Sebastian woke first that morning as his girlfriend lay beside him. He smiled as her beautiful blond ringlets where spread across her pillow, her face looking peaceful. He watched as she slept, he didn't deserve her especially if she knew what he'd done. Yet he wouldn't take tell her knowing he'd just put her through more heartbreak.
Leah opened her eyes and Sebastian watched her playing with her blond hair and a small smile appeared on her face.
"Morning," she said and he smiled at her his blue eyes bright watching her.
"Good morning how did you sleep?" He asked and she traced her fingers on his bare chest.
"Amazingly, how about you?" She said and he turned onto his side moving her hair from her face and grinned.
"It was the best sleep in a while."
As the both of them lay for a few moments, Sebastian was the first to move from their embrace a look of guilt on his face. Leah only watched him curiously.
"What's wrong?" She spot asking him and he kissed her head.
"I must do something, I shall see you soon," he spoke leaving the door before she could reply and she nodded.
Sighing she got out of bed and walked into her walk in shower her smile not leaving her face. Once she had her shower she put on some clothes and headed downstairs to where Kol, Rebekah and Hayley sat.
"You had sex didn't you?" Kol spot the moment he saw her and she only watched him her eyes wide and her mouth slightly open.
"She has her 'I just had sex' face on, you're right," Rebekah spoke a smirk painted on her face.
"I don't have an I just had sex face," she spoke rolling her eyes and they only laughed at her.
"You have a face," Hayley spoke with a shrug and leah only rolled her eyes.
"Well I saw your boyfriend attempting to sneak out this morning," Rebekah said with a smirk and leah looked at her a look that screamed shut up.
"Was he good?" Hayley asked with a small smirk and Leah threw a cushion at her.
"You reek of sex it's terrible," Kol spoke and Leah sighed.
"Kol I'm half Werewolf, so unless you want to suffer for a day or two with werewolf venom in your system I suggest you shut up, and i this time I won't give you any blood to get rid of it this time," she spoke and he held his hands in surrender a small grin on his face.
"Darling we both know you would, you hate seeing your best friend in pain."
"Nik's coming," Rebekah spoke slightly worried and panicked.
"Kol don't say a thing," Hayley said and he opened his mouth to disagree as leah flashed him her yellow eyes and he shut his mouth.
"My love I have something for you," he spoke holding a small gift bag in his hand.
"Niklaus I don't-"
"Just open it!" He spoke eagerly handing her the box.
Curious to what was in there she sighed as she watched him a look of happiness on his face. As she opened the box she noticed a gold ring, one she had when she was human. Taking the ring out the box she watched the ring in shock. The colour seemed a bit dull, yet she still loved it as she did then. That was the last thing her aunt had given her before she was married.

"Where was it?" She asked her fingers brushing over the piece of gold.
"It was in mystic falls, the old villages are now underground, i noticed how it was under the ground with a layer of stone, so I compelled a human to get it since I can not."
"Thank You Niklaus," she spoke her voice barely a whisper.
"You're welcome," he said smiling walking away from the room watching his wife smile at the ring.
"Is that?" Rebekah spoke watching her amazed.
"Yes, it is," she spoke her a huge smile on her face and her cheeks pink.
"See that's what I mean, that's your sex face," Kol spoke with a laugh and Hayley laughed with him.
"What's with the ring?" Hayley spoke and she smiled at her.
"I had this ring when I was human, my aunt gave it to me on my wedding," she said the small smile but leaving her face.
"But wasn't that over a thousand years ago?" She asked confused.
"Don't get her started, I still remember the scene she threw when she lost it, it was scary," Kol spoke with a chuckle and Leah glared at him.
"Kol you're a pain in my ass, do you want me to bite you," she spoke sarcastically and he smirked.
"Kinky," he said winking at her and she threw her slipped at her which he caught with ease as Hayley and Rebekah laughed at the two.
Leah only walked away from the three rolling her eyes with a small smile. Grinning at the ring she closed the box and placed it into her bag.
"Mom is Sebastian here?" Joy spoke as her mother entered the game room to check on her.
"He left a little while ago, is everything okay?"
"Yeah I just wanted to play pinball and I wanted to beat his high score," she spoke with a laugh and her mother smiled at her.
"He should be back soon," Leah spoke and her daughter nodded with a smile as her mother left the room.
As she changed into her swim costume and entered the indoor pool her phone rang and the screen flashed saying Sebastians name.
"Hello darling," he spoke his voice dull but she ignore it he'd usually be drinking his blood at this time.
"Hey, how are you?" She spoke sitting on the floor beside the pool.
"We need to talk, Leah it's important," he said his voice flat and serious.
"Is everything okay?"
"We'll talk about it later, what do you say over dinner, my place?" He asked and she nodded before speaking.
"Sure, what time shall I be there?" She spoke asking him.
"Eight sound good?" He asked sighing.
"Sure I'll see you soon, Sebastian?"
"Yes leah?"
"I love you," she spoke her voice shy and he smiled a sad one, which she couldn't see.
"I do too," he spoke his voice sad and his tone emotionless.
Before she could say goodbye he'd already hung up. He'd never cut the call abruptly but she didn't take any notice to it instead left her phone on the side realising she had about five hours until she had too see Sebastian, so she jumped into the pool. The water felt like heaven hitting on her body.

After an hour and a bit she decided to get out the pool and took the back stairs to her room. As she got into the shower she couldn't wait to see Sebastian.
Once she finished her shower she changed into her favourite red dress and some Valentino black heels. Before she left her house she grabbed a black leather jacket from the closet by the door. Grinning she made her way to the door before getting stopped by her husband.
"You look beautiful, going anywhere special?" He asked and she nodded with a small blush.
"Thank you, and yes I'm going to see Sebastian."
"Your boyfriend?" He spoke his voice low and she nodded at him feeling uncomfortable.
"You might not want to wear my jacket," he spoke amused and she looked at him panicked.
"I am so sorry," she spoke shrugging it off and handing it to him.
"You can wear it, it's looks beautiful on you."
"Thank you, but I don't think Sebastian would appreciate that," she said with a light laugh.
"Right, Sebastian... does he make you happy?"
"He does, he makes me happy," She spoke with a small smile and a nod.
"I'm not going to get in the way of your happiness, if you want him, I'm not going to be the one who stops you, I only want you to be happy, even if you don't believe that."
"Niklaus-" She started and he cut her off.
"Leah, I love it when you smile and I'm not the reason you smile so I'll let you go if that's what you want me to do," he spoke watching her his eyes never leaving hers she only avoided his gaze. "I hope you have a nice date."
After he kissed her cheek he was gone. Turning around, she made her way to Sebastians penthouse apartment. As she entered his building she had a pig in her stomach. Almost as if she felt something was wrong. Shrugging it off she walked out the elevator and knocked on his door her palms sweaty.
"Hey," he spoke opening the door his eyes unable to look at hers.
"Hi," she spoke kissing his cheek with a smile.
Moving towards him to kiss him he only cleared his throat, his eyes moving away from hers and she furrowed her brows in confusion.
"Is everything okay?" She asked him watching him worried and he grabbed her hand walking to the couch. "Seb you're scaring me."
"Leah, you know I love you right?"
"Yes and I love you," she spoke watching him with a smile on her face and his eyes couldn't reach her. "Sebastian what's wrong?"
Instead of answering her he kissed her. A kissed filled with passion and meaning. As he deepened the kiss she noticed the presence of someone behind them. Pulling away her head snapped to the blond woman behind him and he also turned to watch her.
"I told you to wait in my room," he spoke slightly annoyed watching her with a look of love.
"Your room?" Leah asked taking her hand out of his.
"Why where you kissing her?" The girl asked and Leah watched him a look of panic on his face.
"Cassandra I can explain, it meant nothing," he spoke watching her slightly alarmed.
"Nothing?" Leah asked her voice broken and watched him who looked at him her eyes wide.
"No Leah it means a lot, I didn't mean that."
"Sebastian?" Spoke the blond haired girl her English accent thick.
"Cassandra give me a minute," he spoke watching her with a small smile and she nodded walking back up the steps.
Turning to face Leah her face dropped and her eyes where filled with sadness and he watched her unable to get any words out his mouth. The moment Sebastian spoke her name Leah knew what is was about. Cassandra was Sebastians first love, she was a witch and he'd loved her before he was a vampire but she'd died. When the both of them met he had been trying to get a witch who did necromancy, yet he hadn't been successful. However when they got together he told her he'd stopped. That he was happy with her and was in love with him. So as she sat waiting for him to explain, he'd only he kept quiet.
"Sebastian?" She asked her voice sad and he couldn't look her in the eyes. "I don't understand."
Again he only looked away from her and she watched him waiting for him to say something. Yet he hadn't so she looked at him upset. Instead of waiting for a reply she stood on her feet and put on her trench coat her back towards him. As she put in her coat he grabbed her arm sadness in his eyes as he watched her. Hoping he'd say something she watching him hopeful yet he only let go of her arm and she watched him sad. Before walking to the door she stood there for a second waiting for him to ask her not to leave yet he hadn't so she walked out.
As soon as she reached home she walked in and she closed the door her breathing heavy as she walked upstairs to her room. Before she walked into her room she noticed Klaus sat outside her door almost as if he waited for her. When he saw her he noticed how her breathing was heavy and he stood to his feet alarmed.
"Leah?" He spoke worried and she watched him her eyes reaching his.
Watching he noticed how she looked upset and he only opened his arms and she walked into them sobbing. He only shushed her and stroked her hair lovingly.
"I had sex with him," she spoke sniffling and he slightly stiffened as he held her.
"Because you love him," he said to her and she nodded. "Then why are you crying?"
Instead of answering she sobbed in his arms and he held her, remembering how he made her cry he only felt guilty. Feeling as if even as she cried now it was his fault.

Divine Intervention Online
Vin is an ex-slave who wields sacred knowledge to demand freedom for his people. Seth is a reluctant player stuck in a game that is set to last 200 more years. When their paths converge, even the false gods will take notice. * * * Hello and thank you for giving Divine Intervention Online a chance. This is not my first book (that honor belongs to The Flock by Chris Sauter- available on Amazon). This is hopefully going to become my second book, the first of a planned LITRPG trilogy. This is a labor of love, dedicated to my absolute obsession with the LITRPG genre that has held me in its grasp for over 3 years. There will be dark situations that perhaps only adults should read including: slavery, violence and the results of war. There will be no harems, little profanity, but possibly some triggers for people who don’t like torture, violence, and other dark stuff.
