《Mrs.Heroic [MAGI X BHNA CROSSOVER]》Chapter 11

Morgiana sat at her desk with a passive face, but with the way her footbkept clicking onto the the floor, you can tell that she indeed did not like her situation.
Or the very shoes that were forced upon her feet.
Thinking about it cause her to lips to twitch downwards.
She ignored the heads that turned towards her person in curiosity as she tried to concentrate on the lesson.
History.
What the hell are they talking about -WW1? WW2? There were two World Wars?? Nuclear bombing? Allies? Presidents?
What happened about the kings and queens of balbaad? The conquering of the seven seas? The dungeons?!
"Okay class, we will read two articles- one is what is happening recently, and the other is fake news. You have to figure out which one is the right one and which one is the wrong one. And explain why.
You will be in groups of 2-4, you are free to choose who you want to be with. You have till the end of class to finish your work and present, which-" he glanced at his watch.
"Is in 35 minutes."
The students seemed to get excited to work with friends and quickly made their groups.
Well except for Morgiana who wasn't here to get aquatinted with anyone....
She stared blankly at the piece of paper before her- trying to make sense to the squiggles on the sheet.
But alas she's given up-
"Hey, you can't read can you?"
The red head glanced up at the boy standing before her desk.
Ah- he's the guy that was chasing me with his ice quirk during that tag session.
Apparently they had history together.
Morgiana mutely nodded her head.
"Ah. I didn't mean to come off as rude."
"None taken, you've simply stated a fact." She said before looking back at the piece of paper that are filled with 'words'.

This doesn't even look like words that would be often graffitied on the walls back in balbaad. Or the words in the books in the land of Sindria.
It looks completely foreign.
"...okay then."
"...."
They both were not that good in conversations.
"Do you.....want to work together?" She tried.
The boy nodded mutely before taking a seat next to her.
"Would you like me to read it?"
"If that isn't burdensome."
Todoroki raised a brow at the rather weird wording, before shrugging it off and started to read.
Must be a foreigner thing.
"Two years ago, a portal as dark as night appeared and a man dressed in what seemed to be ancient Arabian clothing came down near Hosu.
Talking about "Where is my gold?!"
"I've been betrayed by that damned slave!"
"And I couldn't even get the dijinn!"
We've have suspected that this could be a man from the past, that's somehow traveled to the future! Maybe by using a quirk- or perhaps he could be from another dimension!
The reason why he could be from a different dimension is because quote "I could've been able to use fire magic if I had that damned dijinn! Unworthy?! I'm a lord!"
As you can see this man talked about magic! And being a lord! And obviously such customs doesn't happen in the 21st century."
Todoroki stared at the paper with a raised brow.
"This is so obviously fake. I mean dimensions? Magic? Lords? Does this guy have a few screws loose?"
Morgiana visibly frowned- brows dipped in confusion and slight fear.
That sounds like....
No, he's , he's been , I've seen it with my own eyes.
".....yes, that must be the fake news."
Todoroki's eyebrows pinched at the rather....dark sound of her voice.

....odd, it's almost like she's trying to convince herself that it's fake.
Todoroki shook his head, this is obviously fake.
He read the next article.
After finishing their work and waiting for their turn to present, todoroki stared at the red-head in contemplation.
While doing the work, considering that Morgiana can't write as well as read, he took the initiative of doing the writing as well.
Although she didn't seem the smartest.... considering her lack of...education.
She seemed oddly resilient, she would ask questions on things she didn't know- and apply it to the work with frightening accuracy.
For someone that didn't know anything she's able to absorb knowledge with great speed, and seemed to retain it.
Considering that she would bring up things he told her to apply to the text that he, himself forgot about.
It's intriguing to say the least.
Since if you think about, she is able to learn so...easily, and you can learn just about anything if you look at the right places- but it seems as though something was deliberately stopping her from learning things.
Like something- or someone is keeping her away from 'learning' things...
Todoroki briefly wondered if that was the only thing she was kept from.
"Todoroki-San? It's our turn."
"Hmmm? Oh, okay."
Going to the front of the class and presenting, Morgiana decided that she would speak considering she felt like she did nothing during the whole thing.
Giving their examples on which is the right one and which isn't, they thought that they were right.
"Although, what you said seems justified, the arrival about the 'Man that travels through time' is actually the right one."
"Oh." Was all todoroki said.
Morgiana wasn't fairing quite well with the information.
Todoroki caught her deep frown as she stared at the ground.
Does she.... know this person?
*
"Alright class! That is all for today! Make sure to read page 69 for the homework tonight!"
Before he could ask she was already gone.
"Hmmm...odd."
It was lunch time now, but instead of going to the cafeteria to eat, Morgiana went to the principals office.
Also she still couldn't read the map so she doesn't know where the cafeteria is in the first place-
"Sir. Nezu!"
Morgiana may or may not have broken the door to his office.
Nezu didn't seem the least bit fazed as he sipped his tea, eyes slightly furrowed as he looked at the dent the door created.
How much would that cost...?
"Sir.Nezu!" She waved around a piece of paper she gotten from her previous class.
"What's that Morgiana?"
Morgiana handed him the paper. Quickly reading it Nezu hummed.
"Yes. this is old news, what's so important?"
"I-it's him..."
Nezu raised a brow, he didn't expect her to ever stutter.
Is this some important person or something...?
Raising a brow he asked "who is this?"
Clenching and unclenching her fists she looked away.
"M-my master..."
"Your master?" He looked at the paper, there wasn't any pictures or anything.
He looked back at Morgiana "....the one that bought you?"
Morgiana bit her lip, before nodding once.
"Oh."
"..."
"OH!"

A Ten Pound Bag
A serial saga with short chapters published each and every morning to read over your coffee or tea. This is a "versus life" story with no great evil to face just life in a hard place during a hard time. Our hero and his companions get catapulted back in time and must find a way to not only survive but prosper. This story is definitely "R" rated maybe even NC-17 but don't expect explosions, blood and orgasms at every page turn. Bad words and uncomfortable topics are addressed in this story, this is not for every reader. This is a technical story and develops slowly at first, full technical details, maps and research are available over on Patreon. I hope you enjoy this story as much as I am. -Emmeran
