《Helluva Boss: Hellish Love (Loona X Original Character)》Chapter 24:The Airport

Loona and I went outside with her walking on all fours beside me and we're waiting by the curb, I had called cab that allowed pets and we waited for it to arrive. After about 7 minutes of waiting the cab rolled up to the curb and I popped open the trunk and put in my suitcase and closed it and walked around to the rear passenger door and opened it. I played the roll of dog owner and said to Loona "In you go girl" and Loona rolled her eyes at me and got in and layed down on the seat and I got in afterwards and closed the door. The driver asked me "Where are you heading?" to which I replied to him "Head to LAX please, Terminal 2" The driver turned on his meter and said "International Departures it is then" and we drove off to the airport.
Along the way I asked him to stop off at a store and I brought a lead much to Loona's dislike but I whispered into her ear "Babe they won't allow you into the airport without a lead on, I'm sorry but that's how it is" Loona sighed and whispered "This is so demeaning" I kissed her on the said sympathetically and the cab continued towards the airport. After about 16 minutes we arrived outside of Terminal 2 and I put the lead on Loona and grabbed my suitcase and then paid the driver and then went inside of the airport. Everything seemed good so far, no one was really taking notice of us besides a few people glancing at Loona. Loona and I made our way through security with no problems and luckily my passport still worked and so we made out way through to the check-in desk and I put my luggage through and then asked the woman operating the desk "Excuse me but where would I go to check in my dog Loona?" The check-in lady replied "Oh we can check her in here sir, just hand me her papers and we can get her sorted out" I show her my phone with the documents on and she ran them through the system. Loona and I sat there nervously unsure if they would work and that Blitzo did everything perfectly and so we waited, the woman smiled and said "It all checks out sir, do you have your own carrier for her or would you like us to provide one of our own?" I replied to to woman "I don't have my own could you provide one for me please?" The woman smiled and replied "Sure thing just wait one second whilst I go and pick one that will fit your dog".

After a few minutes the woman returned with a large dog carrier and said to me "Well here you go, just put your dog in and we'll look after her from here" The woman places the carrier on the floor with the cage door open. I look down at Loona and she looks up and me with a disapproving look and I could do nothing other than giver her a look that said "Well there is no other way so just do it" and Loona slowly walked into the cage and I closed the door. I asked the woman "During the flight will I be allowed to visit her in the compartment region if that's a possibility?"
The woman smiled and said happily "Yes our airline is proud of the fact that we allow our passengers to visit their pets in the compartments below to comfort them during their flight" I look down at Loona with a huge grin on my face and Loona looks up at me with a wide smile grin with one of her clawed thumbs up and I said to the woman "Thank you that's perfect" The woman said to me then "Well we will take care of her from here, you just go on through and we will see you during the flight". I crouch down to Loona and I whisper "I guess I will see you in a bit babe" Loona licks my nose through the cage and says "Seen you soon Carter" And then I walked through on through towards the gate where our flight was leaving Loona behind at the desk where eventually I was happy to hear that I would get to see her during the flight.
A few hours past and I was awakened by one of the other passengers telling me "Hey man we're boarding the plane now" I thanked the guy who woke me up and I line up with everyone else waiting for the flight attendant to take my ticket and passport to confirm that I was on the flight. Once I breathed a sigh of release once they allowed me onto the flight still, I was thankful that once again my passport still worked and I then boarded the flight and took my seat in the economy class in the middle rows of seats right by the corridor. Once everyone was aboard the cabin door closed and the plane taxied onto the runway and soon enough we were in the air. about 30 minutes into the flight the seatbelt indicator went off and an announcement from one of the flight attendants said over the intercom "Passengers with pets onboard may now head downstairs into the compartment below to visit" I instantly got up as so did a few others and we made our way down to the stairwell where they were keeping the pets. One of the flight attendants down there asked me for my ticket again and then they pointed me towards where Loona was, I walked down the walkway where she was supposed to be and then I saw her in her cage sighing, she then looked at me and she had an open mouthed smile and I saw her tail wag to which she then said happily "Carter!" I ran over to her cage and opened it to which I was then embraced with a hug and a passionate kiss that lasted a few seconds, I looked into her eyes and said "I told you that I would see you".
