.

Yeah, they will be safe but I need to get there to make sure that she stays safe.

I didn't have to wait long before they start coming. I heard their van on the gravel, drifting the corner and stopping in front of the house. Then doors opened and closed before I heard heavy footsteps running. I stood up walking in front of the middle table

I crossed my arms on my chest.

The door burst open and a man walked in with 8 men behind him. All of them have guns in their hands. The man looked oddly like Evan. He was wearing a long black coat, a black hat and black cotton gloves.

"It's such a shame that my nephew sent his girlfriend to fight his uncle." The man spoke with a wicked smile on his face.

That's Kyson's uncle!?

"Looks like you know a lot about me. Unfortunately, I didn't even know you existed." I commented.

He chuckled, "I didn't either. The plan was to get Evan alone but you came and now you are my target too."

"You really want to mess with me? You do know the consequences right?" I inquired.

If he tries to fight me right now it will be seen as challenging a mafia leader and believe me once we are in, I can easily kill him and no one will be able to say anything.

"You think being a fighter and being my nephew's girlfriend will make me scared of you?" He taunted making the other snicker.

Wait a minute... he doesn't know I'm a mafia leader, does he?

This time I smiled, "This shall be fun."

"I don't have time for chit-chat, so guys go on and kill her. I'll look for Evan." He said before making his way to the stairs.

Looks like he also doesn't know that his brother's room is downstairs... I let him walk up as it will buy me some time to handle him later.

"Alright, I don't have any weapon on me right now. So how about you drop your toys and try to manhandle me? Sounds good?" I inquired.

"Why should we agree when we can easily kill you with one gunshot." One of them asked.

"Exactly, it'll be boring." I pointed out.

"Fine,"

I watched as they drop their guns by the wall. I hide in a smile at their stupidity, they just lose an opportunity to have an upper hand over me. Two guys came to me and I started to fight back. They were quite tricky with their moves and they were able to kick my side a few times.

I moved back, "Ok enough playing."

I went in to attack.

I kick the first guy into the wall before turning to look after the second one. I kick his stomach, turn around side kick him in the face, sending him onto the furniture. The first guy wrapped his arm around my neck from behind. I elbowed his stomach two times before moving my arm up to kick his face. I made him do a flip, using my back as a support, throwing him onto the middle table. He didn't move.

I walked to the other guys who weren't afraid to walk forward to fight.

There was punch after punch, kick after kick and they lay unconsciously spread through the kitchen area, the living room area and the dining room area. I was panting, these guys were a pain in the butt to knock out. My white jean was covered with a lot of blood stains. It looked like I was injured and bleeding.
