Riding on Hiccup's back, Thinking like the world was no more. I had finally came up with the plan. "I think I've got the idea!" I exclaimed and Hiccup crooned in curiosity "We can teach them how to ride the dragons!" I said. "Let's go back to the nest and tell them Hiccup"
Hiccup cooed understandingly and flew back to the nest. I got down from Hiccup and he shifted back into Human form. I ran to my dad and told him what I was thinking. He seemed insure but agreed with the idea. An hour later the vikings gathered around us and I told them the plan. Everyone looked excited to ride the dragons.
So with that Hiccup let the dragons chose their riders and when we finished. We started the next step. Ride the dragons.
"Bend to the same direction of your dragons when your dragons turn!" I shouted and they followed my lead. Mom was natural to this. Her dragon was Hiccup's brother. She named him Couldjumper instead of calling him Storm Stalker. And Hiccup kept teasing his brother's name which earned a few smacks.
"I think I'm getting used to it..." Stoick said as he sat firmly on the dragon.
"Woohoo!!" Valka glided the sky with her dragon. "This is so fun! All I can feel is freedom!"
I chuckled at the scene. It's just getting better and better.

As soon as we could ride the dragons properly. We headed to Berk. It took us longer than usual because some of us had to drag the ship along. But we managed to make it back to Berk.
When we arrived Berk. It took Stoick a while to explain to all the villagers. Fortunately they bought the fact that Hiccup and I were his kids and that we were together am another fact about the dragons. But Mildew seemed to not buy that but he didn't say anything else. We also got the other vikings their dragons.

The next thing we had to do was Hiccup's training. He had to learn how to use his power as an alpha. And he was soon to be alpha. So that Hiccup and I went to the dragon island and the dragons agreed to cooperate in the training.
Hiccup, at first he had a headache right after he tried to control the terrible terror. "I feel like I'm going to puke my guts out..." Hiccup whined. I giggled at that.
"Well. It may takes you awhile. I will be here for you all the time" I said and we kissed a few times before going back to the training.
Hiccup looked terrified. His hands were rubbing his head tiredly. I didn't know that controlling dragons would be this hard. "I'm going to die!" Hiccup whined and I giggled again.
"Let's rest then" I said and laid Hiccup's head on my lap and he slept peacefully.
I saw Valka at the edge of the sky. She was flying toward us and when she arrived she approached me. "Hey son. How's Hiccup's training"
"He still has to practice more. He got a bad headache so I let him rest" I said and brushed his hair off his face.
Valka grinned softly at us and she sat beside me. "Son.. I want to thank you. For everything you gave me. Everything you have done is wonderful. I'm proud of you" She said.
I smiled shyly and nodded. "Me too, Mom" I said. "I could say the same things to you"
I heard Hiccup purred and snuggled against me more. He seemed having a good dream. I giggled at him. "I hope I can have my own family soon. With Hiccup"
Valka's face reddened "Hehe.. I'm hoping for grandchildren" She said and I laughed.

It had been a week of training and Hiccup started to master his mind control. Well it was because his magic that could boost the ability when he could control the dragons at some point. So now Hiccup didn't have to use any effort to control the dragons.
This day Berk was raided and we had to go back there immediately. Hiccup flew fast toward Berk with me on his back, trying to hold on.
When we arrived. What I saw was unbelievable. Berk was still in a good shape but they were many rare dragons raiding Berk. They went for the livestock.
Hiccup flew into the village and roar loudly. I meant LOUDLY. He used his alpha ability and knocked the raid out of the queen's trance.
"Go to the upper north. You will approach the white king's nest. Every one is welcomed there and there are enough food" Hiccup said and the dragon obeyed then flew away.
"Are you okay, Sons" Stoick approached us quickly. "Are you two hurt? Are there any bruises?"
I laughed at him "We are fine, Dad" He grumbled and walked away to do his chief's things.
Valka walked to us before saying "Sons. You two have to go to the hall. We're having a meeting about the nest and the plan" I nodded and I hopped on Hiccup then flew to the hall within seconds.
"So....what's the plan?" Stoick asked.
I spoke up "We're gonna destroy the entrance for the queen to make it come out. Hiccup will help in this. He will cut the queen's control from all the dragon. And that will sure anger her" I paused before continuing "Dragons's inside organs aren't fire proof. So I think that We could fire into her mouth and kill her by that method"
"Insides are not fire proof?" Spitelout asked.
"Yes, you guy are just carefree to notice. And a month in the nest got me some knowledges" I said and smirked. Hiccup did as well.
"The Red Death is a kind of gas breathing dragon" Hiccup said "So it may cause a big explosion"
"We can attack from far away" Stoick spoke up and the rest gaped at him "What?! I have a brain!"
I giggled and started "So it's agreed then. Tomorrow we'll be free!" I yelled.
Cheers bursted through the hall. Tomorrow, everything was going to change. I had a feeling that Hiccup or me.....had to pay this price.

A King in the Clouds
Tanlar. A cruel, repulsive, and foul word. It meant untitled, officially, but it also meant ungifted, unable, unworthy, unnecessary, unhuman. It was more a curse than a term, a badge only the damned and condemned wore. To be a tanlar was to know your life, your entire being, was insignificant. Once Kaizer had resigned himself to such a fate, but those times had passed. He may have been untitled, but he was anything but untalented. He refused to scrape by at the bottom of society. Those who stood above him could sneer all they liked, but he wouldn’t suffer being stepped on for long. He’d be better, much better. But of course he would be. ‘Fate’ demanded it so. [Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] What To Expect: The story of a boy becoming a man becoming a king + everything that entails. Largely gamelit, but later arcs could be called litrpg. Also schemes. A lot of schemes. I do love some good ol' fantasy politics and intrigue. Minimum Word Count a Week: TBA after Writathon Release Time(s): Daily for as long as I can/until the end of the Writathon. I also write The Deathseeker [Returning Dec 5th]
