Angela woke up to see that the weekend was back again. She looked at her phone to see Javier texted her:
"Hey Angela, WYD? I heard about what happened to Jenny, she was a good friend. And Mrs Hudson:("
Angela saw it was at 7:00 am and it was now 9:30 am. Wow did she sleep for that long!
She text him back:
"I know I miss her. :("
Angela looked around to see Sally looking at a book. Angela asked, "What are you doing." Sally looked up at her. "Nothing." She looked at Angela to see a phone in her hand.
Sally gasped. "Where did you get that phone?" Angela had to think about it for a second. "Oh my mom got it for me. Like it?" As she showed the phone to Sally.
Sally said, "Oh ok cool." Angela sighed. She didn't want Sally to know that Javier gave her that phone. Sally would get to jealous.
Angela got off her bed and walked to the living room. Angela sat on the leather white couch and turned on the flat screen. Sadly, the show "Total Drama Island" came on. It was Jenny's favorite TV show.
As the theme song started to play, tears slowly ran down Angela's eyes as it fell on her phone. She turned off the TV and started to wipe her tears with her sleeve. Scott walked in and looked at her. "I heard about Jenny." Angela started crying hard.
Scott just sighed and put her on his lap. "There will be times were you lose friends but that doesn't mean that you will have to be sad."
Angela sobbed and looked at him, "But dad you don't understand she was my ONLY friend I ever had in like 4 years."

Scott smiled at her. "What about that kid Juan or whatever his name is." Angela laughed a little and said, "His name is Javier, dad!"
Scott playfully rolled his eyes and said, "Well whatever his name is, I guess you can hang out with him today but we are going to go to the dentist at 1 so make sure to meet us there. Or do you want us to pick you up?" Angela was excited and said, "let me text him first."
He rose his eyebrow. "When did you get a phone?" She laughed and went upstairs and yelled, "Long story."
She went to her closet and got a white sweater and a red coat with a white scarf. She brushed her hair and put on her white beanie with cat ears and some red flats.
She looked in the mirror and smiled. Sally looked at her, "Wow you look very pretty." Angela smiled. "Thanks Sally."
Angela phone beamed, she looked at it.
Javier: Hey I'm almost there my mom is taking us to the Zoo
Angela smiled and texted back:
Ok
Angela heard a honk outside she looked at her window to see a shiny black car. Sally looked out the window, frowned, and said, "Who is that." Angela sighed, "My boyfriend, well bye Sally."
Javier walked to the door and rung the doorbell. Scott open the door and smiled and said,"Well if it isn't my main man wassup." Scott and Javier fist bumpEd and Javier said, "Nothing much sir." Scott frowned and said in a stern voice,"I told you to call me Scott." Javier laughed and said, "Alright Scott."
"Dad, what are doing?" Angela said very embarrassed. Scott looked at Angela and spoke, "Oh nothing I'm talking to my main man." Angela faced palm, "Main man really." Angela grabbed Javier hand and said, "Bye Dad." Scott waved goodbye.

Angela and Javier got into the car. Angela looked at him, "Please don't ever talk to my dad like that again." Javier laughed and said "Ok."
As the arrived at Willis Zoo, they got out the car and went to the administration to get their tickets. Once they got their tickets, they got the map of where to go. Angela saw the giraffe symbol. She pointed her finger to it. "Javier, let's go there." He agreed and they went to see the giraffes.
Once they got there, Angela walked to the gate to see a zookeeper feeding a baby giraffe. She looked at the zookeeper,"Hi." The zookeeper looked at her and asked, "Do you want to pet her?"
Angela nodded as she began to pet her. "How old is she and what's her name?" The zookeeper said, "She's 3 days old and she doesn't have a name yet."
Angela smiled. She loved giraffes.
After the zoo date, Javier's mom came to pick them up and take them home.
Once Angela was home, He walked her to her doorstep and said goodbye, kissed her cheek, and walked back to his car. Angela got the spare key from the flower pot and unlocked the door.
Brenda walked in the room and said,"Are you ready to go to the dentist." Angela nodded as Brenda and her headed towards their car.
