I had been scared and I don't ignored it nor avoid it.

I know my strength, but sometimes is not enough.

Not enough to face the fact that this is the only life I got, even with bad and scary dreams.

Dreams that made endless nights.

Nights were I cried my pain away, thinking maybe this was the day.

The day when God would look upon me and with the brightest smile say "You are free".

Free of every negative and destructive thought; of every fear and anxiety; of low self-esteem.

More importantly free of depression
