My entire life so far people close to me have told me that if I do certain things I will be happy, that if I change certain things life will be easier. And I believe them until one day I become this thing and people told me "isn't it great? Aren't you happier and lovelier?" Truth was, that was the moment I felt the most miserable and saddest of all my years.

So I learn that I shouldn't listen to anyone but myself. That I would do things my way and however I want it.

And given the opportunity I would tell others "Be yourself but first figure out what that means, and while you do that don't listen to any suggestions or ideas"
