"Sister How nice of you to come and join us," Elijah spoke noticing Leah spoke walking in her posture tired.
"You look like you haven't slept," spoke Kol with a smirk.
"Oh fuck off, I haven't slept for the past three weeks and I'm going mad, this child doesn't let me sleep, I feel like my head is going to explode," she spoke sitting on the bench with her hands In her hair Joy laughing in the stroller.
"She's laughing at you, she is going to get her evilness from her father!" Kol spoke and Leah scoffed with and klaus only chuckled.
"Brother there is something at the door for you," Spoke Rebekah walking in with a box in her arms and a note attached to it.
"Roses are red, Lavender is blue, come find me before I find you, your loving Aurora," Spoke Niklaus who looked shocked at the letter he read in his hand.
"I remember her to be a better poet," spoke Leah remembering Aurora sending her husband letters when they stayed at the castle.
"I wouldn't say she's lacking in poetry," Elijah spoke showing them the dead crows in the box.
"She wants us to find her, so let's find her," Niklaus spoke earning an eye roll from his wife.
"You're so eager Niklaus, can't wait to jump back into bed with your, what did you call her again, oh right your epic love," Leah spoke with a scoff and he rolled his eyes.
"I couldn't help it, she truly was a beauty," he spoke with a chuckle and his wife watched her daughter.
"Niklaus, you bastard your wife is sat right opposite you!" Kol spoke choking Niklaus and she only sighed.
"Kol please just let him go, I told you I do not care anymore," she spoke her eyes avoiding Klaus' sorrowful ones.
"I say we let that sneaky little bitch come to us," Spoke an annoyed Rebekah hate seething through her words.
"My love may I speak to you?" Klaus spoke asking his wife to speak to her privately.
"No."
"My love it's important-"
"If you figure out a way to get our daughter to sleep let me know," she spoke with an eye roll.
"Love it's about Aurora-"
"I don't want to speak about the first time you cheated on me-"
"I love you what else-"
"Hello my darling, I've missed you," Spoke Aurora Who ran to Niklaus kissing him.
Leah just turned and watched them as Nik kissed her back his arms around her waist. Leah only strapped her three month old into her stroller and before she walked out Kol sped in front of her she only smiled at him one that didn't reach her eyes.
"SISTER!" shouted Elijah calling for her, but she was out of the compound without turning back.

The second she left the compound she couldn't hold in her sob any longer. Instead of trying to she let it out walking the busy streets of New Orleans towards her home.
As she reached home Joy was already sound asleep in her stroller so she picked her up and placed her into the crib. She hadn't slept in almost three full weeks and she was exhausted. Sitting on the couch she lifted her feet to her chest and sat watching the fire in front of her her tears falling freely.
Almost an hour later there was a knock on the door and she hadn't wanted to open it, instead she sat on the couch still crying her heart aching. Hearing Joy cry she just sighed. As much as she hadn't wanted to admit it she was never going to be over him. The knocks only got louder and louder and the door swung open.
"Leah?" Spoke a voice and she stayed on the couch.
"I'll get Joy, Kol you do what you do," spoke Hayley and Kol sat next to her.
"Leah, are you okay?"
"What did I ever do wrong, Kol I don't understand I've never hurt him, I've stood by him as his wife for a thousand years and he loves Aurora, that dirty conniving bitch, what's so special about her?"
"Leah look at me," he spoke lifting her head with his fingers and it pained him to see her tear stained face. "You are the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, you're so special yet you don't think, damn Nik for not seeing that, Aurora is nothing special she just showed him attention when he wanted it."
"But I did too," she spoke her voice broke and he only pulled her into his chest.
"You Leah, you're my best friend and I've loved you for a thousand years, and I always will," he spoke, his voice holding a double meaning as he played with the ends of her hair whilst he hugged her.
"Leah?" Spoke a voice from the door the voice she didn't want to hear.
"Go away Nik, you've done enough," Kol spoke as Leah's head looked away from Niklaus' face.
"Kol I suggest you move from my wife before I rip your head from your body!"
"Thats just it Brother, I am not going to because this family owes her so much as do you Nik, she had to becoming a monster like us, she lost your child because of us, she was cursed to hide her werewolf side because your curse was also her curse, she has done nothing but be there for you, time and time again and all you do is hurt her Nik what kind of man are you!"
"Kol there is nothing stopping me from shoving a dagger in your chest if you do not move from my wife!"

Upon hearing that Leah stood up walking towards the door by Joys room. As Klaus saw her tears his heart broke. Seeing her like this only broke his heart, he hadn't meant to kiss her, but the second he pushed her away Leah was gone. Hayley couldn't get Joy back to sleep so she handed her to her mother and she went quiet laying her head on her shoulder and her hand holding her hair. Hayley only walked towards the elevator as did Kol leaving Klaus standing there watching his wife.
"My love please let me explain," he said walking closer to her and she only put her daughter on her play mat.
"Why do you keep breaking my heart again and again, Nik I've loved you for a thousand years, I've stayed loyal to you, everything I've done I've always thought of you, what more could you want?" She said her voice broken and his heart hung heavy.
"I love you, I swear to you I love you, I pushed Aurora away the second I realised it I didn't do anything with her!"
"I came back for you, because I couldn't bare to live another year without you, I forgave you for having another child! I forgave you for everything, all I ever wanted was for you to love me but Niklaus you haven't loved me since we became these monsters."
"Leah I love you, I've loved you the same way I loved you when we where human, I'll change I swear I'll be a better man," he said touching her cheek sending her a longing look.
"Nik, in these past months I've felt more heartbreak than I ever have because of you, I birthed our daughter yet I practically look after her alone."
"BECAUSE YOU DONT LET ME!" He shouted his voice as broken as hers. "WHY DONT YOU LET ME! WHY LEA-"
"Because I'm scared you'll hurt her too!"
"I wouldn't hurt her intentionally-"
"That's just it Nik, not intentionally but you tried killing Me and hurt her in the process."
"I won't I swear to you, I love you, please leah just forgive me."
"How many times are you going to hurt me?"
"I don't mean to hurt you," he spoke with tears falling freely from his face touching her cheek. "Leah you think you know everything about my time in Mystic falls, I almost died when Silas stabbed me with the white oak stake, turns out I hallucinated It, but I dreamt of you, when my mother came after me and created another original vampire hunter and I almost died I worried for you, in them moments I wanted nothing more than to be by your side, when I thought I was dying you where the person I called out for, when Elijah had his hand in my chest I called out for you, you can even ask him, I am selfish and I am a bastard but this selfish bastard has done nothing but love you, and I always will, so I am begging you to forgive me once more and I swear you will never regret it again."
"Niklaus," she spoke her voice barely a whisper her hands on his face wiping his tears with her small manicured fingers.
"No, No, don't say the words," he spoke shaking his head and she only cried chocking on a sob.
"Nik?" Spoke a voice behind him and she quickly moved away.
"What is it now Aurora?" He spoke clearly not in the mood to talk to her.
"Well I grew rather bored of waiting in the car," she spoke watching him with a pout.
"Oh, Leah and how are you?" She spoke with disgust moving closer, looking at her daughter behind her.
"One more step and I won't hesitate to rip your heart out of your chest," she spoke looking at the girl with hatred.
"Nik won't let you, will you my love?" She spoke and Leah scoffed.
"Do you really think I care?" She spoke walking closer to her. "I will rip your heart from your chest quicker than Niklaus can come to your rescue."
"I heard you have a child, Nik two isn't it? I promise to look after them as my own," she spoke turning to Niklaus who avoided her eyes.
Leah only sped towards her slamming her against the wall chocking her, "You will not go anywhere near my daughter, you can have my husband by all means have at him, but you even think about going near my daughter just watch how you regret it, I'll torture you in ways you've never seen."
"Aurora, go to the car," Klaus spoke his words seething with anger she only complied and left.
"Niklaus I want you to leave," Leah spoke her back towards him.
"I will not leave not without your forgiveness and your love," he spoke shaking his head walking towards her.
"My love I just want you, our daughter our family and this city," he spoke and she shouted in annoyance.
"For god sakes, Nik leave me and our daughter alone, we don't want you here!" She spoke annoyed only her daughter lifted her hand up at her father.
"Our daughter seems to disagree."
"NIKLAUS GO AWAY!" She screamed tears falling from her face as she shiver him out the door looking at him dead in the eyes. "Leave."
He hadn't known what to do so he looked down and walked away but not before speaking the words his wife never grew tired of listening too a simple 'I love you' and she held on to it. She always did wanting him to live up to his word.

Legacy of Blood
Ao Ruang lives in a village isolated from the outside world. Due to a tragic fate he finds himself far away from his home on the brink of death. Only to be entrusted with the legacy of a near extinct race.A Legacy he must embrace.A Legacy that fills humanity with suspicion and hate.A Legacy written in blood. Hello Author here!I hope you all are enjoying my take on a cultivation story. I wanted to take elements I enjoy from cultivation novels while avoiding some of the tropes and insane power creep. I want to keep things as grounded as possible. The story is a bit quick paced in the start, but you will find that it slows down to a decent pace later on. The romance is going to be a slow burn and I want to keep it a bit of a surprise. While our protagonist Ao Ruang is the main man of the story their were will be times other characters will get some love also.Lastly, there will be occasional goals from latest chapter if those goals are reached I will release a bonus side chapter that focuses on other characters we have met before and I'm considering having polls to decide who the side chapter will be on.Please consider supporting me in anyway you can. For now I'm just looking for people to review, suggest to others, and interact.Respectfully,Joseon Walking
