Another chapter already? Welcome back!
~
You had to put some space between the two of you, it was dangerous otherwise- he was just too tempting when he put his moves on you- and you knew he knew it, which made it worse!
Closing yourself in your room you let out a deep huff, feeling your face cool down. One minute he was relaxing and contemplative and the next he was a dashing asshole that was getting your face hot.
You wanted things to go slower- but it was near impossible with the way he teased you, and this was just DAY one, there was still a whole night left to conquer.
~
It would be so tempting to have you as soon as possible- he knew it would be more than a conquest, he hated to admit it after one day, but he knew you two had the chemistry Olivia was talking about.
He knew he enjoyed your company, and cutting out the middle-man of deciphering your feelings most times made altercations so much easier for him to understand. He normally read girls a bit off, but now it was very clear with the quirk at least where your head was.
He was a busy hero though... and you were a caring sensitive girl- he couldn't give up being a hero for love just like that... but to think he could feel your worry in the future- it made him sit in the car a little longer, dropping his hands on the armrests as he really considered his relationship with you.
Was it really fate?
~
You had calmed yourself down with a bit of cold water from the fridge, and noticed you had a message on your phone:
You looked at the text, feeling a small smile grace your lips before you replied that you had a great time and slipped it back into your pocket, just as the blonde came in the front.
He seemed a bit neutral, but looking at you his eyebrow raised, and he walked over towards you. You stiffened a little stepping back.
He brushed himself against you to get to the fridge for some water of his own, gulping it down hungrily as you chastised yourself for expecting something more.
He was annoyed your attention was most likely on the other male, it was easy to read the tinge of guilt in your eyes- even without feeling it, but it had only been a day.
There was a possessiveness taking over, and he wondered if it was from the peaceful feeling of clarity you gave him or the feeling of belonging... he wondered more if it was all a quirk and chemicals.
"So... did you want to just relax the rest of your day off?" You asked tentatively, playing with the twist off cap of the water bottle.
He looked at you and felt the attraction- but his other feelings overwhelmed him.
Attachment and possession, entitlement, those were all things he staked claim to when he had a goal- and he could tell he was already clinging to that point with you in some small ways... it scared him.
"I'm beat, I'm taking a nap and then I need to train more." He spoke turning away.
You felt like something was off, confused if you were supposed to follow him as he went to his room. But he didn't seem to be inviting you... you wondered what went wrong, and he closed the door without a glance.
You stared at the door for a second before sighing, deciding to go on a walk outside- even a big house such as this couldn't change the strange mood in the walls since he walked in.

~
When he heard the front door close he slid his back down until he was sitting on the floor- having had his back pressed against it after he closed it- waiting to see what you would do.
"Shit." He sighed, and found it pathetic he was already getting caught up in things like jealousy for some girl he knew for one day. He was the number one hero in many regions, he was driven, and focused- and tougher than anyone he knew.
And here he was feeling bad that for a moment he considered his job as an obstacle because of you.
"Its nothing." He mumbled, and went to his bed, laying face down.
It annoyed him how easy it had been to have the day out. You were a stranger to him- he tried to remind himself that, but why did it feel so comfortable being around you? Why did it feel like you two had always been like this?
It must be the quirk.... and that thought made him feel uneasy still.
If it was the quirk- what part of his feelings were his at all?
And what part of your feelings for him were real either?
~
You walked the same path down the forest, trying to let the sound of nature calm you- but he seemed to be in a different mood since the movie and ride, you were confused.
It was all going well, so what gave? Was he really that jealous you had mentioned being a fan of Red Riot before all this? And why were you caught up and feeling guilty because Iida messaged you? You had no stake in anyone- and no obligations.
Still you felt bad, and a bit annoyed he just ended your date like that... he definitely had problems not being honest... that was a bit of a flag- but you could see that from a mile away.
"Dummy..." you found yourself sighing, throwing a smooth rock into the creek you had seen the day before, watching as it sank to surprisingly deep depths in the center.
~
He had felt pretty dumb for ending the day like that after a nap- why was he getting all serious, he joined the whole fiasco on a competitive whim, this wasn't who he was- this was a competition, and the quirk was getting in the way.
He worked all his life to be considered the best and stay there, no way in hell would he toss it away like it wasn't a big part of who he was.
But he couldn't get you out of his head either, and he thought maybe if he saw it through physically the spell would break, and you would be just another person in his life- though a small part of him deep down knew that wasn't true.
He refused to acknowledge the fear of falling in love, and got up walking outside to try and find you.
~
So you were in the center of the creek.
Body soaked and dripping in cool water.
What had happened was- after sitting on the bench from yesterday you gripped the seat- and found a peculiar texture against your fingertips. It had only taken a moment to jump up and realize what you had touched was now disturbed, and the swarm came out angrily.
You had discovered a small wasp nest that somehow went undetected from before- and loosened it off the bench to the grass.
"F-fuck!"
This sucked.
You ran around the creek for a bit- but it seemed like the smartest idea given they were already surrounding you to jump in the water. It wasn't deep save for the center, so you frantically scrambled in ducking your head.

Between holding your breath and wincing as the multiple stings radiated in your arms you looked up through the pristine water and saw the hive hover above.
It was a bad situation, you could only spare a moment to snatch air and wait for the bugs to settle down.
But as you looked up through the water and the clear blue sky, everything radiated red above- and you almost choked on water from the explosion.
You gasped coming back up for air- bobbing your head up to see they had all been obliterated, and a startled Bakugou was standing at the side of the creek, holding out his hand that just shot the explosion.
"The hell are you doing _______?!" He called out.
~
He had heard your yelp somewhere nearby, and instinctually started running towards your voice. He heard a distant splash and was able to put two and two together by the bubbles coming up from the center of the pool.
Killing bugs was easy.
Seeing you come up for air- dripping wet- in a thin soaked shirt and shorts.. that was its own challenge.
Your clothes clung to your body as you waded to the side, grabbing his hand as he tried to hide his blush.
"Th-the fuck ______." He said stepping back.
You panted softly wringing out your hair, unaware everything was heavy and clinging- your shorts sagged from the water and your panties were visible, your bra was too.
"I- I knocked down a nest and I had to go in...Jesus... thank you... ah..." you lifted your shirt to find a few stings on your stomach, red and burning but trying not to be a wimp about it.
"Dumbass..." he said so softly- but moreso in concern, taking your hand and leading you back into the house.
His bold handholding made your heart pick up, and instantly the electricity sparked between your palms and warmed you, easing some of the pain of the stings.
"I- I can take care of them... I'm sorry for ruining your nap- its not that big of a de-"
"Just can it." He clipped and you stayed silent as he guided you both home.
You tried to get him to leave the antiseptic for you to put on but he grabbed your waist like you weighed nothing and set you on the island counter in the kitchen, pulling up your shirt.
You blushed furiously as he opened the first aid, not saying a word as he began to dab the burning liquid on the sores.
You flinched but felt hot everywhere else too now- still dripping wet- watching as droplets splattered all over his arms as he tried his best to stay focused.
"Your shirt." He said pointedly with that glare in his eyes.
You blushed- but realized he noticed more bites inching up right under your shirt.
"I- I can take care of those!" You squeaked- trying to grip your shirt.
"You can't get your back idiot, at least turn around." And with that he stepped back to allow you some room, and you blushed hopping off the counter and turning to slowly raise up your shirt all the way, wincing as it dragged against the red bumps along your shoulder blades.
"That's pretty gnarly if you ask me." He teased- dabbing more antiseptic on the spots.
You flinched a bit in pain and sighed feeling like a complete doofus for getting stung by a bunch of wasps in the span of 30 minutes since you two separated.
"Its- ah- yea... it hurts- sort of." You hissed in pain when he pressed down on one, trying to stop some of the swelling.
"Just what would you do without me. Lets see, fall to your death at the climb station- get eaten by killer wasps...." He grinned, glad to see your mood was lightening up.
You snickered gripping the counter a bit to stop yourself from shying away from the burning liquid he was pressing onto you.
"Killer wasps huh... the villain association must be getting craftier..." you whimpered when a particularly large sting was pressed upon.
He scoffed eyes narrowing, trying not to look at the back of your bra and the whole site of you too hard.
"They'd be downright stupid to try anything on my day, I'd burn the whole forest down..." he said confidently as you shook your head.
"Think about the trees Bakugo..." you laughed, trying not to read too much into the precarious position you two were now in.
Despite you being covered in red bumps- he still found you extremely sexy as waterlogged as you were.
The way your shorts hugged your curves, the way your wet hair dripped down your back until he watched a stray droplet slide down the line down the center of it into the depths below.
You wore black panties today- he now knew that.
His mouth went dry but his thoughts reined in when he noticed you shivering a bit.
"Are you cold..." he asked softly, setting the cotton ball aside.
You hesitated for a moment before nodding.
"Yeah... a bit..." and dared not to glance back at him, afraid he would look too good and you'd feel something he could read.
You felt his hands rest on your hips.
They were extremely warm.
A small gasp left your lips.
"You know enough about me and my quirk don't you?" He said, taking a step closer towards you.
You shivered- but not in the chill.
His hands traveled up your hips, warming up even more than you thought the quirk did before.
"I... you.... make explosions?" You asked softly- not sure the real mechanism of his powers.
"I make explosions because my sweat is nitroglycerin and with enough heat... it can ignite." He rested his chin on your shoulder.
You could barely hold on to what he was saying.
"O-oh." You huffed, staring down at the counter.
"I can control it perfectly- I always have been able to, but my hands can get extremely hot to do it... so don't worry about it." He murmured grinning, seeing you blush.
No wonder he was so hot.
You hated to admit how good it felt with him touching you- you knew taking a shower would fix this chill... but he was behind you and his cologne smelled so sweet and his hands and body were all so warm- it swarmed your head.
Your hair started to glow the bright yellow from before- you sighed softly closing your eyes as it began to float in the air, going zero-gravity as the rest of your body took on a glow too from his hands sliding up the front of your stomach, grazing your belly button.
All pain from the bites were near nonexistent- you were sure it was simply numbing, but the pleasure was surmounting.
He couldn't take his eyes off of you- your glowing skin and the pleasure he began to feel from simply touching you, it was intoxicating. His smirk turned into a full grin, but he had to close his eyes slightly as you grew brighter.
"You like this don't you..." he teased, tickling his fingertips along the bottom of your bra.
You nibbled your lip, finding it extremely hard to focus- but felt a blush form on your cheeks.
"I- i can't help it Bakugo..." you sighed again, gripping the counter more- he found that extremely arousing.
"What else are you going to show me- I thought you were Miss Innocent..." he growled, and you whimpered when you felt his teeth graze your neck, pleasure surging from his lips pressing against the vulnerable flesh there.
You both groaned, he pulled you close against his chest, hands now hugging you close.
"We should...." you tried to get some composure- a flitting momentary thought of this going too far making you open your eyes slightly. Again he could feel your hesitancy- he swirled his tongue around the spot he had just bit- making you mewl again.
"Don't lie to me _______."
Well sh*t.
