"Hey."

Y/N looked away from the moon and her eyes met Scarlett's green eyes, and as usual, her heart aches but felt delight upon seeing the actress.

"Hey." Y/N said without an emotion.

"I've been looking for you." Scarlett said as she smiled a little, she closed the door of the balcony as she stepped inside.

Y/N raised an eyebrow, "Why? You should be with Brad. I think I broke his nose." She said.

"You did, you broke his nose." Scarlett said, crossing her arms against her chest. "He's resting now. He'll be fine. But yeah, you did broke his nose." She added and licked her lips.

Y/N smirked, "Ah that's good, now I can sleep." She said and stood up from the small couch they have in the balcony.

"Y/N..." Scarlett spoke before Y/N can walk away.

Y/N stopped and turned around, "Yes, Scarlett?"

"Why's your stuff all packed?" Scarlett asked, she saw Y/N's bags outside their shared closet.

"I'm leaving first thing in the morning. I'm just done with this bullshit." Y/N answered.

"B-But, I—"

Y/N interrupted Scarlett, "Just don't. If you're gonna leave me hanging again, just stop. I'm done."

"You're done? What do you mean by that?" Scarlett asked.

"I'm done, Scarlett. With this, with you! I'm not a fucking swing that you can play with, okay? You can't push me away and expect me to always come back." Y/N said, "You clearly won't talk to me like an adult, might as well just stop. So please, do me a favor and do what you're good at, okay? Avoiding me."

"I-I'm sorry!" Scarlett blurted out before Y/N can walk away from her.

"You're sorry..." Y/N mumbled, nodding her head while facing Scarlett again, "You're sorry. Okay, for what, exactly?" She asked.

"Everything." Scarlett answered, while avoiding the singer's eyes because she knows she'll just get lost in them and she won't be able to talk.

"No, no, no," Y/N frowned, "Look at me, Scarlett."

Scarlett took a deep breath, mentally preparing herself. Then she looked at Y/N and she gulped at how intense the singer's gaze is.

"You're sorry for what, exactly?" Y/N asked. "Because fucking hell, Scarlett. You suddenly changed, like I was nothing to you. Is that what you're apologizing for?" She asked.

"Yes!" Scarlett answered, getting frustrated.

"Then why did you do it?" Y/N asked, keeping her calm. But her heart is beating so wild right now.

"B-Because..." Scarlett frowned.

"Because what?" Y/N asked, "And out of all people, you decided to date Brad?! Like, what? He's a shitty person, Scarlett!" She said.

"He's a nice guy!" Scarlett argued.

Y/N laughed sarcastically, "A nice guy? That's fucking funny! Scarlett, I grew up with him, I think I know if he's a fucking nice guy. So, why him?! And why did you changed? Just why?!" She asked, getting more and more angry. All the emotions that she bottled up for almost two years just keeps pouring out and it's only a matter of time that she exploded.

"Because I got scared!" Scarlett shouted, breathing heavily.

Y/N frowned, "Got scared? Scared of what?" She asked, confused.

"Of you!" Scarlett answered, tears already streaming down her face.

"What? Me? I... I didn't do anything." Y/N said, feeling weak all of a sudden because she didn't expect to hear that. Her anger vanished, she didn't expect their talk to go like this.

"You did everything," Scarlett said, wiping her tears, but they keep falling. "You were so good to me, you... you made me feel things I've never felt before." She said.

"What're you saying, Scarlett?" Y/N asked. Deep down, she knows what the actress meant. But she wants to hear it from Scarlett. Though, it scared her too. What will happen after this night? She doesn't know.

"I got scared of you, Y/N." Scarlett said, shaking her head. "I fell in love with you and it scared me, okay? It scared me because you have this power over me... I just— I know it's gonna be hard and I got scared of loving you, but fuck, Y/N, I do, I still do! And it still scares me because you're the only one that made me feel like this. You're always in my thoughts, even if I forced myself to push you away, I can't! I'm dating your cousin but you're the one that I want, you're the one that I want to see every single day. You're the one I want to feel. You're the one that I feel. And it scares me, Y/N. There's a lot of times that I forced myself to hate you, I told myself that I don't want to be part of your world, but it just doesn't work, I still love you. I can't force myself not to love you, I have no choice but to love you because you're the only one that my heart wants."

Y/N didn't notice that she was also crying; she only realized it when Scarlett wiped her cheek. But she pulled away from the actress.

"You're being unfair, Scar. You're telling me this now? You're gonna get married in weeks! And you didn't even think of my feelings for you? You didn't of me? You didn't think that I was scared too? I was fucking terrified, Scarlett! But I didn't care, I'm too in love with you!" Y/N said, shaking her head. She didn't bother wiping her tears because they just keep on falling.

"I'm sorry, okay?!" Scarlett almost shouted. She sighed and ran a hand through her hair, "You're an out lesbian, you don't have to come out. But I do, and that scares me, okay?! I've never loved someone like I do with you, and I tried so fucking hard to just push you away, I fucking tried because I was scared of what my family would think, I was scared for my career! But fuck, I still love you! I love you so much, it hurts."

"This is fucked up, I wanted you to say that for two years now, but now that you finally did, I don't know what to do with it." Y/N said and look at Scarlett, "I just... you're hurting me, Scarlett. I love you so much and it's hurting me."

"I'm so sorry, Y/N. I really am. I'm sorry that I hurt you, I'm sorry that I got scared. But I just want you to know that my heart will always love you." Scarlett said, "It will always choose you in a heartbeat." She said then she softly kissed Y/N's cheek. "I'll see you around, Y/N." She said before she left the balcony.

And Y/N was once again left all alone, heartbroken and confused.
