《Shadow》Part nine Logan's perspective

This is going to be an awkward examination for Roman anyway, it doesn't bother me as to me it is just a body but most people don't like having an acquaintance examine their naked body. "Roman, it would be very helpful if you left your unconscious state to discuss with me what transpired so that I can devise a proper treatment plan," I say lightly shaking his body as he awakes. "Where am I?" He asks still in a state of semi-consciousness. "You are in a panic room that resides in Virgil's house," I say in a monotone voice as to not cause any further anxiety. "O-okay." He says shakily. "Now it would be greatly appreciated if you would disclose the events that transpired while you were gone, and if it is possible for you to do so without causing too much pain it would aid greatly in my examination if you would stand." I say calmly as I remove the blanket from him.
"Well Remus decided to torture me and at one point he knocked me out for a few weeks." He says as I walk around him deciphering what needs to be done first. "Roman you were only gone for two days, I believe that he lied to you. And as much as the topic may unsettle you I must ask why you have a cock-ring on and an anal plug in." I say causing him to remove the ring rather shyly. "Remus." He didn't need to say anything more about the topic for me to comprehend, his brother Remus raped him. "That is very wrong, I am very sympathetic to you. If it is okay with you I would like to remove the plug so I can make sure that everything is okay there." He nods quietly do I put on a pair of gloves and slowly remove the plug trying not to cause him unnecessary pain. "Alright, it is out now I am going to clean up the rest of your injuries." Before I can go to get the alcohol swabs, antibiotic cream and bandages, Roman pulls me into a hug and starts crying. "I tried to stay strong but he broke me, how am I supposed to be strong and brave if my brother can hurt me this much?" He asks me still holding on tightly. "He was your brother so he knew the best way to hurt you was to damage your pride, but let me be very clear you did nothing wrong and you are still strong and brave," I say trying to comfort him with facts. "Thanks, Logan." He says finally releasing me. After that, we finished the treatment in silence and although it took a while he did get adequate treatment.

I aided him in getting dressed and then went to locate Patton and Virgil. They had fallen asleep on Virgil's bed. "Patton, although he is not actually your son, I believe that Roman would benefit greatly from your false parenthood right now," I say after waking him. "Thanks, kiddo I will but can you stay with Virgil then?" He says smiling as he slowly exits the room. "That will be acceptable," I say giving him a small nod as I sit down on the bed. As usual, Virgil is having a nightmare so I begin the process we devised to calm him without waking him. First I turn on a lamp beside him, we have put a blue lightbulb in it since it has been proven that blue calms people. Next, I remove the blankets that are on him as his nightmares get worse when he overheats. Finally, I lay down beside him and hold him close but not tightly as to not make his anxiety worse. This also allows me to monitor his heart rate, and wake him easily if he begins to have a panic attack.
After 7 minutes 43 seconds and 28 milliseconds exactly Virgil had finally calmed down after that, it took me 2 minutes 58 seconds and 296 milliseconds I fell asleep and got the exact recommended amount of sleep, eight hours. Once I had awoken I began to make a meal for everyone as we would not be going to school today. I made a simple meal of chicken sandwiches and a small salad.
Later in the day despite my reasoning both Virgil and Roman snuck out on the off chance that the other would be out. Virgil comes back in while still in his full getup but with a full set of wings sprouting from his back. "Logan, Patton you guys may want to help him out!" He shouts as he places Roman on the bed after having carried him in in his arms.
